벨라 비스타 익스프레스 호텔 오클랜드 에어포트 (Bella Vista Express Hotel Auckland Airport) - 망게레

이 호텔은 Auckland 공항으로부터 편리한 위치에 있고 무료 셔틀버스는 아주 좋다. - 내가 맨처음 도착했을때 다음 셔틀을 이용하기 위해서 15-20분정도 기다려야 한다고 들었지만 - 내가 거의 자정이 다되어서 도착했기때문에 아주 나쁠수도 있었다. 호텔은 반공업지역에 있어서 바로 근처에 볼거리나 할것이 없다. 대부분의 Auckland 공항 호텔은 오직 공항에 가까이 있어야할때에만 이용한다는 것이 사실이다. Auckland city는 20분정도 차를 타고 가야 한다. 무료로 제공되는 아침식사는 아주 좋고 일찍 시작되서 아침일찍 떠난다면 안성맞춤이다. 이곳에 다시 묵을것이며 다른이들에게도 추천한다.

이 호텔은 매우 편리한 곳에 위치해있으며 24시간 제공되는 무료 셔틀버스는 정말 다른곳과 차이점을 만든다. 공항으로 태우러 오기까지 좀 오래 걸리긴하지만 알아서 따로 교통수단을 찾아 헤매는것보다는 낫다. 객실은 꽤 간단했고 보통이었으며 화장실 벽에는 곰팡이가 있었고 아침식사 선택은 나빴다. 요거트를 먹거나 버터와 잼을 바른 토스트중에 하나였다. 비행기를 갈아타는 도중 Auckland에 잠깐 체류해야한다면 괜찮은 선택이나, 그 외라면 추천하지 않겠다.

호텔은 괜찮지만 셔틀버스 서비스는 굉장히 별로였다. 우리는 Auckland공항에 도착하자마자 호텔에 전화해서 셔틀 버스 서비스를 우리 일행 8명을 위해 저녁 9시쯤 문의했고 바로 보내주겠다는 대답을 받았다. 셔틀버스는 오는데에만 30분이 걸렸고, 도착해서는 국내선 공항에 먼저가서 사람들을 태우고 작은 버스를 예약하는바람에 6명이 탈 자리만 있었다. 예약을 했던 안했던 간에, 젊은 사람들이 다 끼어타고 우리는 추운바깥에서 기사가 다시 돌아오기를 기다려야 했다. 이런 이유로 서비스는 별로였고 다신 오지 않겠다. 호텔측은 우리일행의 숫자를 알고있었기 때문에 우리가 밖에서 한시간동안 더 기다린것은 그다지 좋은 인상을 주지 않았다. […] 내가 이 호텔에 다시 오지 않을 이유중 하나이다. 다른 작은 불만은 우리 객실이 고속도로 바로 위에 위치해서 소음이 문제였다. 더 보기

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only negative comment is the limited food available with no service accept coffee or tea in the rooms for breakfast. As the area is industrial, there did not appear to be any options other than the airport for breakfast.

Close to Auckland Airport, with a courtesy shuttle leaving every 30 minutes. Rooms were quiet and clean.

Clean and convenient. Only negative point was because this hotel seemed very popular, the free shuttle service had to be booked in advance as places were limited on the shuttle. The hotel should perhaps get a bigger van.

Great hotel lovely service and very convinient for early flights. No restaurant but meals at the bar were great and very reasonably priced.

THis was a great airport hotel. Everything was very nice and we appreciated being able to get a dinner or drink in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle to the airport runs often. Only warning: ask for a room away from the expressway or the traffic noise will keep you awake.

After missing the shuttle by minutes I had to wait another 40 minutes for the next shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Got to the hotel and 10 sporting teams were literally running riot through the corridors. Reminded me of the opening scenes to a St Trinians movie. Efficient, clean, friendly, modest airport hotel with great parking offer and satisfactory breakfast

Althought the hotel is everything that we expected and we have been there quite a few times, this time (yesterday morning) we were very disappointed in the time it took before we were picked up from the airport. I phoned the hotel as usual and was told to wait outside so we did and a long time later one of your vehicles came along but the driver just […] drove right past, although I was trying to wave him down, even ran up the road trying to get him to stop to no avail. So I phoned again and another long wait ensued and all in all we actually had to wait for about an hour in the cold morning. We are both in our 70's and we were very disappointed with the pick up this time. We have never experienced such a long wait before. We could not imagine why the driver just drove past us, as we were standing in the place where we were told. I am very sorry about this, so perhaps this problem could be sorted out? A very clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast bar has something for everyone and the coffee is excellent always fresh and hot. A very good place to stay when coming to and from the airport and the 24 hour shuttle is very convenient. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Easy access to airport, no restaurant but reasonable free continental breakfast. If you don't have a car there isn't much nearby. Nice, clean hotel and would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while travelling from Christchurch to Sydney. Excellent facilities (apart from internet access being very slow) and included shuttle bus to and from airport which saved us some money.

