First of all, it's cute, clean, and sweet hotel and good position if you want to visit Beaune. Besides, it's so interesting that the whole room decorate with “Marilyn Monroe”. (Maybe most of visitor may not used to it.) Lovely hosts, very helpful, lady speaks English which in France is refreshing for small hotels like this. Gentleman could not be more helpful (doesn't speak any English but somehow that doesn't matter) Short walking distance (10 mins) into town which is charming and with good restaurants Good camera surveillance on car park locked at night but they'll […] give you a code to get in and out. Small room is small, great for one but go up a level if two. Internet works well, is free although could not stream music video etc - good enough for email etc. Overall we would stay there again happily 더 보기

The hotel is on the edge of Beaune, France. Very nice family run small hotel. The staff were wonderfull telling us about the town and tourist facilities. We walked into town and had a great evening including dinner. I recommend the hotel and the town of Beaune

Wonderfull family hotel. Staff was helpful and explained about the city and where dining and sightseeing were avalable. Breakfast was good all in all a great value.

We were made very welcome when we arrived. The room was comfortable and it is an easy walk, 10 minutes, into Beaune.

We actually had 2 different rooms over our 4 night stay. The first was the double room with bath. And the second was the double room with shower. The bath room was in the front of the hotel and was large, bright (2 windows) and very comfortable - however, it was a bit louder. The shower room was smaller and darker (only one window), but it was quiet […] and still very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The best part about this hotel is the owners. They are a sweet couple who take pride and joy in their work. They are friendly and helpful. They also have a bar with outside seating, which is great since there is really nothing in the area. They also have free parking. If you don't mind walking into town (about 15 min), this is an ideal location and we would definitely stay here again. 더 보기

We checked into the hotel at check-in time, around 4 PM. We did not take too much notice of a plumbing truck in the parking lot. We were shown our room by a nice young woman. A bit later we started to hear hammering and banging. It appeared to be coming from the room next door. That night we noticed there was no hot water. When I mentioned this to the […] room maid the next morning, she said :"It is not our fault." More banging and clanging had been going on since 8 AM.....later we understood that there was a problem and that it existed when we checked in!!!It was not restored until late afternoon!!! The hotel was a sweet place, but why were we not informed at check-in, or offered some kind of compensation? 더 보기

Hotel owners were hospitable and helpful. Location is good - 5 min drive to centre of Beaune, a pleasant walk if you are so inclined. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good. Wifi worked well.

We stayed here for one night in July 2010. It was easy to find and not far from the city centre. The room was scrupulously clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly, spoke English, and provided a great breakfast with lots of choices and excellent service. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The couple that own and manage this hotel are as sweet as any people you will find anywhere. They keep the hotel nice and clean and live on the property and go out of their way to make you comfortable and happy. It is priced fairly and their breakfast is nice, as well. The one caveat to staying at Hotel Alesia is that if you go when it is warm you will […] be uncomfortable sleeping at night. It was not particularly warm when we stayed there but there is not way to get air to circulate into the room with the window open and there is no air conditioning at all. It was unusually warm the day in May we stayed there and as a result we did not sleep very well, not being used to the humid, muggy air temperature. We stayed 1 night at Hotel Alesia, having scheduled the stay on our way back to Paris from Provence, just to explore the area for a couple of days. This is a modest, but very sincere, hotel. The owners were gracious and friendly, even offering to store our bikes in the garage so we didn't have to carry them upstairs. This is what a good 2-star hotel […] should be: it may lack some of the luxuries and amenities of higher starred places, but the common areas and our room were very clean and well-maintained, and the place made for a comfortable and thanks to the owners, charming and personable, base for visiting Beaune and surrounding areas. All for a very reasonable price. It's a couple of km outside of the center of town, along a fairly busy street, so it maybe isn't ideal without some kind of transport, but otherwise we found it a very solid choice for visiting southern Burgundy. This is a beautiful little place, within walking distance of the town centre and all local shops. The owners could not have been more helpful and friendly, even seeing us off at the door, shaking our hands and wishing us a pleasant trip. This hotel is located about 2 minutes away from the city center with great access to all necessary roads and local sites. The owners bent over backwards to take care of us; the wife speaks English, and the husband smiles and gestures his way through the many offers of help. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz, sehr, sehr gutes Frühstück, auch wenn es pro Person EUR 10 extra kostet. Bewirtung sehr freundlich. Zimmergröße für eine oder zwei Übernachtungen befriedigend. Einzig die Betten, wie so oft in französichen Hotels, könnten komfortabeler sein. Alles in allem preiswert und sauber. Reines Durchgangshotel für einen Zwischenstop in Richtung Spanien oder Südfrankreich. Man kann es aber auch für einen Tagesbesuch der Weinstadt Beaune sehr gut nutzen. Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Bon hôtel bien situé, bonne escale avant de chausser les skis. Personnel très accueillant, il était 23 heures quand nous sommes arrivés et avons été accueillis avec le sourire. Petit déjeuner très copieux.

Très bon petit hotel familiale, à votre service, très bien et rçu t chambre agréable; l'hotel ne se trouve pas dans le centre ville mais à ce prix la c'est imbattable. N'hésitez pas.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, les chambres sont confortables et trés propre. En général, la propreté des chambres, circulations et autres, irréprochable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel trés accueillant. A recommander.

På dette familiedrevede hotel står de på pinde for dig. Herligt værtspar. God morgenmad. 2mins gang til centrum af Beaune. Big value for money!

Het hotel is ons goed bevallen, alleen zou een airco bij deze warmte ( 30 graden) en een kamer direct onder het dak zeker aan te bevelen zijn. De aanwezige ventilator is bij deze temperatuur niet voldoende.

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung für die Durchreise, ca. 20 Gehminuten in die sehr schöne Innenstadt von Beaune. Die Hotelbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und bemühen sich außerordentlich, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Gerne wieder. Le couple qui tient l'établissement est très accueillant, accueil jusqu'à 22h30 et toujours avec le sourire. Chambre très confortable, très propre et calme, petit déjeuner copieux et avec le journal, connexion wifi, etc... je recommande à 200% Parking fermé et sous vidéo surveillance. Facile d'accès lorsque l'on viens de l'autoroute en direction du […] centre ville (sortie du nord de Beaune). Das Haus wird von einem sehr freundlichen Ehepaar geführt. Auch das ausgiebige Frühstück ist zu empfehlen und es ist preisgerecht. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

El hotel Alesia se encuentra convenientemente ubicado a las afueras del Beaune, a pocos minutos del centro. Nosotros llegamos en carro, por lo que el estacionamiento del hotel hizo muy cómoda nuestra estancia; para moverse a pie o en transporte público, consideraría que está ligeramente retirado, en comparación con otras opciones. Nos gustó mucho la […] limpieza del hotel, tanto de la habitación como del cuarto de baño. Como inconveniente señalaría que no tiene ascensor. Me parece que es un hotel para estancias muy breves, por lo que la falta del elevador no trasciende, sin embargo, nostros llevábamos mucho equipaje, así que hubo que cargarlo hasta nuestra habitación en el primer piso (tuvimos para ello ayuda del hotel). La calidez de los dueños, quienes atienden personalmente el hotel, hizo nuestra estancia muy grata. El desayuno, servido desde muy temprano, estaba bien surtido y a un precio razonable. 더 보기

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Accueil très chaleureux. Situation idéale pour une courte halte lors d'un voyage (proximité de l'autoroute). Seule critique: il faisait assez froid dans la chambre (le radiateur n'a été ouvert qu'à mon arrivée, ce qui n'était pas suffisant, étant donné la température extérieure...).
