이 호텔은 내가 가본 곳 중 최고의 호텔중 하나이다. 서비스는 훌륭하고 위치는 굉장하며 시설은 좋고 필요한것이 모두 있다. 아름다운 휴가를 보내기 위해서 좋은 곳. 10점만점에 9점을 주고 싶다.

penang으로의 내 첫번째 여행이었는데 george town 에있는 Bayview호텔을 친구들이 추천해주었다. Cheong fat ze mansion은 길 건너에 있고 많은 먹거리와 살것들이 15분 내에 닿을수 있는 곳에 있었다. Pinang 주요 거리도 포함해서. 윗층에서는 아름다운 바다경치를 볼수 있고 요금은 고정이며 추가요금이 없다.

Bayview호텔은 전체먹으로 깨끗하고 고급스럽다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓다. 회전하는 식당은 주위를 둘러보게 하고 특히 가까이에 걸어갈수있는 거리에 위치한 아름다운 바다가 좋다. 이 호텔은 또한 쇼핑하기에도 가까운 거리이다. 도시를 순회하는 셔틀버스도 좋은 서비스이다. 아주 편리하다. 감사합니다.

Is really a nice hotel to stay in. The staffs are friendly too. The day when we reached Penang was 7am and raining heavily. We took a taxi to Bayview hotel, trying to see whether we can check in our room earlier. The staff is so nice to us and said the room is ready for us. As the normal check in hour is 2pm. We enjoyed our stay immensely the staff were courteous and helpful the hotel was wel maintained and central to many attractions. The only recommendation I would make is they make provision for softer beds. Otherwise a truly delightful stay.

Nice hotel in good location. Very clean rooms with nice breakfast. Must go again definitely

It is a ideal location in Georgetown. Easy assess to heritages or catch buses to all over Penang.

It is near to Penang Road. Nearly all within walking distance under 20 mins.

Standard of hotel to the room price we had to pay was very good.

Location is close to attractions,room is good and breakfast is ok . The concierge name Nazri is very helpful and honest man. The internet is very very slow so if you want faster internet you have to pay extra money for some minimum hours

Convenient location, on bus route as well, great view from our room as we were on tenth floor above the entrance foyer, good breakfast but its a shame the revolving restaurant isn't used for it. The pool area was a little disappointing but very pleased with the hair salon, had a cut and blowdry!

The hotel was a short taxi ride from the port, but still a taxi ride. It was a soul-less hotel with big rooms but with absolutely no character, although the view was impressive.

the room is clean. overall ok. happy stay there. will sure consider to stay there again.

A hotel in an excellent situation for getting around. Charming helpful and pleasant staff. Comfortable bed with large clean room and en suit. Good choice of local restaurants and cafe in the vicinity. Ideal for business or pleasure.

Good downtown location (not a resort location). Hotel room was good but missing a few items (e.g. hand towels). Buffer breakfast was so-so.

This hotel is very ordinary standard. Interiors are looking quite worn and in need of refurbishment. The breakfast is ordinary, and you have to pay extra for e.g. wireless internet - an oldfashioned way of servicing hotel guests. The location is good - IF you like to be in the centre of town close to the nightlife.

Hotel in the heart of old Georgetown, almost next door to the famous and recently refurbished Eastern and Oriental Hotel. Bayview Hotel itself is a typical 4 star hotel, comfortable but not luxurious. In the evening, the area around comes alive as the nearby bars and cafes open up. During the day it is quiet with few eating places nearby.

The hotel is spacious, cool, comfortable - beds a bit hard, but everything we needed and more.

We arrived at the Bayview quite late in the evening, after a long journey. The staff were really polite, and the only downside was the entertainment in the lobby was so loud, we couldn't hear the lady on reception very well, and had to ask her to repeat herself. The room was clean and tidy, and provided us with everything that we thought. Only downside […] was the nightclub next door that had really loud music, that you could hear the bass of at night when the room was really quiet. It was faint though, and not enough to keep us awake. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to the Penang State Museum, the City Hall, and Chinatown. There is also a street filled with bars and restaurants right around the corner. Only downside was that the internet rates were a little expensive considering it's free in most places. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean, well kept, with friendly staff, that were ready to assist us whenever we needed. It's in a great location within Georgetown, and we'd definitely recommend it to others. 더 보기

