Quality service, rooms, amenities and staff made my stay here very enjoyable and convenient. We even got a discount on our dinner on the advice of our hotel manager who suggested King's Buffet. When you show them your hotel key you get a discount. Added Bonus!! The location was really close to everything I could have possibly needed and all within walking […] distance. Beds were comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. I will definitely recommend and use The Knight's Inn again for my next stay in Owen Sound. Rating it a 5 out of 5. 더 보기

The motel was suitable for our two night stay. The proprieters were helpful and friendly and provided a good complimentary breakfast.

We were in town for a wedding and really enjoyed staying at The Knights Inn. When asked, they were able to put a family member in the room next to us and even provide a coffee machine for us. My brother and I stayed at the Knights Inn Owen Sound last Saturday night (Aug 27 2011) and we were expecting a nice motel that we could sleep at and grab a quick breakfast in the morning. On all accounts we were pleasantly surprised. It was quiet, clean and the staff (Sam) were curtious and personable. We enjoyed a filling breakfast. All in all it […] was a 10 out of 10. My sister stayed at another hotel in Owen Sound and she said it was a bit noisey and the breakfast was not too good with small muffins and little selection. Thank you Sam and the Knights Inn. Great service OVer and above expected service from the staff

Great place for us to stay, since it was strictly for utilitarian purposes; we needed a place that was a quick drive to Sauble Beach that was at a good price. It also had perfect amenities surrounding it like coffee shops, grocery stores, movie theatre and bowling. I found Sam (manager) to be reasonable, honest, and accomodating. The hotel is older but for the price it was alright to stay there. The floors were not as clean as newer hotels but the things that really matter like the sheets and the bathroom were very clean. For the price, it was alright.

you advertised extra wide queen size bed, we had regular beds being 6 foot tall they were very uncomfortable. you also advertised coffee machine and a desk and they were not provided. in some cases when we wish to shower we had to wait about 5 minutes to get hot water and we will not be staying at knight's inn again

We weren't expecting the Ritz from this hotel, but we were quite disappointed in it. It started off when we checked in - the desk clerk told us that the special rate we had was because we had an AAA membership. I've double-checked our reservation, and this was an out and out lie. Anyway, he performed a sleight of hand and gave us the rate by registering […] us as Seniors. I don't care how he did it, as long as he honoured the rate we were quoted by Hotels.com, which he did. Unfortunately he gave us an argument, which started our stay off on a sour note. This hotel (roadside motel, actually) is written up as being recently renovated. This only means that they have replaced the caulking around the shower/tub, put up new wallpaper, and put a shiny veneer coat on the panelling. The carpeting was old, the counter and sink were chipped, and the bathroom laminate had cigarette burns on it even though it was a non-smoking room. And the bed shook and squeaked every time either my husband and I even thought about rolling over. In summary, it was a less than satisfactory stay. 더 보기

We are very happy with the size of big rooms and behavior of the hotel staffs .

exactly what you should expect from a "road side motor inn" nothing more or less than a box with a bed, and i may have the odor from previous guests lingering.

The owners were extremely nice, and the niceness stopped there. We were informed right away that they were having trouble with the hot water and we would have to make sure we used both taps at exactly the same time in order to get some hot water. When we got to our room there was pubic hair in the tub. Therefore we skipped any showers during our weekend.The […] walls were the dirtiest that I have ever seen. It was extremely old wallpaper. There were 2 chairs and a table, and 1 of the chairs which was extremely comfortable was covered in huge stains, maybe pee or pop. I put a bath towel on the seat and used it. The sheets were clean, and also the pillows, however the bedspread was from the seventies. I do not want this posted for the whole world to read. I am just answering your query. The owners informed my husband that they had just purchased the property recently. Therefore I am hoping that they improve things!!!, although I would have preferred that they were done before opening for business. 더 보기

Knights Inn is a MOTEL, not a hotel - misleading. Price is not reflective of that of a motel. Have stayed at a lot nicer hotels for much less.
