Friendly staff, comfortable beds.

We were in town for a conference at the Convention Center and this was a very convenient location. The parking garage next door was very well lit and just a few steps from the front door. Clean rooms, friendly front desk staff, breakfast was included. I would stay there again.

If you want a pool that works, do not choose this hotel. Our kids only had one chance to swim during our 4 day get-away. When we inquired about a credit for our inconvenience, their reply was "we could use the pool at the hotel located next door. Since this information was not posted on our pool's door, nor were we informed of this from the front desk, […] I feel like they were purposely being dishonest. I would never recommend a hotel that would not be upfront about a situation like this, because according to the workers at the hotel next door, "this happens all the time!" 더 보기

The hotel is fine, but it happens to be located near some kind of industrial plant that vented gas around midnight. The smell was intolerable. We had to move out. Fortunately, the front desk clerk acted resourcefully, and found us a suitable replacement hotel. High marks for her.

This Comfort Suites was great. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.

The hotel was great. The price was very excellent for the number of people we had to stay in one room. Very comfortable beds.

The Beds are AWESOME!! The hotel is not located real close to the downtown areas so if you plan to walk give yourself quite a bit of time. The hotel was very clean. You pay 12.00 for parking and it is in a parking garage BESIDE the hotel so you do have to be careful but it was very well lit. They had a very nice INDOOR pool and fitness center. My experioence was marred by the fact that when I realized I had left a tie in the room, I called that evening and was promised a call back. Nothing!! I called again the next day and again was promised a call back. Again, NOTHING! If the management of this hotel is this callous about takingcare of customers after they have left, I begin to wonder about […] the rest of the operation. I realize this is a choice location, but thought the $12 per night parking was a little much.

2 buddies and myself stayed here for a Colts game, it is a 1 minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium so that was great. Having 2 beds plus a sofa bed was great too. Hot, decent coffee was always available in the lobby and one lady at the front desk was able to recommend a great pizza place, (Marco's)! Very convenient to many restaurants, center city, Lucas Oil Stadium, Victory Field and Conseco Field.

The hotel was close to the Indiana Convention Center, but was a little far from downtown restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hot breakfast was more than I expected.

The hotel is supposed to be smoke free, but our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

This was a very nice hotel. Right across the street from Lucas Oil Stadium, and a short walk to a number of other attractions including Victory Field and Circle Centre Mall. Fitness Center was actually pretty nice for a hotel at this price level. Breakfast left A LOT to be desired, but most people don't stay at a hotel for the breakfast so not a deal […] breaker. We were very pleased with the accomodations and especially the continental breakfast they offered which included many hot items, etc. An ice machine on the first floor would have been nice so we didn't have to go upstairs or to the bar when the bar wasn't always available. The hotel was nice. Breakfast could have been better but was still nice considering it was included. Great location for the Colts Stadium and a nice walk to the mall and nicer restaurants. Overall a good experience with really friendly staff. The hot tub was nice too!

This hotel is conveniently located to all downtown Indianapolis attractions. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also a welcome addition to such an affordable and convenient hotel. Literally the worst I've ever been treated by anyone working in the customer service industry.

Great location and the rooms were clean and ready. The pool was a nice touch. The front desk staff were courteous but not effecient. Overall I would still pick this location for my return trip.

This was a very good choice because: -closeness to attractions -easy access from interstate -nice pool/hot tub/work-out room -wide variety for continental breakfast We were even able to check-in early with no issues.

Great location; close to everything. The only negative was that the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while; otherwise, very nice.

Hotel management was outstanding with assistance for parking with a towed trailer. Extremely helpful and pleasant.

Average hotel, have never paid to park at a hotel with plenty of parking spaces... close to concert attended, within walking distance.

Staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast is good and enough for everyone. Rooms were very comfortable. I would stay again.

This was definitely a great place to stay.the rooms were big and comfortable. We were there for a graduation and had easy access getting there. the price was great. as we were group, they placed on all on the same floor close to one another. I will definitely stay there when I am back in Indy

Person at the Desk who greeted us Friday evening around 9-10pm could have been more pleasant, but other than that extremely satisfied!

This is a very nice hotel with excellent rooms - very comfortable with a sitting area as well as a writiing/ computer desk. If there was small critique it's that there's typically only 1 person at the front desk. Hhe/she is flelding phone calls/questions/reservations so you can be waiting more than a couple of minutes. Would be happy to return.

Only negative experience was in bar. One employee, not the bar manager had zero people skills. Every interaction was awkward and painful. Otherwise have been staying here at least semiannually for.four years and love this place

The hotel was in a great location. The pool was a little small and a bit cold for the temp. outside. The towels at poolside are the size of hand towels and the room smelled like a campfire, due to the firemen's convention. Other than that it was a good choice for us. I would stay again.
