마카티 크라운 리젠시 호텔 (Makati Crown Regency Hotel) - 마카티

두짓타니 호텔 건너편에 위치한 작고 아담한 호텔입니다. 그린벨트, SM 등과 바로 인접해 있어 쇼핑하기도 좋네요. 다만 호텔이 작다보니 택시기사분들이 위치를 제대로 모르더라구요. 객실도 특급호텔 수준은 아니지만 나름 청결했고 조식은 별로 기대하지 마세요.

외부에서 볼때는 건물이 작고 낡아보여서 기대안하고 체크인했는데요 내부는 정말 좋아요~ 여기 오기전에 말라테랑 세부를 들려서 왔는데 거기 호텔도 괜찮은 편이었는데 내부가 제일 맘에 들어요~ 화장실도 제일 깨끗하구요~ 전자레인지도 있고~ 또 쇼핑몰 앞이라 식사하러 나가기도 좋아요~ 규모가 작아서 택시타면 기사님들이 바로 알지는 못하는거 같던데 주소알려주면 잘 오시더라구요~^^;

에어컨이 망가져서 잘 작동되지 않았습니다. 직원들의 보조 없이는 호텔 카트를 사용할 수 없었습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원의 서비스도 별로 좋지 않았습니다.

지난해 최악의 숙박이었습니다(전 자주 해외 여행을 다닙니다). 제가 예약한 스탠다드 룸은 창문이 하나도 없었습니다(단지 속임수를 위한 커튼만 있었습니다). 그리고 수페리어 급으로의 업그레이드는 공시 가격으로는 거의 두 배(175%)나 비쌌습니다(또한 스탠다드 패키지에는 아침식사 가격이 이미 포함되어 있는데도, 별도의 아침식사 가격을 지불해야만 했습니다). 수페리어 객실의 경우에도 별로 좋지 않은 두 개의 창문이 (늦은 밤까지 시끄럽고 불빛이 요란한) 메일 도로쪽으로 나 있었으며, 스탠다드 룸 처럼 작고 불편했습니다... 에어컨은 키 카드가 있을 때만 작동해서, 객실에 없을 때 미리 시원하게 할 수도 없었습니다. 화장실 […] 변기도 오직 "한 번"만 물이 잘 내려가서 매우 당황스러운 때가 있었으며, 샤워물 온도도 맞추기 매우 힘들었습니다. 접수처 직원들은 예의바르긴 했지만, 정말 어리숙했습니다(사춘기 학생들 같았습니다). 저는 이 호텔이 4성급호텔 치고 가격이 괜찮은 편이어서 선택하였습니다. 그러나 등급은 창문 대신 쳐 놓은 커튼처럼 속임수였습니다. 정말 럭셔리한 호텔에 지불하는 정도의 비용을 더 지불하여, 객실 등급을 업그레이드했지만, 저는 여전히 좋지 않은 호텔에 있을 뿐이었습니다. 이 후기를 끝마치며 요약해보자면, 이런 '모험'을 하는데 너무 많은 페소(peso)를 지불했다는 것입니다. 이 호텔에서 시간을 보내고, 좋은 기억을 갖기에 마닐라는 너무 훌륭합니다. 돈의 가치를 생각한다면 다른 호텔을 택하십시오(예 : Dusit은 Crown Regency 바로 근처에 있습니다) 더 보기

Crown Regency는 그린벨트 쇼핑센터 및 레스토랑에서 걸어서 5분 거리에 있습니다. CR은 빠르고 쉬운 체크인/체크아웃을 제공합니다. 직원들은 모두 매우 예의 바릅니다. 아침식사도 정말 훌륭하고, 선택권도 많습니다. 객실도 꽤 깨끗합니다. 침대도 매우 편안합니다. 다만 객실 아래로 보이는 전망은 별로입니다. 로비도 꽤 현대적입니다. 저는 다른사람에게 이 호텔을 추천하고 싶습니다. 가격도 적당합니다.

the afternoon receptionist NOT pleasant at all ... she talks on the phone like an answering machine , the hallway from the lift going to RM 414 its very smelly...