Stayed as a stop over on way to Australia and found everything perfect, No stress at all, Very good service. Arrived around mid-night at Auckland Int and had to call a free number to be collected (Free Shuttle), This turned up in good time and was comfortable, I then checked in with no hassle and was told information about the hotel I was unaware off. […] I was very surprised by the room, It was clean, comfortable and had a nice Bathroom, TV and Air-Con was also nice to use. Wake up call was arranged and shuttle was ready to take me back to Airport as soon as I was ready. We had a one night stay at your hotel last week which we enjoyed very much. We had dinner and a drink at the little restaurant in the lobby. The food was of good quality as was the service we received and it was well priced. We particularly liked the lovely atmosphere of the dining area and the staff were pleasant and helpful. A suggestion - Please […] make changes to your website. Your web site offers a 'smoking room' option which I chose. Our confirmation letter from you also stated that we had booked a smoking room. When my husband pointed it out to the receptionist she apologised. We knew the non smoking rule would apply to the room but thought that there might have been a balcony with access to outside. I chose your hotel mainly due to the smoking room option. I was still pleased we stayed with you and will do so again next time we are in Auckland, non smoking or not. Close enough to the airport to be convenient, but not so close as to be disturbing. The staff were very kind to our family, and permitted the kids to us the pool after check out time while we were waiting for the hotel shuttle to take us to the airport. the hotel was excellant for price, very close to airport, very clean and comfortable , had free shuttle to airport, free wi fi in lobby, had free breakfast starting at 3.30am for early morning departures to airport. Would recomend staying here if departing early for international flights as nothing in area to see or do - thankyou

The property is close to the airport and provides a free shuttle service that runs every half an hour on the half hour. Price is reasonable. There is a free continental breakfast; not bad but not great either. There is free wi-fi in the lobby. It is a nice place to spend one night waiting for another flight.

Excellent value for money. Clean & comfortable and everything in room worked. Coffee maker with coffee and tea in the room was appreciated and used. Great hotel for overnight stay when traveling. Free 15 minute shuttle to airport is definite asset. Free continental breakfast (starting at 3:30AM) and free WiFi in lobby makes up for no free internet access […] in room. Great place to stay at airport for flights. Coutesy pick up or drop off. Self serve breakfast facilities was good and provided you with what you needed.

Hotel is in a industrial area and not much around to do or see. Our 1 bedroom suite was ok but bed was really soft and uncomfortable and location was very noisy next to washing machines, exit stairs and housekeeping closets. TV is very small and outdated. If you just want to overnight for the airport location, guess it's Ok. Very noisy and they don't […] do much about it. Had people running and screaming up and down the hall for hours in the early morning(1:30am), started again at 4:30am. Impossible to sleep and complaining didn't help. Lots of young people stay here, arriving from bus tours. They should group all these people together in one area as they are the noisy ones. Bar staff was the best thing there as they were really friendly and helpful. Also housekeeping always cleaned our room good with fresh towels, coffee, soap, etc. Front desk staff is so so. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. The standard was close to a backpackers. "Walk in" shower in small bathroom, with basin only, no vanity became flooded and stayed wet overnight. Otherwise clean, good value to some extent but definitely a very ordinary experience.

Great location for airport stopover. No problems with the free shuttle bus collection from the free telephone service at the airport and reception staffed booked us on the shuttle bus for the return the next day. After an extremely long flight, it was so easy to get to the hotel by shuttle and the staff was very friendly and helpful... SImple but clean room, with large bathroom and also nice and quiet. Just remember to pre-book your shuttle to the hotel from the airport, or you may be waiting a while!

We used this hotel as the first night stay when we arrived late at Auckland airport. We arrived at Auckland airport at about 11.00 pm and phoned the hotel for their transfer bus. After waiting about 20 minutes we had to phone again and wait another 15 minutes or so before it arrived. We received a 'complementary' breakfast which was an adequate continental style breakfast.

This hotel is very clean & very convenient should you need a night near the airport. Especially appreciative of free airport shuttle as hotel was good 5 mins drive away from terminals. Also appreciated continental breakfast included in all tariffs! We had huge comfortable room & great nights sleep!

when we arrived at the airport we phoned the hotel to arrange the shuttle - they said to stand outside in 15min and then one would turn up. we went out early and then waited whilst the shuttle was 30min late. When we got to the hotel we got the keys to our room, but these did not work as the room was locked form inside. we then went down to the lobby […] again, where they sent someone up with us to see not get into the room again. he then went downstairs and after a while someone else came up with a keycard to a different room - which in fairness was a free upgrade. the room was large and clean. fairly basic in design. bar menu is limited but there are a number of places that deliver and the hotel provide menus in the rooms. the shuttle the next morning went completely fine.
