The most important thing in a hotel is the bed. If you can't get a good nights rest because the bed is so bad, you may as well save the money and sleep in your car or a friends floor right? Seriously though, the bed we had was so far past ok, I was shocked that it was allowed to be there. It was a king size that was an absolute BOWL. We had great service. We had to extend our stay as well and the staff was very accommodating. rooms were clean and it was a nice area to stay.

It is the highest end of the lower end chain hotels. It was great. Everything had a modern feel to it and it felt great. Friendly staff. We stayed here for Thunder Valley. I highly recommend this place. It's right next to its other Mariott Suites. OH and the continental breakfast was a REAL breakfast. Scrambled eggs, waffles, pancakes, etc. the works. Was in the vicinity for business and had my family catch up with me going in to the weekend. Awesome accommodations, excellent staff and amenities. Children had a great time in the indoor pool and enjoyed the nutritious breakfast.

Extremely modern motif, well done. However, the lighting in the rooms is completely inadequate. The vanity/sink mirror is lit from behind and there simply is not enough light for putting on make-up. So I tried the mirror over the desk, where the desk lamp acts as a spotlight and creates shadows. Best mirror lighting is in the toilet/bathtub area, but […] no place to put down your make-up. Very frustrating. Second big problem is the lack of a side table on one side of the king-sized bed. That leaves one person with no place to put his/her glasses, book, watch, whatever. There is a decent closet, but only one drawer for clothing. The TV is great, the sitting area is comfy, the bedding is wonderful. The hair conditioner and hand lotion bottles were half-full, leading us to believe the preveious tenants had used them and they had not been replaced. Nice, friendly, and clean business hotel with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Relaxed enough for staying with kids.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - it had all the amenities we were looking for including free internet access, indoor pool, free breakfast, and free parking. The rooms are spacious and they were very clean. The shower had good pressure although when you open the shower door, water does tend to leak onto the bathroom floor. The room had a small refrigerator […] and microwave as well as a couple of sets of sealed paper plates and plastic wear. There was also a little sitting area with a partial partition that our 1-year old used as her sleeping area (we brought our own pack and play) Breakfast was good - one day they had pancakes and scrambled eggs with ham; the second day they had biscuits and gravy. They always have a waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, bagels, danishes, and oatmeal. The days we were there, they kept running out of oatmeal and often ran out of eggs, but the employees did work hard to keep the food coming. The staff were very friendly and seemed like they enjoyed working there. The area around the area is nice - most of the stores are fairly new and easy access by freeway. Traffic wasn't too bad the weekend we were there. There are plenty of stores close by - some close enough to walk to. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. 더 보기

No complaints whatsoever about this hotel. I arrived at 3am and didn't have to worry about my reservation being released or anything like that. As soon as you walk in the room, you see a small sink, fridge, and coffeemaker--I cannot remember if there is a microwave or not. Then, the next thing you notice is the bed and how huge it is--I had a king […] bed room. The linens look and feel quality, and are very soothing. My next stop was the luxurious looking couch next to the nice computer desk. I only wished I had 2 nights booked at this point. The bathroom sink is outside the actual bathroom and has a huge magnifying mirror above it. The bathroom had a huge walk in shower and the size of the bathroom is larger than normal. I might have been able to throw a party in there! There is a closet on the far side of the bed with a luggage rack and ironing board with iron in it. And the television was at least a 40 inch, i have no idea the quality of the channels because I didn't turn it on. Oh, and next to the bed was an ipod/mp3 ready alarm clock/radio. Another nice touch were the reading lights on the headboard....very nice for those of us that read. Honestly, I wish all hotels were this nice. Nice to have extra space ala mini suite, and ecoffee/breakfast in AM really convenient--hommade waffle option nice surprise. Everything clean and newish--a good option at a good price.

Spent a little R&R with the family and found this hotel to be great. Indoor pool and spa was a plus.

The reception at the hotel was very friendly and efficient. Upon unpacking, we discovered there was only one drawer available in this extremely modernistic room. Since we had clothing for four nights, we sought nooks and crannies to put things. We opened the luggage rack to use as a shelf, and put clothing on the shelf under the TV. True, we could have […] put the suitcase on the rack and dug into that each day, but more drawers would have been helpful. If you're short (I'm 5'3"), keep a sense of humor. You're going to find the mirrors are high (the top of my head reached the middle of the mirrors), you're going to stand on your tiptoes to adjust the shower head, and you're going to have a long stretch to reach the toilet paper on the opposite wall. The sink area is beautiful, but the indirect lighting from behind the mirrow is inadequate. The bed was very comfortable, the wi-fi worked well, the flat screen TV was nice and large. The couch and sitting area were very roomy. The breakfast (included) was terrific. Scrambled eggs, hot or cold cereals, a selection of breads, make-your-own waffles, and breakfast meats on some days. Also, yogurt and fruits. Most importantly, there was plenty of seating available for guests to relax and enjoy their meals. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. Just before 3:00 AM I was awakened by a low humming went off at 3:45a.m. and on again at 4:00 a.m. I had to sleep on the couch to get away from the constant humming from a condenser and the hotel manager will let me stay free another time.

Everything about this experience was top notch, from check in to check out. The free breakfast was a major convenience. The only minor flaw was that one of the drinking glasses had a crack in it, but that was no big deal. I am definitely staying here again whenever I come to town. The accommodations were an excellent bargain for the price.

The way the room was designed uniquely but very tastefully done. Lots of nice touches. Loved the big, flat screen TV. Great mini kitchen too. The room was big enough for the 4 of us and comfy too. We stayed there 2 nights and everything was wonderful. The morning of checkout, ( about 6 AM ) we got awoken from a restful sound sleep to the FIRE ALARM in our room, It sounded like the end of the world had begun. After grabbing what clothes we could to run out with we got out of the hotel only to find out it was burnt toast for the morning free breakfast. […] So for about 30 minutes or so we were outside. We were very surprised when we arrived at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were not like other hotel beds. These were actually very comfortabe. They had Feather tops. It was like sleeping at home. The Breakfast bar was quite nice. Each morning there was a different assortment of foods to choose from. We will diffently go back.

I was very pleased with SpringHill Suites by Marriot Roseville. I was made to very welcome as soon as I walked in.....Great room for the price...

This was our first stay at a Springhill Suites and we were very pleasntly surprised! It is a relatively new hotel and is very clean and in good repair. Beds were very comfortable and it was great to have a walk-in shower instead of a shower/tub combo. Breakfast is offered and had hot or cold options. A great hotel would totally recommend it all, staff was friendly and very helpful, And the room was very cozy like a home away from home.

After a hard day of driving around Roseville and the Sacramento area , we were looking forward to a good nites sleep. Beautiful building, nice and modern inside, roomy rooms.