Not a bad location if you want to do some shopping. Staff are all so wonderful Asked for a queen or a double bed, but got 2 singles.. Not a bad place to stay for a short night or two

They lied about the room, it was dirty , sheets were discusting. Was not at all like the description here on hotels .com. Way over priced and rated !

After endless internet searches for accommodation on our recent family holiday to Manila, I chose to stay at the Makati Crown Regency based on location & budget. Booking the 3 rooms using the toll-free phone through Ms Li-Min at the Hotels.com call centre was a pleasure. She provided relevant information, options and answered my queries ‘with a smile’. […] She checked directly with the hotel on my requests for twin beds in the 3 rooms(for my party of 5 adults) while keeping me on hold before confirming my booking. I was impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and level of customer service. The airport-hotel van transfer was booked directly with the hotel concierge and the service was waiting for us on our arrival as confirmed by email. As requested, our party were all on the same floor in Standard and Superior Rooms. Rooms were very clean, parquet floor, split unit air-con strong, firm beds, linen/towels fresh, good water pressure and breakfast menu items varied during our 4 day stay. The only adverse feature is that the bathrooms were small and the toilet door cannot swing fully in so one has to manoeuvre sideways to get in before closing the door. They must also install adequate ledges within the shower stall for placing toiletries. No issues at all with the service as everyone we encountered from reception, bell service, maintenance, housekeeping and café were fantastic. Location was perfect for shoppers like us – diagonally across the main entrance of the Dusit Thani Hotel, facing Park Square and two minutes walk to SM Makati. Japanese restaurants on either side of the hotel ensured that we could catch a light meal upon our late arrival at the hotel. We felt safe as there was notable Makati Police presence at that late hour. It should be noted that this is a non-smoking hotel so smokers have to step outside for their fix. Highly recommended in terms of hotel location, room quality, service level and value for money. We will definitely stay here again on our 더 보기

We thought we booked a good/ high standard hotel- we paid a high price for the "suite"- but this is not a hotel with good/high standard. They don`t serve in the room like they describe in they`re information and the standard of the rooms a not good. They don`t even have anything in the minibar in the room- except 2 bottles of water. Honestly, this by far the worst hotel I had ever stayed at, room is very dirty, beds are not comfortable, breakfast bar is the worst ever, even dogs would not eat the food,every thing has a price. in short, i recommend any one not to stay there, go next door for half the price and a lot better quality hotel. the only plus is the location, but again, […] one can stay in the street sleeping on a wooden bench with in the neighborhood and still have the same location because this is exactly what one gets if he is staying there. 더 보기

Upon check I was told I had a smoking room, Later I was told the rooms smoke alarm was sensitive and smoking was not aloud. Sliding windows had locks that didnʻt work and had no keys. WiFi in the room was not working, I had sit in Hallway which was not air-conditioned to use my laptop. Staff were great, rooms were very nice and clean. Very good for a hotel in Manila that not at the exorbitant western prices. Recommend staying here for short trips. Mall right across the street, and only 350 pesos = 9 US bucks in a taxi from NAIA.

Hotel was in a great place easy to get to and close to everything we needed.we enjoyed are stay will recommend...

I must say that the personnel were very helpful and accomodating and the breakfasts were great.Lots of people attending to your needs and very quickly :also.the chef was very polite and nice and very giving.It would have been nice if we had an iron and ironing board in the room and a shower only instead of that very high and slippery bath tub.Housekeeping […] was superb,I did not like the broom they use to sweep the floor.A vacu-sweeper would be nice so dust would not fly all over the room.The 24/7 internet was very helpful.And the local calls from the desk was also nice. 더 보기

