309호와 관련된 후기입니다. 최초 체크인 때 창문이 없는 내부 객실로 인도되었습니다. 아무도 원하지 않는 방을 먼저 채우는 오래된 수법이죠. 저희는 거절했고 수영장을 등지고 있는 방을 선택했습니다. 적어도 객실의 열기를 없애기 위해 에어컨을 하루종일 켜놔야 했어요. 객실을 시원하게 하기에는 충분하지 않았습니다. 침대는 얼룩졌는데 아마도 말라버린 피 같습니다. 벽에는 액체를 흘린 흔적이 남아있었고요. 저희 예약조건에 예약취소 불가 정책이 있어서 그냥 이 호텔의 열약함을 참아내면서 지냈습니다.

끔찍한 투숙이었습니다. 냉방장치는 작동을 안 했고 침대는 끔찍했습니다. 그림들은 외관과 어울리지 않았고 비치에서 너무 멀었습니다. 제 조카딸이 열이 나서 한밤중에 로비에 내려갔습니다. 시끌벅적한 파티가 열리고 있어 (표지판은 저녁 8시에 닫힌다고 되어 있었지만요) 풀바가 언제 끝나는지 물어보기 위해서였습니다. 프런트 데스크의 직원은 사과를 하며 손님들을 객실로 돌려보내겠다고 대답했습니다. 하지만 4시에도 동일한 투숙객들은 한 무더기의 친구들을 불러들여 수영장에서 파티를 열었고, 여전히 수영장에 뛰어들고 시끄러운 음악을 틀어대며 호각을 불어댔습니다. 저는 그래도 프런트 데스크에 제발 조용히 해달라고 부탁하기 위해 내려갔습니다. […] 그 직원이 저와 이미 이야기를 나누었던 동일한 직원임을 알게 됐을 때, 그에게 매니저와 이야기를 할 것이며 체크아웃을 하겠다고 말을 했습니다. 그리고 저는 환불을 원했습니다. 그 파티는 새벽 6시까지 계속 됐습니다. 다음 날 저는 매니저에게 이야기를 했지만, 환불도, 더 좋은 객실도 그 외 어떤 것도 제공받거나 보상받지 못했습니다. 그래서 저희는 저희가 지불한 남은 2박을 더 묵고 호텔을 변경했습니다. 더 보기

전반적으로 괜찮으나 객실이 아주 기본이고 침대는 돌처럼 딱딱합니다. Lo Arkiv가 좋았는데 가격도 좋았고 해안과 야간 활동 하는 곳에 5분 걸리지만 아주 조용합니다.

We stayed in 3 star hotels our whole trip, Patong Beach Lodge was the worst by far There is construction next door, which runs from 7am until late at night. Sometimes there were people working overnight with floodlights. Dust from the construction site is everywhere. I know they could not help it- as the hotel is an L shape that faces the construction, […] but there seemed to be no signs of cleaning or limiting the dust eg the pool loungers were covered in dust, and there were no extra towels or cloths to wipe them. The windows in the corridors were always open so the dust came inside too. The bathroom was tiny - one of those ones where the shower is basically over the toilet and our room didn't have a shower curtain - so we had to store the toilet paper outside of the bathroom so that it didn't get wet. The shower drain cover wasn't attached and the plug area was all brown. There was no space around the basin to store your toiletries, so these were also stored outside or on the floor - pretty inconvienient. The room ammenities were very sparing - there was tea and coffee facilities, but no kettle (just this weird thing that looked like a rice cooker that we had no idea how to use and no instructions) There were also no toiletries provided(soap/shower cap etc) One day they didn't make up our room at all (we were out all day from 8.30am-3.00am) we came home to no clean towels, or drinking water. 더 보기

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICS THEY ADVERTISE. First of all, they advertise the room with buffet breakfast. How is toast, strawberry jam, butter, cucumber, cherry tomatoes be called buffet breakfast? Oh, and they ask you what type of egg you would like. Secondly, the bathroom and toilet were in a 2m x 1m room. No separation between them, not even a […] shower, just a tap with a corded shower head attached. Every time we showered, the whole toilet/bathroom would get drenched. The water always smelled like swerage. Thirdly, no wifi in the rooms. They have 2 computers in the lobby, which suppose to have internet. Unfortunately, they couldn't connect. The room has a balcony that is shared between 3 rooms, so really no privacy. The pool was so small and didn't look very appealling. The A/C never worked properly. It kept on switching off no matter which button you press on the remote. It never cooled down the whole room, just the area where it was directed. We had to cut our accomodation short and moved to a different hotel. It made our trip miserable, until we moved. 더 보기

The location is great it is close to all amenities & bars the staff are all very polite & very helpfull the breakfast is not great unless you like salad for breakfast. I have stayed at this hotel many times before & I will not go back as it has been let get so run down.

