호텔 선샤인 (Hotel Sunshine) - 카오슝

이 호텔은 친절도 면에서 상당히 최상 입니다. 30여 개국의 호텔을 이용해 보았지만 이만큼의 친절도는 느껴 보지 못했습니다. 자본주의 집약체가 항공기 퍼스트 클레스와 호텔에서 가장 써비스의 놀라움을 느끼는데 이호텔에서 그것을 느껴 보았습니다. 호텔앞 횡단보도 중간쯤에서 호텔 데스크가 보인는데 그때 부터는 고객을 본 순간 먼저 일어나고 문을 열어 줍니다. 그시간이 야시장을 다녀온새벽 시간데 이지만 아랑곳하지 않고 서비스를 하는것이 주간보다는 야간 팀이 훨씬 친절합니다. 특히 관광 안내 자료도 한국판과 대만판을 챙겨 주는것이 상당히 고맙고 많은 도움이 되었으며 위치도 지하철에서 10분정도 걸어서 갈수 있어서 좋았구요, 아침 […] 레스토랑 부페 식사도 깔끔하고 맛있었으며 식당분들도 매우 친절합니다. 호텔 객실안에 시설은 주로 일본제품으로 구매 된걸보면 주인이 일본사람이 아닌가하는 생각이 들며 가장 마음에 들었던 부분은 객실바안에 이용할 품목이 없어서 체크아웃때 정말 편합니다. 이호텔에서 가장 감동 받은것은 제 이름이 쓰여진 과일을 주셨는데 작은 과일 이었지만 세심한 배려가 느껴 집니다. 마지막으로 호텔을 떠날때 선물 가방 하나를 빠뜨렸는데 택시 기사분과 통화하여 다시 호텔로 돌아가면서 챙겨준 부분에 대하여 깊은 감사의 마음을 전합니다. 집 보다 더 편한 여유와 친절 그리고 맜있는 음식등 야간에 근무하는 팀이 있다면 누구나 한번쯤 묶고싶은 호텔임을 알게 될것 입니다. 다음에도 카오슝에 간다면 강추 강추 입니다. 더 보기

킹 사이즈 침실을 예약했을 때 2개의 더블 베드를 주려 했습니다. 요청한대로의 방을 얻기 위해 3시간을 기다려야 했는데 체크인 하는 시작부터 아주 열악한 고객 서비스였습니다.

Kaohsiung으로의 첫번째 솔로 여행이었는데 친구들은 Hotel Sunshine이라는 이름을 들어본 적이 없다고 했지만 저는 Hotels.com에서 찾았습니다. 평가를 보시면 그렇게 나쁘지 않습니다. 그래서 거기에 머물렀던 것인데 아주 좋았습니다. 단순하지만 맛있는 조식, 친절한 직원, 아주 늦게 시장에 가도 안전함을 느꼈습니다. 항상 당신을 반겨주는 사람들이 있습니다. 심지어 로비에서 내가 읽고 있던 잡지의 기사 하나를 복사하도록 도와 주었습니다. 호텔이 재건축을 하긴 해도 전반적으로 편안했습니다. 하지만 같은 층에 있는 객실 사이에서의 방음은 별로 였습니다. 사람들이 애들을 야단치는 소리, 싸우는 커플 등등을 들을 […] 수 있었는데 목소리가 크거나 당신이 룸메이트에게 말하는 것을 들을 수 없을 거라는 생각을 한다면 조심하십시오. 더 보기

Quiet district though it is suppose to be in the shopping district of San Duo. Only SOGO and one other huge Department store. Close to MRT (5 min)which brings you to various sights and to Airport. it's very neat and clean, the location is also convenient for us, near mrt station and shopping area. a good place.

Stayed here for a couple of nights earlier this year...Exceeded my expectations. Note the executive rooms are new, whereas the deluxe rooms are old so worthwhile to pay up for the executive room. Can't beat the price (even for kaohsiung) and about a 10 minute walk to nearest train station so relatively convenient. Value for money - Look no further, if you are looking for a short holiday in Kaohsiung

Extremely polite. Fully take care of customer's belongings. Tidy room, enough shower & cleansing supplement. Near railway station. Just 10 min walk even with baggage. For my rush to High Speed Rail before 8am, Sunshine help pre-pack our breakfast & order taxi just outside hotel. So care of customer's need. Basically, the room was clean exept one little cockroach was found on my bed the first morning. The service was fine. However, even I had called themthat I would arrive a little eariler before their official check-in time several days before I was in Kaohsiung , they still let my family wait for around 40 mins when my baby girl was crying constantly […] in the lobby. But with such a budget price, I cannot compained too much. The location is great since it was very close to a MRT station and many major department stores. Finally, they did not give the invoice. Close to Dream Mall, Liu He Night Market, Kaohsiung International Airport. Taxis are easily available and is approximately 200 TWD. To the airport, it's about 300 TWD.

