Charwood Suites Columbus / Camp Atterbury - 콜럼버스

Nice long-term or short-term place to stay. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was adequate for 6. Would like to see more cooking utensils/dishes for kitchen. We were glad that we brought paper plates. Didn't have soap for washing dishes when we first arrived, but after request, was brought to us promptly. For a family visiting from a great distance, this was a great place to stay. We were visiting someone in a nursing home and wanted to be able to take her to a "home-like" place for the weekend so she could be with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. We all had a wonderful time...swimming, watching football and shopping! The only negative was […] the second bedroom did not have a TV and a few more pots and pans would have been nice plus extra garbage bags in the kitchen. We plan to stay there again next Thanksgiving. It was much nicer and less expensive than the Holiday Inn where we had stayed prior to learning about Charwood Suites. 더 보기

The suite was nice and homey. My daughter and I stayed and it was perfect as my daughter likes to stay up late and visit on her computer. The kitchenette was nice as we always had leftovers from eating out and we could warm them up in the kitchen area. On the whole, I would rather stay at the Charwood than any other hotel in the area.

Great Value and will stay there again when ever I go to Nashville, IND.

i was not happy with them if i needed something there was no one their. when i went to cook i didnt have all the stuff i needed to cook and i had to go out and buy it. i went to take my kids swimming the pool had a sign on it CLOSED that was one of the main reasons i booked it because it had a indoor pool.

I didn't realize that I'd be arriving at a time when the office was closed. I travel quite a bit for business, and I have never had an office closed. But that's b/c this isn't your typical "hotel". It's a residence inn, so the office isn't staff 24/7. Luckily, I happened to stop at the sister hotel of Charwood Suites for another issues, and I was informed […] at that time that they had my room key for pick-up. Perhaps I didn't read this as part of the fine print. The room was comfortable however the toilet was leaking quite a bit. There was water all over the floor on which my elderly parent could have slipped and gotten hurt. I don't know how the cleaning staff didn't notice this. When I reported the issue, the maintenance staff rectified the problem promptly. 더 보기

It would have been nice to have the contact information required when the office for this hotel is closed before arriving at the hotel. We had to check in at the Comfort Suites. This information is also not included on the phone message after hours. We were not sure we could even get in when we arrived and found the office locked up. The building numbers […] were also not visible at night from the car. Accomodation was fine and price was competitive for 2 bedroom w/ kitchen. Overall, it was a good weekend. The lack of information when making reservations and on phone recorded messages is a simple fix and should be included to avoid concern and confusion. Also, a map of the buildings would have been nice when picking up the key at the Comfort Inn to more easily locate the right room at night. 더 보기
