Stayed here to see the Bruce Springsteen concert. Great location and great hotel. And great breakfast!

Newer hotel with great staff and our double queen suite was absolutely huge!!!

The hotel was brand new so appearance was great. But they didn't spend money to make walls sound proof could hear someone near us fighting at 1:30 in the morning, and anyone who came up or down stairs you could hear it. Stayed for 2 days and hot tub was never open and pool was closed 1 of the days. Disappointed in overall stay.

I would recommend this hotel for short stays. Clean with good service--responsive front desk. I had a reservation about the carpeting in the room; it may have been clean but perhaps the color does not help and makes one think that it is not as clean.....

Large clean room. It is located a little bit off our beaten path but not to far.(Just a couple of exits). It is far enough off the road that it is quiet. Seemed new.

The staff was so friendly -- especially the breakfast staff! Only thing I would change -- there are lovely room-darkening curtains, but they can't move on the rods! Sun comes in very early! Also, not real quite when there is someone staying directly overhead.

We stayed at this hotel along with several other family members while in Greensboro for a funeral. The rooms were awesome - 2 queen beds plus a sofa that unfolds into a 3rd bed. My sister-in-law and her husband have 4 kids and all six of them were able to share 1 room quite comfortably. The rooms are pretty big, and I found the beds to be more comfortable […] than most other hotels I've stayed at. Everything was nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast is great and included waffles, eggs, bacon, and yogurt. The hotel rates are very reasonable for all that you get, and the front desk service is nice and friendly. The only negatives I can think of is that the hot tub was out of service, the pool hours are somewhat limited (10am-9pm), and oddly the toilets flush VERY loudly (not good if someone else in the room is sleeping). I found the staff to be extremely helpful and very courteous at check in and check out.

Arrived at 9pm and had to wait 15 mins for someone to show up at the front desk..no staff anywhere to be found. Could not check in during that time. Following morning went to the pool with my four children at 9am (which per the literature in the room is when it opened) and was told that we had to get out and we could return at 10am. We were already […] in the pool when they told us to get out, but they could not give me a reason why other than that was the time the pool opens. While the room was clean and adequate for our needs, our overall impression of our stay there was poor. I would not recommend this hotel since there are so many other places to stay which realize that the room is only part of the equation. 더 보기

My daughters were participating in a weekend long dance convention at the Koury Convention Center. We needed a place that was reasonably priced and close to the location. It was perfect for our needs. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the free breakfast was much more than I expected. the staff was not very helpfull they dit not let us use the pool because it was not open and they told us to leave the pool even my grand children were in already the made us to leave and it was 9 :15 am and it open at 9am acording to the book that was in the room that we estay. very disatisfaed.

Found the staff friendly and the room clean and comfortable. Was glad to be on second floor as there were only sheer curtains on windows-a privacy concern. Was booked as a suite but not what I consider a suite-one room-only difference it had a microwave and small frig. Some noise as I tried to sleep.

I had to book this hotel last minute. The price was a little high for the type of hotel. However, it met the criteria for the location we needed to be in. The window is covered by a sheer, translucent curtain. There are thicker curtains on either side of the window that don't move. So not much privacy. The staff was friendly. This hotel lived up to it's billing on hotels.com. It was clean, comfortable, and the free breakfast and wi-fi were awesome. Can't beat this hotel for the price. I'd highly recommend it.

We have stayed many many times in Greensboro for business, sports tournaments, pass throughs, etc. We have probably stayed in 10 different hotels from the Embassy Suites down to a Day's Inn and this hotel was a hands down winner. The beds are amazing, the breakfast substantial (bacon, omlettes, waffles, yogurt, fruit, danish, bagels, cereal, toast) […] and the staff was wonderful. The suite with two queens and a pull out bed was huge (do ask for sheets before you head up to your room if you are using the pullout - they are not in the room). The sheets were soft - as good as you'd find anywhere, down duvet on top. The shower head was HUGE, easily the nicest shower we have had in a hotel in years. The pump assisted toilets were pretty loud, but we never heard the shower, the AC was quiet and room noise from neighbors negligible. Overall, our family of six agreed - best hotel in years, and our new stop in Greensboro from now on. 더 보기

Went to see Sade concert. Friendly personnel. Clean. Convenient. New hotel. Loved our stay

Felt as if I was in an upscale hotel but without the inflated price. The room was big and comfy and the fridge and microwave were great conveniences. Right down the street from the Greensboro Coliseum and The Four Seasons Mall. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Very nice hotel! Excellent customer service, great location-near food and coliseum. Very clean, if ever in GB again, this will most definitely will be our choice!

Other then the Air conditioner being somewhat blocked by the second Queen bed --- this was a nice hotel to stay at. I'm not sure you could find a better one in Greensboro with the same price to value.

I stayed 1 night at this location with my family. 5 of us total. 3 children under the age of 8. Room was clean and ready on time. Staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast in the AM. Great hotel for the price. I would recommend to others.

We were very pleased with this hotel. Everything looked like it was brand new. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here next time we come.

Our stay at this hotel was great! We were only in town for one night and the staff was very friendly and very helpful.

We were in town to visit a college. Our experience was great and I am now forever loyal to Comfort Suites! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, they made me feel valued as a customer. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. This has to be the BEST hotel I have ever stayed out.

We booked this hotel specifically for the spa hot tub. When we arrived we were informed that the hot tub was being repaired. Went we complained, we were told "oh well... the pool is open". Had we know this, we would have booked a different hotel.

I enjoy my stay at Comfort Suites in Greensboro. The room was perfect. The staff was nice and very helpful. I will tell my friends about Comfort Suites.

I have to say, the staff was more than what I would have come to expect from a hotel staff. They really made the experience what it ended up being, and that made my daughter's birthday stayover even more fun! Thanks so much.

I booked this hotel last minute and just wanted a nice clean place to sleep overnight. I was amazed at how nice the room was. The hotel is new so everything was really nice and clean. I needed to workout and the gym only had a treadmill,a bike, and an elliptical, but it served its purpose to get a quick cardio session in. I planned on using the spa […] but didn't have the time. Breakfast in the morning was great, better than most places, they had a nice healthy variety which is hard to find. The staff was very helpful and nice and made the stay even better. I travel to Greensboro often and from now on I plan to stay here (it is a lot better than crashing with friends). I felt safe and had a great nights sleep. The king sized bed were amazing and high, I just wish they had more pillows. I'm usually critical about hotels, but this one is exceptional. I always pack a pair of socks and flip flops because the carpets are normally dirty, but not here!! They have nice flat screen tvs and you can watch EVERY channel on cable without extra charges or anything crazy. Its across the street from the mall, movies, and food, and near the highway so you don't have to travel far to do anything. I love that! If your debating between this hotel and ones closer, I would recommend this one for sure. 더 보기

We have 3 young children, and finding a single hotel room that can accommodate them can be difficult - it's always nice to have 2 clean Queen beds and a sofa bed all in the same room (which this had). It would have been perfect, if the hot tub had been working!

We were traveling to Myrtle and decided to stop in Greensboro. The hotel is like new and the staff is friendly.

Having stayed at the big Sheraton nearby, this hotel had better accommodations. My wife liked the comfortable bed and pillows. Our only complaint was the restaurants in the area had long waits.

Very comfortabe beds.(ZZZZZZZ!!!!!) Rate was fair, staff was very helpful and courteous. We were only there for a quick trip in and out of Greensboro, but we would definitely tay again.

This hotel was by far the nicest one we've stayed at in Greensboro. It was close to all the major highways but was very quiet. The room size and comfort was a major plus. We plan on staying there for all our future visits.
