The room was clean quiet & comfortable. i was very satisfied

I used the computer in the business section to check my e-mail and picked up a virus in my home computer. Still having problems even after my son helped me.

Was great but did not appreciate the fact I had to pay for parking...that should be free with any stay.

Great rooms, but its a ways from the riverwalk.

MY husband and myself and kids stayed here just cause it was a last minute trip to San Antonio and we loved it. The rooms were great and the location was wonderful. I would definately stay there again

We stayed at this hotel during the Alamo Bowl. It is a short walk to the Alamo Dome and the hotel did have a shuttle if you planned ahead and didn't want to walk. It is also a short walk to the River Walk. It is right off the freeway, but we didn't hear any traffic noise from our room. The ONLY negative on this hotel is the neighborhood. They do offer free shuttle service to and from the hotel though, which is wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in SA.

This hotel was new, clean and good value, but it's name is misleading. It was across I-35 from the Riverwalk and Alamo destinations. Also, they added a $10 fee for parking, which was a surprise for this kind of hotel\motel.

Hotel staff went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. Very friendly and courteous. Hotel was clean and rooms were a decent size. Wished it was a little closer to the river walk.

this is not walking distance from riverwalk and it is in a really bad area would not recommend

Great hotel. Very nicely decorated and great breakfast....but best of all were the awesome beds. Very comfy!!

We were very pleased with our room it was large enough for the five of us. It was a nice surprise that breakfast was included in the price as it was very reasonable. Less than five mins from the riverwalk and we felt very safe walking back at night and if needed the hotel runs a shuttle bus.

This hotel is on the otherside of I 35 from downtown San Antonio. It's not far from the Riverwalk but the surrounding area is a little sketchy.

Surround neighborhood is old, poor and dirty. some homeless people were around the hotel after dark.it located inside of small street. It is hard to find it if you don't have GPS. Hotel was ok, but not worth the price that we paid

Handy to city center. Dissappointed that the pool and spy where out of order during our stay and we had to pay for parking. Otherwise no complaints.

great stay,i would diffently stay there again,i will recommeded this hotel to my family and friends.rooms were cleaned and comfortable,housekeeping was very good.great job comfort suites.

Big, clean, friendly hotel. Rooms are huge, beds are comfy, the free breakfast is delicious. The hotel is on the other side of I-37. It isn't on the Riverwalk but close enough to walk there. In fact, i walked to and from The Palms Restaruant to the hotel....and being a "big guy", was just fine. The hotel is 2 blocks or so from the Alamo and about 3 […] or 4 blocks from the Riverwalk. The hotel has washers, dryers, vending machines, fabulous leather sofas/chairs to lounge in and a small swimming pool. I will stay at this hotel from now on....with such good prices...why not! The only two downers is: 1) they charge $10 per night to park your car and 2) their shuttle starts at 9am and ends at 9pm (wished it would start a little earlier). All in all, great stay....WELL WORTH your money. PS: I stayed in room 208 so my room was not close to the highway...but there are some room that are a few feet from I-37....don't know if those rooms are noisy or not. Mine wasn't. 더 보기

The staff at the Comfort Suites made up for our initial disappointment that we were not right on the riverwalk. We felt well cared for, were provided transportation to the riverwalk, enjoyed a clean room and a nice breakfast. Nice, clean hotel. Everything that you would expect from a Comfort Suites. However, despite the name, this hotel is not on the riverwalk. Yes, there is a shuttle available in a van once per hour, if you sign up and space is available. We made the walk - once. The walk is only about 10 to 15 minutes. The neighborhood is a little scary, however; you have […] to walk under an interstate bridge and through or past parking lots with tall chainlink fences and dark areas, with some questionable locals hanging out. My parents, husband, daughter and I all stayed in one room with two queen beds (suite) that contained a full size sofa bed. We all slept comfortably. The pool is small, but nice with a small waterfall as well as a hot tub. There is also a small putting area and the hotel offers golf balls and clubs. great place. awesome price, full complementary breakfast always rocks, awesome pool with waterfall and a little putt-putt golf! location was very easy to find, though it seems near the po-dunk, it was perfectly fine and nothing is far away. pillows were too thick but thats just me. WILL BE STAYING THERE NEXT TIME I go to San Anton'

The hotel is new and beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the San Antonio Alamo area. Only one issue - the AC in the room was a bit loud and not effective at cooling the room, even when set at 68. Aside from that, everything else was great!

Excellent off-riverwalk option which offers value for quality, amenities, service and location. I will stay there again.

This hotel although is sandwiched between the highway and the train tracks we had no problems with noise (or we were too tired). The room was clean and the staff friendly.

Very comfortable hotel- rooms a bit small for 3 people and 2 queen beds, but otherwise very nice. Microwave and refrigerator provided. Breakfast was great Only problem is distance to river. have to cross major highway to get there no problem, just bring good walking shoes Jacuzzi was nice touch

The hotel is located on the opposite side of the hwy from the Riverwalk and is not within walking distance. The hotel is clean and safe inside, but beware-- there are tons of homeless people surrounding the parking garage and exterior hotel. Te best part about the stay was the free breakfast-- that was great.

With a family of 5 we were looking for a value but yet close to the Riverwalk area. We found it in this Comfort Suites. Hotel seemed new and room was nice with 2 Queen beds and a sleeper sofa. It was very spacious for my wife and I, along with 3 kids under 10. Morning breakfast was a great addition to the room rate.

This hotel was nice, clean and the staff was helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of food, including the ever popular do-it-yourself waffle maker. The pool was small but well maintained. This was a good place to stay for the price.

Lots of room, outstanding service and the hotel was lovely. The pool even has a fountian and they went out of their way to help me out with my 18 month old too. Very safe close to the Alamo and great breakfast.

With the two queen beds and sofa bed, we all slept comfortably. I was thinking the room would have a separate living area closed off from the bedroom, but it did not. It was a typical hotel room, with a little more length than normal. Bathroom was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. Would stay again with my family.

A nice hotel, reasonably priced, but not in the greatest neighborhood. Their parking was under the freeway. Just on the other side of the fence 20 or so homeless people were camped out. The adjacent neighborhoods seemed fairly seedy.

Hotel was nice, though not as close to the riverwalk as friendly staff made it sound. Beds were comfortable but too high to sit on easily. Nice pool area. Small putting green was an additional bonus. Breakfast buffet was wonderful!!! No vending machines for snacks, though snacks were available for purchase through hotel. Would stay here again!!

Overall the hotel was great! The beds were comfortable. My kids loved it. The only complaint if any, we had to pay for parking. I would definitely stay again.

３泊の一人旅でした。はじめ、このホテルのまわりは危ないなーと思いましたが、ちょっと歩くとすぐ街に出れました。 朝食はあまり多彩ではなく、３日ともほぼ同じでした。２日間は、本当に少しですが簡単は食べ物が提供され、それを食べたため節約できて良かったです。 ホテルの従業員さんは本当に良い人ばかりでした。たまに誰も受付に人がいなくて困っている滞在者もいましたが、対応はとてもよく、とても満足しました。 ホテルの部屋は、十分広かったです。でも隣からの物音が気になる時もありました。１日に１回の清掃は、あまりきちんとされていなかったように思いました。シティビューの部屋でしたが、特に見る価値のない光景でした。 １時間おきぬシャトルバスが出ているのは良かったです。でも、歩いてもいける距離に名所はほぼありました。
