공항에서 17번 버스를 타고 가면 쉽게 갈수 있어요 호텔직원도 영어를 잘하셔서 쉽게 이야기 할 수 있었고 가격대비 서비스도 괜찮았던것 같아요 방도 넓고 싱글로 침대 2개를 달라고 했는데 더블로 2개를 줘서 두명이서 완젼 편히 잤어요! ㅎㅎㅎ 가격대비 만족입니다.

Hang Phen 거리의 Mikes로부터 20미터 떨어진 곳에서 동일한 가격에 훨씬 더 나은 호텔을 찾았습니다. Mikes는 뭐가 잘못 된 걸까요? 직원들은 질문에 책임감 있게 대답해주지 않습니다. 객실 내 침대도 엉망이고, 거리의 소음 때문에 잠들 수도 없었습니다.

사람들이 좋았습니다- 매우 친절하고, 협조적이고, 도움을 주었습니다. 공항으로 가는 픽업 택시를 불렀을 때, 일반 택시 요금보다 약간 비싸긴했지만, 우리가 SE 아시아에 있는 동안에 본 가장 좋은 차를 대기시켜 주었습니다. (커피가 충분하지는 않았지만) 아침식사도 훌륭했습니다. 방 안에서 신호가 좀 약하긴 했지만 Wifi도 이용할 수 있었습니다. Old Quarter의 한가운데 있는 위치도 마음에 들었습니다. 객실이 훌륭하지는 않았습니다. 우리가 처음 들어갔을 때, 바퀴벌레가 책상 위를 지나가고 있었습니다. 화장실에서 더 많은 바퀴벌레들을 보았습니다. TV가 있긴 했지만, 영어 채널 하나만 제공됐습니다. 배수관 소음이 시끄러웠고, […] 수동으로 밸브를 사용하여 물을 완전히 닫기 전까지 그 소리는 계속되었습니다. 매트리스도 현하지 않았습니다 - 우리 등에서 각각의 스프링들이 따로 노는 느낌이었습니다. 관에 박힌 못 같은 것이 우리 침대 프레임에서 밤새도록 우리를 찌르는것 같았습니다. 매일 밤 우리는 그 느낌을 받았고, 움직이거나 불이 켜질 때야 비로소 끝났습니다. 그리고는 또 계속 이어지다 멈추다 했습니다. 그것도 매일밤. 헉. 더 보기

we had booked in advance through the internet and we got an extremely humid room with fungus all over the walls. When we said we wanted a different room, the staff said they were full booked, but when we said we then wanted our money back, we got a deluxe room for the price of a regular room..so that was a good thing..

Hanoi Mike's is rough round the edges but great value and perfectly located in Hanoi's Old Quarter. My room was good value, very clean and tidied every day. The common areas, to be fair, need renovation but the staff are trying hard. Good value for the price.

I'm a very busy person and I wasn't gonna rate this hotel, but I absolutely have to let people know. The room they gave me the first night had no hot water, AC didn't work and it was freezing cold in Hanoi. They said I have to wait until the next day before they can change my room. The next day I told them to move me to another room but they told me […] to wait until noon. The next room was dirty and......so much more that I don't even want to talk about. I know its Vietnam so I shouldn’t be soo critical but all it takes is a few changes and the hotel could be fantastic... The people there are immensely skilled and im sure they could turn the hotel in to the best in the area… On arrival our room was not ready and they had to put us up in their sister hotel which sad to say was MUCH better it was basically […] across the street. We asked to see the room we were staying in and it had a balcony on the top floor etc etc when we finally got booked in, LONG story, it wasn’t the same room but a standard room they put us in not what we had paid for…!!! The bathroom was dirty (coming from a 27 year old male that means dirty) Never the less you don’t go to ‘Nam’ to spend it in the hotel. So looking at it that way it was a great wee hotel literally a stones throw away from the night marked and to centre. Bar all the other things and experiences I had with the hotel and the country……….THE BEDS WERE FAR TOO HARD. A very enjoyable place to stay - in fact we went back every time we passed through Ha Noi on our 3 week Vietnam trip. Just a short walk form the centre of the old quarter and a little bit less crazy (well as much as Ha Noi gets! It's pretty much crazy all the time). The staff a very friendly and helpful. It's not in the same league as chain hotels but i always find them bland and rarely enjoy staying in them - friendly helpful staff and something a bit unusual always win out for me. My expectations were not that high prior to arriving at the hotel. I was in the first week of a five week trip throughout SE Asia and budgeted so that in my last week in Malaysia and Singapore I would stay in very nice hotels. For the price, the location and the service provided by the hotel is very good. My room was not as clean as I expected and the […] bathroom did have a rather moldy and damp noticeable smell. If you are on a strict budget it is an appropriate place to stay. If you are on the fence and can afford a nicer hotel I would suggest that you do so. 더 보기

