This is a lovely hotel! Highly recommended. However they should be able to find a quieter cooling unit.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Best continental breakfast offering and dining area is very comfortable for many. The room was very well insulated, quiet. Did not hear doors slamming or voices at all. So easy to sleep. The Mobile area was nice, and some great dining options very close.

I would say all positive things including the very nice breakfast buffet, the cleanliness of the hotel, the location. Only downfall is no hot tub in the bathrooms or outside. Maid service came around 3 p.m. each day (I stayed Tuesday through Friday) which was right about the time I wanted to take a nap. Appreciated the bleached Duvet Covers on the comforters […] for cleanliness. Overall, I give this hotel high marks...it was a nice stay. 더 보기

The hotel was so convenient, located in the heart of downtown Mobile. My family lives very close by so it was a very easy drive for us. The hotel was very pretty, clean, the staff was very manner-able and the continental breakfast offered more than I expected. Stayed for GoDaddy parade/festiviies. Also will be staying during Mardi Gras. Hotel is very nice and clean. Enjoyed our stay very much. AC did not cool as well as it could have though. I stayed two nights with my children. We were there to see the Moon pie drop, the battleship and children's musuem. When I mentioned that to the check in clerk, he gave me 4 FREE tickets to the museum! The hotel was awesome and buzzed with excitement for New Year's. There were mni moon pies for guests to enjoy. This hotel could not have been more perfect for our needs. The staff was super friendly; the room was immaculate and comfortable. And the location was two blocks from where the event that brought us to town was located. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needed a place to stay in Mobile.

My husband and I really enjoyed the time we were able to spend together in Mobile. The hotel was in a great location and was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. If we get back to Mobile, we will without a doubt stay here again.

What a nice new hotel in downtown Mobile. The service was helpful and a really delicious breakfast with hot omelets, waffles, and oatmeal...a nice change from the regular continental. The room was nice and clean. However, the walls are a bit thin. We heard the neighbors next door and I'm sure they heard our baby crying!

Title says it all. If you haven't been to Mobile, this is a great hotel to stay in. It's in the absolute perfect location. Downtown - next to everything. Rooms/hotel is much nicer than the average Hampton Inn/3-4 star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

when we got to the room there was a whole lot of confusion about where to put me in at. the toilet in the room was stopped up. it smells like cigarette smoke really bad in the room.

Stayed one night, even the sofa sleeper was comfortable, big room, quiet at night, would stay here again

Downtown Mobile still has the "old-timey" feel to it and this is right in the middle of it all. There are plenty of nightclubs/bars right around the hotel along with quaint, little coffee shops. It is directly across the street from the Renaissance Hotel so there's no view of the water, but the hotel is lovely. There is a small outdoor pool which was […] very well kept up. Not that great for sunbathing, because it's directly in between the two sides of the hotel, which is build more or less around it. The hotel is an older hotel that was remodeled so it still has that feel, but the rooms were wonderful. There is a small parking lot next to the hotel that you park in for $9.00 a day that isn't listed on the website, but it's definitely worth it as there isn't any street side parking. Call it serendipity, but we chose this hotel based on other member reviews and found ourselves totally shocked at how centrally located this hotel was. We really had a lot of travelling to do and found ourselves not having to travel too far. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and the breakfast buffet was actually good!! My family and I booked a room here on our way to Orlando. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was super clean with ample room for our family of 5.

Was in Mobile for a wedding and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. They were accommodating to those who booked late. Great gym and breakfast. The only issue was limited on site parking.

A must stay place if you are in Mobile. Well-appointed rooms, bedding to die for. We had a suite that was wonderful! Hot breakfast with lots of choices. Neighborhood with lots of quaint cafes and bars. Buildings in neighborhood have been rehabed and are beautiful. Very safe neighborhood. A must stay place.

I was in Mobile for a conference being hosted at the convention center. The conference hotel was directly across the street and charging significantly more per room per night for smaller rooms! The Hampton Inn was ridiculously spacious (I was in a two queen bed suite), clean, new, and affordable. The hot breakfast in the morning had everything you could […] want and stayed open until 10am. There was a paper outside of your door every day and the cleaning staff was very friendly and thorough. I stayed for three nights and didn't want to leave. There is a quizno's in the lobby for a quick meal and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The convention center was less than a 10 minute walk away (through the renaissance hotel and over the pedestrian bridege). I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn again - the price and quality were perfect! 더 보기

We stayed here as a stop between Texas and Orlando. We were very pleased. The hotel was very nice, and the staff was very friendly. We had a 2 queen bedroom. the room was very clean, and the beds were fine. Only complaint I have was they had the air regulated. So we could not get the room temp. below 74. The other thing was the parking beside the hotel […] was full so we had to park across the street in a garage. It did not matter that there were spots open beside the hotel, once they gave us the information for the gargae across the street, that was the only place we could park. This hotel offered us the suite that allowed us to have access to more bedspace and a slightly larger room, which we needed. The amenities were great (in fact better than hotels that I HAVE to stay in at Tulsa and OKC.) The breakfast was very good. One thing I REALLY liked about the room was the fact that there was another mirror at the microwave area. […] Although it was mainly for decor, the designers added bright lighting along with the fact that the counter for the microwave and fridge were there, making it a nice place for someone to put on make-up OUTSIDE the bathroom. hotel in downtown and able to walk to resturants and youth science museum. Hotel pretty new and has a good buffet breakfeast.

Well worth the money and very friendlt staff.