Hotel is fine for what it is and staff pleasant enough, but the charge for the WiFi is ridiculous

the hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are large, clean, and as the name suggests, there's a beautiful view of the bay. they have live bands and a club in the basement, a nice pool, and a nice gym. penang was a little lame. great food, interesting culture and architecture, but not worth more than a day or two.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the heritage area. The check in was smooth and efficient. My request for a higher floor room was granted and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Amazing sunrises and was great to wake with some light on your face. The rooms are comfortable and of good size. Room service was amazing and would go back again […] for its offerings. Wanted to stay in old Penang - Georgetown and chose the Bayview for price and the fact it had a pool. Was not disappointed, rooms are large, the hotel is in walking distance of main old town streets and very handy for museum and other heritage buildings. What made this hotel special was the actions of staff when difficulties came up, they acted quickly, […] with empathy and natural goodness. First,on arrival, was a huge noise issue with a nearby street outdoor rave - it was loud. Room was changed and an upgrade done at no charge instanjtly with apologies from duty Manager Melvin. Second, I came down with flu during my stay, and realising this, the Manager, Kevin arranged a complimentary late checkout so that I would have a place to rest until deprture for the ferry at 9pm. These actions, the friendliess of the team and a good hotel in a great location opposite the very $$$ Equatorial and Oriental hotel across the road, make the Bayview City a great choice. Take the higher grade room if you can, views over Penang and ocean are great. 더 보기

I stayed there only for a day in June 2011. I think due to its location its good for business traveller but not worth staying with family. Staff is not proactive just reactive. The facilities are just good enough. The internet is paid one and at exorbitant prices. My room Airconditioner was not functioning properly. The location of the hotel was great. The condition of the hotel was not fantastic considering that they just renovated the rooms. The bathroom drainage was clogged on the first day. And the bathroom light is connected to 2 lights in the room which is quite ridiculous if you need to use the bathroom at night without waking up your partner. The Indian […] receptionist was not at all friendly when we checked it. When we asked for a better room she appeared rather annoyed with our request. Although in the end she gave us a room with a corner view of the sea I think it was the same room that she had already allocated to us earlier. 더 보기

We have a comfortable stay at the hotel and would like to thank Mei at the reception counter for upgrading us to better rooms because our rooms were not ready when we arrived at the hotel. Much appreciated. Thank you.

I enjoyed a very pleasant three-night stay at the Bay View in April 2011. My room was huge with generous views of the water. The hotel staff was helpful and polite. Three times I ordered room service and each time the food arrived promptly and was served piping hot. Over all, an excellent value. Great place to stay. Its near town and many tourist attraction. The hotel staff are courteous and knowledgeable. There is no problem in communicating in English at all.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bayview hotel Georgetown. The hotel has been recently renovated (apart from the carpets). The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet excellent. However the housekeeping was less than reliable - we had to ask for towels, toilet paper etc - always no problem to supply missing items, just the inconvenience of having […] to chase up basics. Our room missed being cleaned on 2 occasions. We would stay here again as it is such a central location to historic Georgetown and walking distance to little India, the Chinese quarter and fabulous food outlets. 더 보기

very nice hotel. we got upgraded to a very nice large room on the 11th floor with a great view of the lights of Georgetown and the sea. we had the best shower of our whole trip.Breakfast was a feast of eastern and western cuisine.

Couple of things we were really pissed off: 1. It says Free internet access before I booked, and we have to pay. I re-checked the screen again, although I could not find that Free internet access, but it complimentary internet access in public area. 2. It does indicate that we need to print out our couple or confirmation from the booking for the hotel, […] but upon arrival, they insisted that we will need to use the business centre to pay for the internet access and the printing just to satisfied their requirement. We just find they were absurd, and no customer relationship at all, I really regretted to book for 2 deluxe, and frankly I do not know is deluxe about both the room and the service. It's a 3-4 star hotel, so you don't expect top quality but it's a good enough place to stay. Staff very friendly. Deluxe room was spacious, though a bit bland, and bed not very comfortable. Requested a seaview and got it. Entertainment nightly in the lounge and downstairs in the pub. Buffet breakfast was fine. Decent pool and jacuzzi. Close to Chinatown […] and Little India - forget the revolving restaurant in the hotel and eat in those areas. So cheap and food is amazing. 더 보기

We stayed here after a few nights in Traders Georgetown. At short notice this was much cheaper. The hotel has big rooms and a nice pool. The gym is quite small. Internet is available in the lobby but is exp, in town 8myr a half hour when its 3myr per half hour in town. The room wasn't brilliantly comfortable but was fine. The location is pretty good(though […] maybe not the best for shopping), you can walk to the ocean quickly, though it's not an inviting place to go swimming, stick to the hotel pool! If you turn right out of the hotel, cross the busy street in front and walk down about 50m heading towards China town, there is a very cool food mall offering a huge variety of cuisine at very reasonable prices. Large beers are 12myr which is pretty good. Overall a nice hotel, it's location is nicer than Traders, but the room, pool, gym etc are not as good. If you can get traders for the same price it's better for shopping and general comfort. 더 보기

this hotel is in need of an update, the rooms are tired, and the staff are just ok. the views from my room were fantastic, due to being on the top floor and looking over to the mainland. the hotel is well situated in the middle of george town
