Overall good rooms but the lack of hot water in the shower is my only real complaint.

We will stay there again in spite of two things: the night desk clerk was a little surly, but got us in and he just needs to work on his people skills. The only other negative was the lack of adequate hot water for a shower. I don't take long showers, but this one was running luke warm after just a couple of minutes. A clean and comfortable inn. The room with two beds is too small to accommodate the second chair (as others have noted). Receptionist was extremely attentive. After 15 minutes in the room she called to ask if I needed anything (I did not at the time). In a couple of hours I found the clock seemed to be set on repeat and buzzed every 45 minutes or so. […] I called the receptionist and asked if she knew how to reset it and she immediately brought up a new (still in the box) clock. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. However, the space allotted for breakfast was too small (again, as noted by others). very clean-staff very accomodating-especially with 2 kids under 8! breakfast good but area small and got crowded-pool was clean

This hotel crammed as many tables as they could into the dining area, making it difficult to move . The bedroom was also small, and the bathroom felt like a closet. Would not reccommend this hotel at all.

This is by far one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Staff was friendly and in spite of the hotel allowing pets, there were no wild animals running around. The kiddie pool area is awesome and the breakfast was pretty good. Would definitely stay again.

My daughter got lice from this hotel. We worked hours and days to solve the problem. I am an epidemiologist and I'm certain the hotel is the source of her head-lice.

staff very friendly and accommodating especially at breakfast with all the kids wiping out the food and waiting for items to be refilled-pool was nice!

clean, comfortable, and pleasant staff.

We chose this hotel because it was a short drive to the Cape May Ferry. We spent the day at the beach and then woke up early and took the Ferry to the Cape May Zoo. Rehoboth Beach was awesome, and this hotel was great. The kiddie pool was the best I've seen and there were restaurants galore - even in walking distance. I would list the positives if I […] could, but the list would be endless. I can't think of a single thing that we didn't like. I'm picky about showers, and even that was great. The staff was wonderful and provided rollaway beds or air matresses to everyone who asked. If you stay here - you will be happy. No doubt! 더 보기

The hotel definately exceeded my expectation n was very family oriented. I will definately be staying there again next summer.

My recent stay at the Sleep Inn and Suites in Lewes was nothing but ... wonderful! The room was clean, clean, clean. In fact I think the housekeeping staff must have worked around the clock because even the hallways smelled fresh, crisp, and clean! The continental breakfast was certainly more then expected; hot waffles, french toast, danish, bagels, […] boiled eggs, juice, coffee ... definitely something for everyone. The location of the hotel was so convenient ... literally minutes ... from all kinds of restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. Very friendly staff--service oriented--customer focused.

This hotel was decent. The breakfast was good quality and was well stocked. The staff was pleasant and the room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel to others as long as they are willing to drive a short distance to the beaches. Beware of the Dewey beach parking scam, they still ticket after 5pm even though signs state otherwise!

We booked a quick little getaway to the Rehoboth area, but didn't want to over spend. I kept seeing this hotel as one of the less priced. I gave it a shot and couldn't be happier! Wonderful front desk, pool, excellent walking distance to Bethany Blues (which is where we planned to stay), perfect location to drive from hotel to either the outlets or […] the beaches and NOT dead smack in the beach tourist area which made it easier to park, get in and out of and everything. The price was right, room was comfortable, bed was awesome and my overall experience is that we will make this our hotel to stay at everytime we go to the beach! 더 보기

Staff and service was wonderful. Pool was a little dirty and was not impressed with facility room (machines not working so great & lost power to machine while working out).

My husband and I were attending a birthday party in Rehoboth Beach Deleware. Our reservations were made 1 week before Memorial Day weekend. We were greeted by the very friendly staff and advised of 24 hr coffee, tea and lemon water. We were also advised of complimentary breakfast, work out room and pool hrs. I was a bit leery because this hotel had an average of 2 stars but was pleasantly surprised. The room was nice, big and clean, and the hotel staff was awesome. I even accidentally left my credit card by the internet computers in the lobby and someone put it in the room in an envelope for me. So nice! We stayed here for 3 nights and it was just a perfect […] little vacation and the room was comfortable. The only minor thing was that the internet computers were out of ink and the man at the front desk (he was different from the man when we checked in) in the morning didn't want to print our boarding passes for us. (He told us we would have to email their corporate office or something very confusing). I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again! 더 보기

My brother and I will be coming back next year at the same time for the nascar weekend at Dover . Great hotel , great location .

Hotel is very clean!! The Staffs are friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Very much recommend this hotel to everyone who want so stay somewhere nice and clean in Lewes!

The ad said "buffett breakfast" and I was expecting eggs, meat, etc and it was a continental breakfast so I was disappointed by that. I chose this location because of the breakfast being included in the cost of the stay.

Chose the Sleep Inn for price and location. I was very pleased. Hotel appears recently renovated. Room was immaculate and quiet. Excellent free breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to the outlets and just a few miles from the beaches. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

Room very small. We have small kids and bathroom had shower instead of bathtub. Would not have chose room would have paid for the upgraded suite. The location and pool would make me stay again. The kids loved the pool it was highlight of stay. I would get a suite next time.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are simple and met our needs for four travelers. This is a clean well maintained establishment. Very family friendly.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the kids LOVED the kiddie pool. We will be staying at this hotel in the future!

Hotel front desk people were very friendly. Hotel smelled good, not that musty smell frequently found in most places. The price was fantastic, the room was simply decorated and clean. Breakfast was so-so. bagels, cereal, fruit...and free so what can be expected. Second time i stayed here this summer and enjoyed the hotel even more. It's at the beach so you don't spend much time in the hotel anyway except to sleep and there were no noises and the employees were nice and helpful. Pretty cool pool for the kids also on those cloudy days.

Only 1 washer and dryer...used a lot due to the beach location (drying towels, bathing suits, etc)....always had to wait for long time periods. Friendly staff, nice breakfast area
