My mother and I picked this hotel because it offered the most for the money - my mother loves a pool but when our pool was closed down the last night and they never told us we were both VERY upset.

A very nice hotel, that includes free wifi and free breakfast. And it is located close to shopping and dinning.

First of all, this hotel is always close to selling out during the late spring early summer because of its closeness to soccer fields, therefore, you should book early or you could be shut out. The coupon books found at welcome centers won't help on pricing. I was given a handicap room upon arrival but I am not handicap. I asked to be change and they […] did so with no problem. My room did not have a refrigerator or microwave in it which I expected. It's 2011, every hotel room should have these items just like they all have an ironing board and iron and hair dryer. I did enjoy the free breakfast as they had a variety of items even hot food like eggs, sausage, and toast. It is right off the interstate but one of the last hotels in a long line of hotels in the area. 더 보기

Had a very nice stay..very helpful with anything we needed..the hotel staff and manager were great..very clean..the only thing I would have changed would be a refridgerator in the room...otherwise very nice

I tried to check in at 1pm, but was told I could not check in until 2. So I verified my confirmation with the front desk and confirmed a late check in, since I had to leave for a meeting. Upon returning they had given my room away, yet checked my into a cheaper room that I had not booked without refunding money or even telling me it was a different […] type of room. After lugging bags upstairs had to return to front desk and demand the room I booked. After much arguing, was told that they in fact had an equivalent room available, but had let cleaning crew go home before it was cleaned. Couldn't book another hotel because everything sold out. Finally, front desk guy offered to clean the room, but the manager on duty did nothing to help. Was finally allowed to check into my room at 1am haggling and waiting for almost 2 hours. I talked to the manager in charge the following morning, and he gave me $20 for my trouble, but refused to comp the room. So I gave up and went to breakfast where the guy serving walked outside, smoked a cigerette, then came back in and handled the food without washing his hands. Both managers were just as unprofessional. However the desk clerk (Kevin) and lady in charge of maid service were very nice and helpful. Needless to say, I will never book this hotel again. 더 보기

The overwhelming problem was interstate noise (big rigs going by the entire time).Housekeeping came late in the afternoon and one day did not even make the other bed.
