I loved the service, they're all so friendly and helpful and extremely accommodating to our every needs. I will definitely be back there and certainly will recommend this hotel to friends and family for future stays. It is literally seconds from shopping in downtown Seattle and about a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful waterfront. I hated not having a fan in the bathroom , it is such a small room and my husband had some spicy food the night before!! You know what I mean.

the only missing part is there is NO BATH TUB........

I loved the Olive 8, especially since they were so environmentally friendly BUT you could hear everything. Noises from the hallway and your neighbors. They gave us free red […] wine and chocolates when we checked in since it was my boyfriend's birthday. The wine wasn't very good but the chocolate cherries were great. We had to ask for the wine/chocolates three times before it actually made it to our room though. Checking in at this hotel was way better than any other hotel I've ever been too. The staff was incredible friendly. Great hotel price too. The bathrooms didn't have enough towel (etc) hanging hooks. The location isn't bad either if you want to hang out in Capital Hill, which I highly recommend the Hip on the Hill tour and ask for Nick, or want to shop downtown. They charge for EVERYTHING here. Charge for using a DVD player. Charge for more than 4 wine glasses. Charge for this, charge for that. Very annoying, I won;t be staying with them again.

We spent a day/night with our family that included 2 children - 5 and 6. Had a great time in the pool and jacuzzi - not crowded at all and very nice. This is a great place for those wanting an sleek and upscale hotel that is still friendly for kids. Our kids were shocked with the night time delivery of cookies and milk the front desk sent us! What a […] great touch! Had lunch at the pool on our last day. Expensive for lunch but it was a great memory for the kids! Great service, small rooms, great pool and locker room (spa like). Everything here was grand. I arrived late. Wish I could have enjoyed the hotel more. Was here on business. If you have a vehicle over 6.5 feet high you may have to park in a separate parking lot right across the street instead of the hotel's parking garage. Very helpful staff.

I want to thank jasmine Reese for making our stay a special one!!! This is a great place clean close to all the tourist hot spots, and a wonderful group of employees that make sure you are taken care of like royalty! I hope everyone enjoys there stay as we did!

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Great location. Pool and hot tub were incredible. The room was nice, the only issue was the bathroom door, didn't lock and slides closed. Not a big deal though. The only problem was that the hotel charged for Internet connections. Otherwise an excellent place to stay!

This hotel boasts a glass shower but it's not. Its a small cut out in the bathroom wall for the door and take two steps and there is the shower. There was also no tub at all! The hotel boasts jetted tubs but only suites have them. Also its not $34 for parking its $41. The room was small and cramped and the heat couldn't seem to be regulated. bottom […] line: this place is not worth the money. Take your money and stay at the Pan Pacific. They have nice rooms with jetted tubs, parking is cheaper and they give you free bottled water when parking your car. 더 보기

Stayed in town for business. Loved this hotel and the staff was extremely friendly. LEED certified hotel - loved that my key card turned off all the light automatically as I left. Everything was super nice and clean in the hotel.

Perfect place in a perfect place. Close to shopping, and the Pike Place Market.

My girlfriend and I stayed there for her Birthday, and it was the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. They helped me arrange for flowers to be delivered to the room, and they even upgraded our room for cheap because of the special event. I will definately go back to the Hyatt Olive 8!!

very nice hotel. rooms and restaurant are very good. don't appreciate $41 for parking when you add the taxes.

Lobby/Reception area is somewhat disorganized. Would also recommend the flooring be addreseed as it appears to be dirty, chipped and cracked.

This hotel is brand new, and it's nicely designed with all the modern conveniences. Just make sure you don't use the phone ($10 to call the next state for 45 seconds?!?!). Otherwise, we loved it.

From the central location in downtown Seattle to the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff; from the pristine cleanliness to the amazing decor of the rooms, this hotel is a fantastic place to use as a launching pad for exploring central Seattle. Did not have an opportunity to sample the in-house restaurant's food.

Our stay was most enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The concierge and valets were extremely knowledgable and kind. My kids loved it there. The restaurant is nice...a bit pricey for breakfast...but great food. The waitress that brought up our room service was so professional and very sweet. Great hotel! The concierge suggested a restaurant for my fiancee and I and it was amazing! Great hotel. Like other reviews stated, the only complaint was the lack of water pressure. However, because it is a green hotel, I don't think there is a remedy to this problem. My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The concierge Kara was so great and even sent up a bottle of wine and chocolates to say congratulations. Ever get the feeling that you should have stayed somewhere else? This hotel was nice, modern clean but felt cold and uninviting. We had a better stay at the 3 * hotel (Belltown Inn). Belltown Inn was in the heart of all the action seconds to all the sites and the cruise ships. Although it was not extremely modern it was clean and had everything we needed. […] Plus the staff at the Belltown Inn was very helpful, friendly and made you feel as though you were at home. The Hyatt staff made you feel as though you were not good enough to be there. Although it had all the modern touches I didn't want to be there. We arrived at 6 in the morning and they actually had a room available for us so we could check in right away. Great location, we could walk to everything.

The hotel was nice and stylish. We got a corner room which was spacious. Everthing was fine except the shower. The hotel is trying to be echo friendly, so the water pressure was very low.

We stayed at the Hyatt at Olive 8 (on the corner of Olive and 8th) for 3 nights. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and had a great view of the city. Great location! We walked down to Pike's Place market, down to pier 55 for a cruise through the sound, and over to the Olympic sculpture garden and the space needle. Hotel has lovely decor and our rooms were very comfortable. Health club/pool/steam room area was top-notch. The hotel manager even retrieved my son's bathrobe (left in his room accidentally) and returned it to us, WASHED, in time for our cruise! My only complaint is the restaurant--slow service and rather pricey for breakfast.

The Hyatt At Olive 8 in Seattle Washington, was very nice and clean. With in walking distance or the monorail to some of the must-see sights. Outstanding hotel. Definitely worth our repeat visit.

Thought it was a great choice. Very short walk to the Washington conference center. The atmosphere of the room and the comfort of the bed were wonderful to come back to after a long day of meetings. Didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the other amenities, but the pool, spa, and fitness center looked top-notch.

the only down side is the valet paking is outragous it just should not cost that much so i will probably not come back because of that

We really liked the location and decor of this hotel. The bathroom was small and hard for my entire family to get ready quickly. The beds were OK in comfort. However, our actual room size was huge.
