Good rate. Good service and room especially for the money. Small only 15 rooms, but pretty nice.

Not a name brand motel with very reasonable rates, clean, small number of rooms, felt safe, personable managers. While they could use some newer towels the room was very comfortable! Would stay here again.

their WIFI were very poor!. Valve in shower was broken, could only get luke warm water at best. Overall a great value for the money, so didn't even report this to the staff. Cable TV had almost 100 channels, which I found strange for such a cheap motel. Also, the furnishings were above average.

This is an older motel. It was adequate. An OK place to spend a night. It was well furnished with quality furniture but the bathroom was small and dated. Handy to restaurants you can walk to.

The room was clean and very nice. Great value

If you get a great price, this hotel would be acceptable. Carpet is worn, furnishing are old, very small, outdated bathroom. Bed/mattress was clean and no bedbugs! Entire hotel is outdated, but reception is friendly and helpful. I felt I paid too much for what I got.

No frills, no extra comforts, but it got the job done for one night. Bathroom space is a pretty tight fit. Glad to see a fridge in the room.

Clean room, older hotel but nice that we had two bedrooms. When traveling with teenagers, its nice to have a seperate room. Just wished there was a coffee maker in the room

locally owned great bargin, no frills It had everything we needed except a coffeemaker.

I needed a place to crash for a few hours while heading to California and found this place online. It was great for the price and I already booked it for the next trip. Small but I didn't need much room and I loved the fact that it had a fridge and microwave without asking for one.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff was polite and very helpful.

I really didn't like finding a huge cockroach climbing on the wall and grasshoppers and other roaches coming in under the inch of space under the door where it didn't even reach the ground. Also the t.v fuzz kinda sucked.

We arrived very late in the night. We receive the room immediatly. It was clean and had everything we needed. For one night It was very good. We also received very good recomandation about were to eat with children.

Great room for the low cost. Could use some minor upgrades. But all and all the service was very good. The price was even better... center of town location as well..

The Dixie Palms is an older hotel but it is very well cared for. The bath room is small but I have been in much smaller baths (I am 6'4", 235 lbs and there was enough room for me). We found the staff friendly and helpful. The motel is easily within walking distance of a number of places to eat. While the motel is older, its seems to be well kept. the rates were very reasonable, and we will stay there anytime we are passing through St. George.

Reasonable motel with reasonable value but more expensive than Nevada,just a few miles south.Away from the gambling.

The shower was absolutely "gross" (we did not use it)and the rest of the room was below average.

We've stayed in rooms 4, 11, and 15 so far. Room 4 was the best of the three. The other two were okay although the door lock was a bit dodgy in #15. The rooms have always been clean and the internet works well.

A tiny room with a minuscule bathroom. The furniture was worn out but it was clean, the shower stall was quite old but the water pressure was good. On the positive side, The bed was comfortable; we also found the manager quite helpful in that he accepted to push check out time a bit later since we had arrived quite late the previous night. This is our second stay at the Dixie Palms this year. No problems either time. The rooms are in good shape and the rates are reasonable. No breakfast but internet is included. That's all we need.

Friendly desk clerk, older furniture, good cable, ok bed, simplee room, fridge and micrrowave, good location in town, 11am checkout, 60min drive to zion natl park

We stopped here during our cross country road trip and ended up arriving late at night (2am). Luckily late check-ins are not a problem (with a reservation). The bed was comfortable and clean, and the room has a microwave and fridge (which you have to pay extra for in most budget hotel chains now). Enjoyed my 3 nite stay, not too far for my zion national park visits, and plenty of places to eat at! My favorite was the Bear Paw Cafe -excellent breakfast, 2 bad i forgot 2 use my 10% off that the hotel gave. The room gave me what i needed the most, rest and security. I would stay again, thanks Dixie Palms!

I reserved a four night stay. After the first night the bed got made, but the bloody washcloth was not taken to be washed(I cut myself shaving). The morning after the third night I noticed a moth on the floor and a half dead cockroarch on the floor. This seemed to be an older hotel with the bathroom a little too small & tight in 2 important areas-the shower & toilet. Easy access with courteous staff. Needs to be upgraded a little.

I was traveling long distance and needed a hotel for a night. The customer service was excellent & friendly, the room was clean and comfortable at an excellent price.

Floors are uneven... walls are paper thin... didn't have any service on room after the 1st night. Just ok. Wasn't horrible, but you can probably do better for the same price.

No frills, but relatively no price either! Good little motel for a quick stay. Smaller than normal bathroom, but plenty of space in the room. For the price hands down the best in town.... Would stay there again and again if I was to visit that town again. Very clean and affordable.

Dixie Palms is a no frills budget motel with a very competent & friendly front desk/manager and a 1950s/1960s ambience. Our room was very clean and very basic. The furniture seems like hand-me-downs (perhaps from one of the Best Western properties that the motel owner also operates in St. George). There's absolutely nothing fancy about this place. If […] I managed this property, I'd retire bath towels before they became completely frayed and unravelled along the side. I'd also improve the patches & repainted areas on the room & bathroom walls, so it didn't look as if a non-professional had done the repairs. And I'd provide a 3rd pillow as most hotels do. However, the property was clean and very inexpensive, and the manager was very gracious and helpful (even looking up weather conditions on the roads for us before we headed out of town). 더 보기

We liked it better than the other chain hotels we have stayed at in the same area for 1/2 the price.

if i wasn't lazy and hadn't prepaid online, i would've gotten a refund and left this hotel. definitely not nice. i wanted to save a few bucks, so completely my fault. i didn't feel safe in the room. none of the windows locked, and there's a huge freaking window next to the bed. the nonsmoking room? ew. had this seriously funky odor that permeated onto […] my clothes i hung in the closet. so not nice. not worth even a night's stay. the shower? ew. never again. i'll spend the extra thirty dollars next time. 더 보기

Good price, but you get what you pay for. Off noisy street. Old beds but new carpet. Too much furniture in the room. The chairs could not be used by the table, too low. Check was friendly.
