내 의견으로 이 호텔은 가격이 높게 책정돼있다. 장점으로는 객실들이 깨끗하고 상태가 좋으며 몇몇 직원들이 친절했다는 점이다. 하지만 선박장 3 앞에 호텔이 있어 낮동안 많은 보트들이 왔다 갔다한다. 이는 더 많은 해변의 상인들이 팔 물건을 들고 접근해 오며 해변에서 다양한 보트 여행을 하는 사람들이 호텔 바로 앞에서 보트를 타고 내린다는 것을 의미한다. 거의 하루종일 이런 일이 일어난다. 우리에게는 이게 우리가 매일 해변가에 있는 다른 어디로 갈 것이라는 점을 의미했다. 해변가에 있는 호텔의 장점이 아님. 또한 이 호텔에는 아시아, 중국 손님들이 많이 있다.

이 호텔 옆에 주요 빌딩 공사가 진행 중이라 아침 7시 부터 아주 시끄럽습니다. 직원 모두가 아주 젊은데 실마리가 없습니다. 아주 시끄럽습니다. 보트 역 2번과 1번으로 좀 걸어가야 합니다.

station 3 에 호텔은 괜찮게 위치해 있는데 우리는 보통 station 1에 머물렀지만 이것은 예약을 늦게 해서였는데 이 곳이 찾을 수 있는 전부였습니다. 위치는 괜찮으나 다른 호텔 손님은 매우 시끄럽고 아이가 계속 문에다가 머리를 박았는데 거의 30분 마다였습니다. 음식은 괜찮았고 직원과 활동에 대해서는 불만이 없습니다.

Hotel staff were nice and helpfull, but room was overpriced for the given quality. Especially cleaning of the rooms should be better and interior need to be renovated. The location of the hotel is very nice (directly at the beachfront) and this is there main selling argument I think.

This is a great place to stay even though it's a little far from Station 1 and 2, where all the action is happening... The rooms are a good size and have all you need. The breakfast buffet needs a little work as there’s not much variety.

Crown Regency Beach Resort has an ideal location because of it's beach front area and near the food gallery but quiet on it's location. I am just upset because their WIFI is not working, and it's comfort room needs refresher all the time- a plumber must check the CR of their Penthouse room!

Very courteous staff, clean, quiet, comfortable room. There was some construction going on in the daytime so not all areas were finished but this didn't distract too much from the overall quality. Beach bar was a great place to watch the sunset. We would stay here again.

The hotel is not very old, but was never finished properly and is under remodel. The restraurant was closed. A simple breakfast was included in the meeting room. The Crown Regency appears to be one of the newest properties on White Beach, the top tourist spot in Boracay. It is at the quieter end of White Beach but only a short walk away from all the nightlife. The public areas of the property are unimpressive and the restaurant is tiny, but this is hardly an issue as White Beach is the dining and drinking epicentre […] of the island. The penthouse room we stayed in was huge - it could probably have been marketed as a junior suite. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate with all the amenities you would expect at this pricepoint. I was a little disappointed that there was no balcony (the standard rooms all have small balconies) and no view, but again, relatively few properties in White Beach offer beachviews, and in 30 seconds' walk you are on the beach anyway. One positve of this is that the room was very quiet. On balance I would probably stay there again if the price was right, but there are several other properties I would probably choose first if the availability was there. 더 보기

This review is not about Boracay. I would go back to the island in an instant, but I definitely would not stay at the Crown Regency Beach Resort. 1. Nobody was at Caticlan airport to pick us up as previously arranged. 2. They double booked us. We reserved the Presidential Suite and was told it was not available the first night. Offered $20 in food/drink/services. 3. […] Put us in the Penthouse suite. Got to room and the AC was not on. Waited 20 minutes but it never got cool. Had to change rooms. 4. Had to ask for key to small refrigerator. 5. Breakfast was small and food was never hot. 6. Accidentally broke glass at breakfast and they charged us 150 Php!! Can you believe that? 7. Bad odor throughout. 8. Construction ongoing. Didn't really bother me but I heard a British couple complain to which the front desk staff replied, "Do you want me to go over and ask them to keep the noise down?" Seriously? Did you really just say that? 9. Very low water pressure. Hot water? Hopefully! 9. So much staff but they never seemed to know who was doing what. 10. The hotel is just off boat station 3 which is fine for scuba, sailing, and other water sports. If your into the night life this is too far from the action. As I had my family along, this was perfect. There were a few restaurants close but most of the night life was closer to station 2. Staff was very pleasant and helpful

Veldig vennlig og hyggelig betjening, som hilste dagen lang. Service blir trukket ned av tempoet, noe som nok er generelt saktere enn hva vi er vant til. Utsjekkingen gikk sinnsykt sent, og provoserte kraftig. Vi betalte et depositum på 1000 pesos per rom. Ingenting å si på det. Da vi skulle sjekke ut, skulle rommet inspiseres før vi kunne få tilbake […] depositumbeløpet og reise. Dette er forståelig, men det tok alldeles uakseptabelt lang tid. 我們夫婦在12/10 check-in 時,前檯的一位男性服務人員拿到我们的booking後,就在我們面前與另外一位員工咬耳朵竊竊私語,我們住過那麼多的飯店,從未見過如此不專業且沒有禮貌的接待人員(應該派他去掃廁所),他的舉動讓我們覺得不受尊重,且影響我們當天住宿的心情,到房間後把飲料水果放到冰箱,房間小巧乾淨但保險箱故障,洗澡時水量忽大忽小忽冷忽熱,簡直快瘋了!傍晚時飯店前海灘擠滿了要要參加活動的旅客跟螃蟹船,跟本看不到任何view,晚上想喝飲料打開冰箱竟然沒冰,原來插頭跟本沒插上去,我想這飯店應該不值4星,也不值得這價錢,難怪沒多少旅客,還好我只住一晚,提醒要訂房的客人請三思!

In my opinion this hotel is overpriced. On the plus side the rooms are clean and in pretty good condition and some of the staff are very friendly. But being in front of boat station 3 means you will have many boats coming and going during the day. This means more beach sellers approaching you with stuff to sell and people being loaded and unloaded from […] various boat trips on the beach literally right in front of the hotel. This goes on almost constantly throughout the day. For us that meant that we would go somewhere else on the beach everyday. Hardly the point of a beach side hotel.