This is my second time staying here. I chose this hotel the second time because of it's convenience to the on-ramp getting to the airport (not having to deal with traffic going thru Makati). But I forgot (silly me) about what the hotel is like. Plus last time (last yr) I had a better room. The lobbies are nice, but the room sucks. Bathtub floor mats […] had dirt scum all over. I didn't use it and I had that creepy unclean feeling after a shower. No face towels either. They don't have any. NONE, not even one! Only hand towels and drying towels. This sucks! Room was small and bed was like a rock. The surrounding neighborhood was really a downer considering it is in a good location (across from the Galleria) area. Having to cross the street is dangerous, but the locals just walk out to the center white line and pretend that will protect them. Yeah, right! I won't stay here again. It was a mistake staying here again and I realized that after I got there. I won't compromise getting to the airport faster again for the extra convenience and comfort I can get at another hotel. I'll just leave 30 mins earlier to the airport and stay in more comfort. I'm not as picky as most reviewers, so when I say skip this hotel, you'll be wise to skip it! 더 보기

Hotel within walking distance to SM mall, wendy's, and bus/jeepney stops. Taxi takes 30 minutes to get to airport, avoid using hotel shuttle if on a budget. Taxi cost 200 pesos, shuttle cost 1500 pesos. Also, breakfast available but is not complimentary.

All taps in the bathroom were wobbly!! Mildew on the walls in bathroom. Over all very poor -- never again!!

A good place to stay if you're into shopping, wining and dining. Everything is on close proximity to the hotel.

NO PROBLEMS WITH THE HOTEL. IT IS OF AVERAGE QUALIT Y. STAFF WAS NICE. IT IS CONVENIENT TO THE SM MALL.

They did it again. Based on the feed back of a previous customer I specifically asked for a metered Taxi. Still they loaded the luggage to an un-metered taxi. I studied here and spoke the language a little so I was assertive with the Taxi driver and did not pay a dime extra. The hotel has to understand that they cannot make the customer do the bargaining […] and if they cannot find a metered taxi they should negotiate a preset price. I shouldn't be disappointed considering that I didn't pay much. Still this hotel was sub-par and I strongly believe that I could have found a better place for the same amount of money or less. The room was extremely small with very little walking room. Although hotel towels smelled clean, they were stained and had been used heavily. The mattress was […] stiff and felt like I was sleeping on a log; not to mention that they never cleaned the sheets once while we were there (7 nights). Most of the hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. And it was nice to receive free breakfast everyday. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with the front desk employees. In one instance I asked for an updated room service bill and was told I owed $180 for phone calls. Another employee later confirmed this. However, it was later straightened out that we only owed 180 pesos (approx $4) for phone calls. They never provided receipts when I paid for room service twice. And they never had change when I paid in cash so I ended up overpaying. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless you are only looking to save money. The area of Makati is convenient but the neighborhood of the hotel is very ugly. Employees were friendly and helpful but the smell in the rooms was really bad, they told us there were no-smoking rooms but that some people smoke there.... the solution they gave was to empty a can of air fresher which I'm allergic to so I was coughing for around 20 min. […] The room size is quite small. 더 보기

For the price it was a good hotel. Location in Makati is good within walking distance of a few malls and police presence is corner by corner. Selected hotel in part because internet came with it, which is great, when internet is working. It wasn't for 3 of the 5 days I stayed and was flakey the two it was working. The condition, service and overall experience of my stay at Makati Crown Regency Hotel was not up to par when you compare it to other nearby hotels. The size of the rooms were a lot smaller than comparable hotels in the area and the condition of the hotel was only fair. The hotel exceeded my expectations at first, but then found the room to be cramped. I liked that it was within walking distance of SM, Glorietta Malls and Greenbelt. The major negative was that it was not easy to get a taxi in the morning to catch my flight. The hotel staff was able to get me a taxi, but they did not tell me that it was not a metered […] taxi. It turned out to be the most expensive taxi ride in the Philippines I have ever taken. I wish the hotel staff communicated to me what type of taxi it was before putting my bags in the trunk. 더 보기

Overall, I found the hotel an okay if you're looking for an affordable place to stay. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is located next to a mall, which is nice. However, the rooms were a bit on the small side. I was by myself and I still felt a little cramped in the room.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and just what I thought it would be like. The staff was great, the location perfect for shopping and the closeness to the airport made this place ideal choice. I will stay again when I go to makati

・良い点 ショッピングモールに歩いて行ける、フリーの無線LAN、 設備は最低限の仕様、朝食は宿泊費相当レベル。過度に期待してはいけない。