The overall stay was great. The room and its amenities are well maintained, clean and exceeded my expectations. The only problem I had was the room had weak wireless signal. Otherwise, everything was great!

Staff are friendly and warm. Convenient location within a few minutes walk to the subway. The room was big and spacious and generally clean and well maintained. They serve english afternoon tea at a reasonable price and is worth a try. Good value for money and will certainly come back again

This hotel is really worth your stay for its location and price. Do grab a local Kaohsiung city map from the hotel lobby so that you can tour the city with ease. Within walking distance to the MRT station.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and our room was spacious with traditional decor. Each staff member was extremely pleasant and helpful and breakfast was substantial.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel, a very friendly staff helped me with taxis and advice on travel.

ホテルの調度品は細やかな心遣いのされたもので、オーナーの心が伝わってくるようです。また、ホテルのスタッフもよく訓練されており、丁寧で優しく、とにかく気持ちのよいホテルでした。一晩の宿泊でしたが、このたびの最高のものでした。　おかげで、　また高雄を訪れてみたくなりました。

離市區近 購物及觀光都不錯的選擇

網上訂到的房間物超所值新的裝修乾淨舒適, 因為常差旅全世界各地,蠻清楚各地的住房行情很少碰到這樣CP值的; 值得推薦給出門純粹旅遊的人 唯一美中不足是這個飯店沒有商務中心沒有小會議室, 附近又沒有咖啡廳能做短時間商務會談使用;對商務人士不方便

ＭＲＴの駅から近く、設備も新しいホテルです。フロントの方々も日本語が話せます。部屋もほどほどのゴージャス感があり、大通りに面していますが、二重窓のため夜も静かでした。私たちはエグゼグティブツインだったのですがシャワーブースのみでした。バスタブが必要な方はリクエストが必要かもしれません。朝のＪＡＬ便でしたので朝食は食べられなかったのですが、フルーツ、サンドイッチのボックスを用意してくれました（ちなみに空港まではタクシーで１５分ほど、２３０元でした。）

酒店比较旧，家具中式的，比较古典，灯光也较暗。两张大床算是睡的舒服。早餐不吸引。停车要‘酒店代泊’的，不方便。

機場乘捷運到站只需20分鐘，出捷運步行到飯店只要5分鐘，交通非常方便，到附近購物容易。有職員有禮，服務態度良好，房間用品齊備。我十分滿意，會再入住和推介給親友。

整體滿意，唯一問題是淋浴間漏水，需要修理。

夜遅くの到着でしたが、大変丁寧な対応で良かったです。部屋には果物（キウイ、リンゴ）も用意されており、美味しくいただきました。部屋も大変きれいで広く快適でした。朝食も種類がいろいろあって美味しくいただきました。レストランは大通り側にあるので、外の景色を眺めながらの食事も可能です。なお、シャワーのみの部屋でしたが、気になりませんでした。事前に地図をプリントアウトしていったので、地下鉄の駅からホテルまでは、さほど難しくありませんでした。セブンイレブンのある交差点を右に曲がって、50～100ｍほど歩いた先の左側にホテルはありました。

酒店服務員態度親切,服務良好！會再入住！

基本上很ok,但空調溫控不準確，風口又直吹著床，令人不舒服，另外早餐也令人失望，無趣。

- Good location as only 10 min. away from MRT station (should be the nearest hotel). - Lobby deco is good - Service is good - bad and OLD smell in the room and corridor - too high room charge, - I am not recommend this hotel to the one that searching reasonable prices hotel.

MRTの駅を出てホテルへ向かったのですが場所が分かりずらく迷ってしまいました、何とかたどりつきホテルスタッフにアクセスを聞いたところ何とも簡単に行くことができることに唖然としました、部屋へ入りトイレへ入ったところ、なんとウォッシュレットではないし、シャワーだけで浴槽はなく本当に四つ星ホテルなのか疑ってしまいました、しかし後でこのシャワーを使ったところ非常に多機能の付いたシャワーである事とお湯の温度がバッチリで大変満足しました。

The hotel has 15 years, but is very well preserved I am visiting the city with my family. The breakfast is very nice, with many different dishes. The staffs are very helpful, they try to help in everything. The rooms are very spacious. They are constructing new rooms, and facilities will be even better. I definitely will stay there again.

駅から少し遠いこと、シャワールームがわずかにかび臭かったことをのぞくと家具もシックでとても良いホテルだと思います。

Clean. Good location. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Free parking. Much better than what I have expected. Just a few minutes walk to the nearby MTR station, where you would find a few large department stores.
