Decor was very nice but our room smelled like vomit and had mysterious red stains in floor. Decent location and good breakfast.

Pool was very small other than that it was great

The modern design of the hotel had an eclectic feel to it. I am usually not a big fan of this style, but the hotel seemed to pull it off. The hotel was superbly tidy and the breakfast was good.

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool at the hotel. We did some shopping at the mall and had a large variety of restaurants close by to eat at while in the Florence area. A very comfortable stay/wish we could have stayed longer but had to return home.

Room was very clean,had room on street side that was some what noisey from traffic even being on fourth floor. Would stay again but would ask for room on back side of building.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Springhill Suites! The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms we had were HUGE!! The sitting area was perfect for relaxing at night and watching tv. The hotel is also in a great location with numerous restaurants close by. During our stay, we visited the Newport Aquarium and we spent a day skiing at Perfect North […] Slopes. We had a weekend getaway and stayed at the Springhill suits. Everything was great the swimming pool had a lot of young kids enjoying themselves up till closing. Could have had 1 hour prior to closing for only adults. Location is great for the greater Cincinnati area. Desk clerks were very nice and helpful about surrounding activities. The breakfast […] was good but on Saturday morning the items were in short supply on many items due to the volume of guest and what appeared to be a little short staffed for a while until other workers were pressed into assisting the one lone person taking care of the food. This hotel is a stone's throw from the airport and lots of restaurants. After seeing the reviews about how great breakfast was, I was expecting a restaurant-- guess I should have read more closely. Stayed here for a visit to Newport Aquarium and loved it! I was a bit nervous because it was so inexpensive, but becuase of the great reviews, decided to give it a try. So happy we did, it was CLEAN, meticulously maintained and thoughfully designed. The pool was great, the kids had a good swim and the area was comfortable and relaxing for those of us […] not swimming. The free breakfast buffet was tasty and abundant. Although, too bad about all the guests who think it's OK to show up to breakfast in their jammies, unkemp hair and without shoes, but that's not the hotel's fault and is a widespread problem (Free food and gross people go hand-in-hand!) The area surrounding this hotel is fantastic, every store and restaurant you can list and them some. Great value; extremely clean and comfortable; the only issue was too much chlorine in the pool water and the pool is a little small.

It had been awhile since I had stayed at a SpringHill Suites, but if this is a good example, I will be back. The room had the feel of a W, kind of quirky. I was quite surprised at the decor there, much different than other hotels. I'm no art decorator connosieur but the place just felt "cool". It was close to Turfway Pk which is where we were going, with easy access to the interstae. The spa was magnificent except for a little bit too much chlorine. Worth a visit if you're headed that way. This is a beautiful hotel surrounded by lots of shopping & restaurants. Highly recommended.

We accidently left a Nook in the room. We were on the road for maybe two hours when they called and asked if it was ours. It was UPS'd to us the following day. Very happy!

My parents were returning home after visiting us in Wisconsin and they had no clue how far they would drive that day so they didn't have any reservations. I determined that the best place for them to stop would be somewhere south of Cincinnati and went to the Hotels.com site and discovered this hotel.....booked it at a very reasonable price and parents […] arrived within the hour of booking. Everything went beautifully at check in and my father, who is typically skeptical of hotels actually was surprised at how nice it was (lobby, parking,etc.) and then they called me to report that the room was "lovely" and "everything was wonderful" and they were pleased....the surrounding area had every kind of restaurant available, plus shopping, and the location was near enough to their interstate to get home....the only 'negatives' were that if they hadn't had the actual address plugged into the GPS they said they would never have found it because it was tucked way back and not easily accessed if you were just driving looking for a place to stay.....and the breakfast in the morning had so many people, especially children, that they could not get breakfast which they wanted (so they went to nearby Panera).....otherwise, a great property and a place they will make plans to stay at for future trips. 더 보기

Super friendly staff, east to get to and very comfy rooms! The only drawback would be that the Pool is tiny.

We had no idea what this hotel would be like other than what we'd seen online and couldn't have been happier when we arrived for our stay. The hotel rooms have a slightly different set up than many with the separate shower/vanity and commode/sink locations. This worked very well for our trip with our teenage son. The sleeper sofa/desk area provided a nice spot to stretch out and relax without sitting on the beds Beds were very comfortable, great view of Turfway race track, lots of restaurants […] & stores very close by and convenient for our flights in/out of CVG. My husband and I stayed in this hotel last weekend while we werein town for a concert. This hotel is fabulous! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful! The room smelled fresh and clean and the bed was soooo comfy. The breakfast was awesome! We would definately stay here again! We recommend it highly!

very close to Cincinnati every famous sights. And good breakfast. But, very cold. Heating system is not working thesedays.

This hotel is very close to a movie theater, horse track and restaurants. It's a very quite hotel for the location. My wife and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

From the location to the responsive staff, beautiful room, pool/training room and excellent breakfast buffet, this location surpassed every expectation I have for out-of-town lodgings. When I arrived, I found a single staff member, Leslie, alone at the registration desk. There were two families waiting to be checked in and one young lady waiting to […] purchase candy bars. While answering the ringing phones, Leslie worked quickly and politely dealt with these interruptions while preparing key cards for the two families. During this time a number of additional guests arrived and cued up behind me and the young lady with the candy patiently awaiting our turn. During this interval a demanding and rude man walked to the desk, slammed his hand down on the counter and screamed at Leslie. His demeanor was threatening and yet Leslie retained a calm, polite and apologetic manner in an attempt at conversing with this man. Leslie handled this situation with grace and dignity while she was the recipient of demeaning and harassing threats. This employee deserves recognition by your organization for her professionalism and "grace under fire". Every other employee at the hotel I encountered, from the breakfast crew to the cleaning staff were friendly, accomodating and helpful. This team should be commended for their wonderful work!!! 더 보기

Very friendly personnel, rooms very clean, bed where comfortable. We were five people, including two kids. The kids enjoyed the pool, which is small so might get full pretty quick. 15 minutes drive to downtown Cincinnati. Hotel is close to many restaurants and shops.