This hotel was the hotel you have nightmares about! not at all what we had expected from the photo's and reviews! We were extremely disappointed when we turned up in the middle of the night to find it located right in the heart of a very seedy part of the town! In the evenings we had to wear ear plugs because all you heard was the boom of the music […] from the bars! The outlook was awful we overlooked a building site, and the children's room overlooked the entrance and a bar on the corner which was extremely noisy when people became drunker as the evening went on. When it rained, as it did often, you could not open the windows at all for fear of being swarmed by mosquitoes so we had to sleep with the aircon on all night which was extremely noisy as well! We were woken most nights by men bringing thai prostitutes back to their rooms! Just Don't Choose This Hotel! Very old building, Far from the beach, very difficult to find the location, most of the local people don't know this one, and get confused with " Patong Beach Hotel". Air condition make big noise all night long. BTW, the breakfast is also terrible.

This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our vacation in Thailand. Honestly, I have never stayed at a hotel like this. The hotel was run-down and very shabby. Most of the staff didn't speak English (which is fine), and this made it difficult to communicate (with our limited Thai). They told us that they didn't have any more rooms with 2 beds and our 2 male friends were going to have to share the same bed if our other friends didn't switch. The shower is pretty much over the toilet and the tp gets all wet. The location is centrally located, which is nice. The hotel is in a good location easy walking distance to beach, markets and Bangla road. However the Air conditioning units in the two rooms i stayed in where in need of replacement. Noisy, Leaking water inside room from a/c wall unit. Outside units rusty and falling apart. Air con not as cold as it should have been guessing this was due to the age […] of the units. Noticed a lot of the other rooms had new A/C unit s unfortunately not in the rooms i was put in. Staff where good though throughout the issues and address them. In both rooms i was in, the beds really need replacing mattress's uncomfortable, could feel springs through mattress protector, blanket and linen. Breakfasts where fresh and well prepared. Great Value for money, Plenty of breakfast, Helpful and friendly service. Had food by the Pool a couple of times always great. Yes a few things where a little tired once in 16 nights had a small tear in pillow case and the twoels where a bit frayed sometimes but they are changed every day so not a major issue for me given the price!

之前曾在这家酒店住过，所以这次旅行中的过渡酒店就选了在这，网站的价格很不错。酒店的位置很好，离江西冷步行大概7分钟，出来就是几家小酒吧和餐厅，觅食很容易。这次晚上入住，第二天中午退房，只住短短的几个小时，所以前台给了1层的第一间，出来就是电梯和泳池，但怀疑这间平时是员工用来临时休息的所以准备不足，进门就是很重的烟味，没放免费的水和咖啡，毛巾也没有，只有浴巾。好在只是过渡，如果常住建议要高一点的楼层，上次入住的感觉很好，一层的窗户在走廊，所以是不能开的，只能拉着窗帘啦！不过，除此之外，酒店的员工都很好，很亲切，上次住的长感觉到的。

Hotellet ligger sentralt til i et område som er stille og rolig. Det holder grei standard for prisen å dømme og det har alle fasiliteter. Totaltsett har jeg satt en midt på tre tilfredshet pga rotet ved innsjekk. de hadde ikke bestillingen når vi kom, det tok lang tid å finne rom og når vi først fikk rommene var de mindre enn vi de vi hadde betalt for. alt […] løste seg til slutt men det tok lang tid. Dette er et nedslitt hotell til overpris. Neste gang tar jeg inn på et guesthouse til en tredjedel av prisen med bedre og nyere rom. Og finner meg et svømmebasseng til et par hundre bath dagen hvis jeg ønsker meg en treningsøkt. Hoteller blir ikke bedre av at det er en byggeplass med byggearbeider vegg i vegg. Styr unna dette hotellet.

Hotellet ligger veldig bra til i forhold til stranden. Det tar ca 4 minutter å gå til stranden. Hotellet hadde et greit bassengområde, og servicen var bra. The AC didnt work, the bed was terrible, the pictures do not match the appearance, far from the beach aaaaand when my niece had a fever and I went down to the lobby at midnight to ask when the poolbar was gonna close since they were having a big party (although the sign said it closed at 8pm). At 4am the same guests had brought over more load friends and having a pool party, still jumping in to the pool, still playing loud music and still having a blast I yet went down to tell the front desk to tell them to please be quiet. When I saw that it was the same person I'd already talked to I told him I'd speak to the manager and check out. And I wanted a refund.The party kept on going til 6am. L'hôtel est très agréable, super décoration, personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute! Je trouve qu'il propose un bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul point négatif le petit déjeuner car il n'y a pas grand chose et lorsqu'on est français on aime avoir sa baguette et ses viennoiseries. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Rooms are nothing extraordinary, but it is cheap, the staff is nice, they do what they can to assist you. It has a pool, not a big one, but you can refresh your body after a day bathed in sweat.
