The surroundings are not good, you can't even open windows, food is not good at all. But, the people are good.

We originally booked a room that stated online that there would be either a king size bed or two double beds. We were three people so we were hoping for two doubles. When we arrived, the room just had a small double bed and an uncomfortable cot that that was wheeled in. They said they had no rooms with doubles. They didn't seem to understand/weren't […] willing to admit, that this was false advertising. As this was the main criteria upon which we booked the hotel, I disagreed. Don't expect that you'll get what you paid for if you book here - and do expect that if you call them on it, they'll tell you it's hotels.com's fault. 더 보기

Poor service, disgusting room and overpriced. There are far better hotels for half the price. Especially around Colaba.

We have spent only one night in the hotel, just as we had a connecting flight in Mumbai, Taxi driver had huge problems with finding the hotel so it took us round 1h instead of 10min to get to the hotel. Hotel was clean and cheap - just perfect to stay overnight while you're waiting for the flight.

Good choice in economy range. Hotel room and service is good. Although the location says Andheri East but actually it is in Sakinaka making the commute little painful.

One of the best budget hotels we stayed in India. We were only there one night prior to our flight home. Nice bed, fantastic shower, good room service, huge fridge freezer and polite and helpful staff, would definately recommend it as an hotel near to mumbai airport.

The hotel proved to be a very good find through Hotels.com. Close to airport, economical, clean and good service. Airport pick up delayed and no sound explanation offered. Manager non apologetic for the delay and irrelevant reasoning added to mild frustration. Recommend this hotel for transit facilities close to the airport.

I booked this hotel on line and the main requirement was cheap and easily accessible from the airport we were only staying for 1 day. As we arrived it didn't look like much from the outside but the staff are AMAZING! really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. There isn't a restaurant or bar - but they will bring you room service - they even went […] to the shop to get me some cigarettes! It was a really basic but clean room - air con was good and the bed was really comfortable - could do with a lick of paint - but it wasn't an issue! I would definitely go back! Very difficult to find the hotel. In fact the taxi driver took me to the wrong Arma hotel. Also the picture is not really as the real hotel.