All staff very friendly and always happy. They all speak great English too. We were welcomed very late at night and the rooms were all good. We stayed for an additional night the following week also. The surrounding neighbourhood is very interesting. Loads of crazy shops selling everything one could imagine. 5 mins walk to Lake, the Cathedral and the […] Market. Very nice and cheap hotel located in the old quarter of hanoi, and the hotel has the best staff who are very helpful and polite. Especially phuong:-)

well located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, silent at nights, good price, friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast and non alcoholic drinks - we can recommand this hotel to all types of travellers

このサイトには『ある』と書いてある『水』など無く、『ドライヤー』も故障して使えず、『タオル』も人数分ありませんでした。安かろう悪かろうで、割り切って使うなら、有りだと思います。I was ushered to the room was cheaper than booking the room at this hotel. I feel a great deal to complain of this site reservation system.

スーペリアで予約しましたが、スタンダードの部屋に案内されました。Hotels.comの予約票に「スーペリア」のベトナム語表記が無く、スーペリアの部屋にしてもらう為に一悶着ありました。とても不愉快です。

部屋の準備がされていなく、我々が着いた時あわてて準備していた。

Bra läge och nära till sevärdheter. Bra och vänlig personal. Slitet hotell med div. skavanker. Bra sängar. Hjälpsam personal. God frukost. Skulle nog välja detta hotell när jag återkommer.

Cet hôtel est bien situé quelques pas à pieds et vous êtes prêts de tout. La chambre est moyenne, par contre les matelas devraient être changés ce n'est pas très confortable pour dormir. En général je dirais que c'est un 3 étoiles selon les critères du Vietnam. Parfais pour petit budjet.

Humidité - moisissures sur les murs Matelas inconfortable Pas de couverture (le drap n'est vraiment pas suffisant au mois de janvier !)

Dobré místo, dostupnost centra a v centru staré čtvrti. Některé pokoje však hodně vlhké - plesnivé zdi. Některé pokoje zase moc dobré. Cena hodně dobrá. Mají super společnost na výlet do Halong Bay - 2 dny - skvělé jídlo a výborná zábava.

dans un quartier d'artisan pas trop loin du centre ville mais quartier sale et bruyant, et pas très sécurisant, nous ne sommes pas très satisfaits de cet hôtel bien que le personnel fasse des efforts, tout en profitant un peu pour nous rouler!

I stayed there 5 days beginning september, and it´s kind of okay but absolutely no more. You can easily find at better hotel in the area at something like half price. Breakfast is very poor. Hôtel très bien situé, avec un personnel très accueillant, parlant français. Chambre agréable, grande, propre, avec internet et même un Petit balcon. Les points négatifs sont : environnement bruyant, et excursion proposé par l'hôtel un peu chère mais de qualité. Bref une bonne adresse avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

Good central location in the old quarter. Rooms are not well maintained and feel very shabby. Airconditioning only has one option super-super-freeze.

Mikes Hotel is a budget hotel and reading the reviews it should be remembered as such. Overall we were happy enough with the stay from that point of you. However it was a big mistake to book all 6 nights in Hanoi through this website in the low season - we could easily have found something better in the area upon arrival. The staff at Mikes is very […] friendly but very poor at english. So a wakeup call was lost in translation. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable and there was no noise from the street as our room was to the other side. Bathroom was of course a little scruffy to look at and not always fully functional - but again, its a budget hotel. The hotel is in the old quarter, but on the boarder, so it is not too busy right outside (in Vietnam measures of "busy". I wouldnt recommend this hotel to others, since I think you can easily find better options in the same area. However I would also "not recommend" it. It is what it is and it's good enough :) 더 보기

店員はフレンドリーでよかったのです。部屋も広さはそこそこありました。朝10時着でしたが、チェックインできました。洗面所の水漏れや設備面では不満が残ります。インターネットは、ホテルのフロントにあるパソコンのみで使用できます。日本語不可。WiFi不可。エレベータなし。部屋によりますが、階段を上らないといけません。安くて朝食が付いていたので我慢できる範囲でした。 なんで、日航って付けているのだ。

Fin beliggenhed. Hvis der er en stille gade i old quarter, er det Hang Phen. Meget hjælpsomme ansatte. Fin hjælp med ture, opbevaring af bagage,taxa, etc. Man kan betale for ½ dage, hvilket er rart, når man skal sent af sted. Meget tilfreds til prisen

Belle chambre, mais en étage très élevé escalier très raide et pas d'ascenseur. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Bien situé dans le vieux Hanoi

Boede på hotellet i to omgange. Fik blandt andet et værelse stillet gratis til rådighed da vi kom kl. 4.30 efter en udflugt til Halong, og skulle videre kl. 8.00 Meget hjælpsomt personale, god value for money

従業員の方が非常に親切で、個人旅行でしたが非常に楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。この値段で宿泊できるのならいいホテルではないかと思います。
