Americas Best Value Inn Redlands - 레드랜드

For the price it's close to everything in Redlands. The front desk was very helpful and accomodating with our parking of a van and trailor, washing vechicles, and making stay nice. The conti breakfast is basically nothing! Good thing Denny's is right next door and across the street is a ton of restaurants and shopping.

Both property grounds and room were very clean. Given the off freeway location, there were plenty of security cameras , and great parking lot lighting. Staff/owners were were extremely helpful and polite. Great value that fit my budget, I would stay here again.

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The continental breakfast was a joke, the room smelled horrible, the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat and when I called for hangars, I was told "sure, come get them". What kind of customer service is that? This hotel hardly deserves the name of America's Best anything!

This was a horrible hotel and overall experience. I would say that the room is what you pay for, but its not even close to that. The staff is extremely rude. The rooms smelled of cigarettes. The towels were cheap. Finally, there is a Denny's that abutts the hotel, where there was a large crowd of about 30 people outside sreaming, yelling and physically […] fighting at 2am. This was all right outside my room. Furthermore, there were gunshots that went off in the hotel parking lot. Needless to say, I checked out immediately and would NEVER return. 더 보기

the room was pretty clean and for a good price. nothing fancy but not too shabby either. the discount at denny's is a plus. we were very grateful for the fridge and the room is not extremely cramped for space like some places. my only complaint is the lady who runs the front desk doesnt seem to understand english very well and she is moody. she needs […] better customer service and social skills. most importantly though, the room was clean. 더 보기

this hotel was fine for a one night stay when your on the road. its right next to a dennys, and if you tell the dennys you are staying here, they knock 15% off your bill. pretty neat. hotel was standard. clean. beds were ok. towels a little rough. room smelled weird upon entering, but ac worked that all away.
