노보텔 안시 센터 (Novotel Annecy Centre) - 안시

The hotel is perfect for business travel with it's central location, free wifi and late restaurant hours. While I was worried about the location over the train station, I felt only slight vibration and no noise. It was not an issue. Staff was fluent enough in English to assist in any needs

Lacked atmosphere but was exactly what you expect from type modern hotels. The secure parking cost 12 euro's but worth it as no public parking areas near by. If using TomTom to get there program in La Gare as had diffilculty finding it using post code.

Excellent location for a short stay. We were alarmed that our room overlooked the main rail station - but the triple glazing meant we hardly noticed the noise (it was amazing and we are both light sleepers too). We shared a room with our kids, and the pull-out couch that turned into twin beds for them meant we had no spare floor space to speak of. Otherwise comfortable. The lack of a window that opened to fresh air meant that we had to rely on the inadequate strength of the A/C, so we were a little warm.

The hotel itself was pretty good except very very far from GVA. We had to take Swiss rail from airport to the bus stop in city center. Then the bus ride to Annecy was about an hour. We arrived at the Novotel Annecy Center after a long day of sightseeing in Paris and an overnight train ride. We actually didn't arrive at the hotel until 7:30 a.m. the day after our 1st reserved date. Both the hotel and Hotels.com were very helpful in not cancelling our stay. We are very grateful for that excellent service. The hotel is a short walk […] from the train station, which was a welcome relief after an all-night train ride. We immediately took advantage of the complimentary breakfast which is one of the best we've ever had. What distinguishes it is that it's not a "free-for-all" of customers scrambling for places to sit and in the serving lines. Instead, the staff seat each party at tables that are fully set with silverware, napkins and coffee cups. That makes a tremendous difference in the dining experience. In addition, the food and beverages were plentiful and tasty. For tea lovers, they have an unbelievable selection. Coffee is actually served by waitresses. The hotel is conveniently located across from a multiplex theatre and shopping center. They have a children's area in the lobby, including an XBOX. This Hotel is in the heart of Annecy which is a very nice city close to Geneva. The staff was very helpful on my short stay over there. I needed to to go Geneva and found a great deal staying in Annecy, instead of paying higher rates for hotels in Geneva. First of all I'll remember from this hotel the reception. The guy at the reception gave us a lot of tips about the city, well done! The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the lake and city center. The room was very nice and enough for 2 adults with 2 childrens. We didn't like to open the window and see that the train station is below the window literally. The accommodations were large and comfortable, we had a great view. I loved this place and I would absolutely recommend it. I will absolutely book this hotel for my next visit. Despite being next to the train station the noise is a non-issue.

Excellent value for money. Lovely staff. Great central location for town. Have stayed twice and hope to stay again on our next visit to Annecy.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. It also has a very good location and it is an easy 3 to 5 minute walk to the historic part of the city and the lake.

Vi har boet på dette hotel flere gange, og har været meget tilfredse med både hotel og restauranten. Men denne gang oplevede vi en ualmindelig dårlig service i restauranten, der desværre også serverede det sejeste kød nogensinde! Ikke en anbefalelsesværdig restaurant!

Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido muy grata, el personal bastante atento y resolutivo con los problemas que pudieron surgir. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad o coger un tren o autobus. La ciudad en estas fechas es mágica. Nos encantaria volver.

Das Hotel ist neu und für die Preiskategorie in seiner Gestaltung grosszügig. Gute Mittelklasse-Küche, reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet. Kleine aber gute Weinkarte. Die Betten sind nicht sehr komfortabel. Der Service ist angenehm freundlich.

Proche du lac et du centre le Novotel d'Annecy est bien situé mais un peu trop proche de la gare à mon gout ! Du coup, la vue n'est pas formidable et nous ressentons quelques vibrations à chaque passage d'un train...De plus, pas de places pour se garer donc obligation d'utiliser le parking souterrain payant bieb sûr!!!! J'aurai bien aimé qu'on nous signale en avance du bruit qui provient du sous-sol qui est en fait dû par le train. Car la toute première fois qu'on entendu on a cru à un tremblement de terre !! J'aurai aimé aussi qu'on nous demande si on a besoin d'information pour visiter la ville. Alors que c'est moi qui a fait la demande.

Tres agréable séjour, hotel confortable, bien situé proche du lac et du centre d'Annecy. Bien adapté pour séjour avec enfants.

Dieses Hotel haben wir als durchgangs Hotel gebucht da unser eigendliches Ziel Denia war . Unser Familienzimmer war sehr schön. Les chambre sont situées sur les voies de chemin de fer, donc bruit à chaque passage de train!

Das Novotel Annecy ist ein zentral gelegenes, sehr familienfreundliches Hotel. Auch bei Kurzaufenthalt sehr freundlicher Service.

Un accueil très chaleureux et tout le reste qui va avec... Une chambre confortable, calme, un petit-déjeuné complet, une bonne situation (à 10 minutes à pied du lac en passant par des rue commerciales).

Hotellet ligger midt i sentrum. Om en skal choppe så ligger hotellet greit til, men om en skal ligge på et hotell for og få fred og ro så ligger dette hotellet helt feil til.

God beliggenhed i forhold til centrum. Gode parkeringsmuligheder i aflåst kælder. Rent og pænt.

Très bien accueilli, pratique pour une ou deux nuits.... Les lits un peu mou.... Mais a y retourner...

Séjour d'une nuit (court): très bien, bon accueil, malgré quelque lenteur à réapprovisionner le buffet du petit déjeuné c'était très bien.

Für einen Kurztrip nach Annecy mit Shoppingtour ist dieses Hotel Ideal. Ganz nahe ist das Einkaufscenter und zum See und in die Altstadt sind es auch nur wenige Minuten

Bon hôtel dommage que le parking soit floqué à l'amiante

Très bon accueil, bonnes prestations et une situation géographique idéale. chambres familiales adaptées aux familles. sécurité de l'accés à l'hotel très appréciable. personnel disponible. tout est réuni pour passer un bon séjour.

hotel agréable, propre, personnel sympathique, un seul point négatif le tarif des petits déjeuners plutôt élevé même en tenant compte de la gratuité de ceux des enfants

Hotel ist einfach zu erreichen, hat eine Tiefgarage die direkt mit dem Hotel verbindet. Liegt gleich bei der Altstadt und somit den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Obwohl im Zentrum gelegen, mit Strassen und Bahnen, war es absolut ruhig. Wifi war frei aber nicht so schnell. Morgen Buffet war OK.

hotel très propre, chambre confortable.gros bemol au niveau de la douche :aucune pression au niveau du débit d'eau, un tout petit filet d'eau, difficile de se doucher et encore moins de se laver les cheveux!!!! bien dommage pour un 3 étoiles... vibrations dans la chambre aux passages des trains.

Hotel agréable a proximioté du centre ville avec parking.Personnel très agréable et pro.

Hôtel agréable à 5 minutes du vieux centre. Accueil et service de qualité. Chambre spacieuse au décor simple et désign.
