We never actually stayed at Spectrum, we got moved to Mount Plesants apartments with 5 mins notice before check-in! (terrible customer service). Told that the car park spaces we pre-booked were now un-available. The rooms were very basic, badly maintained, would not recomend! Dont book to stay with this company!

We booked this hotel when we turned up at Liverpool. tooke us half an hour to book in, then we had to drive up the road to our appartment and search down a lil backstreet for the underground parking, then i had run round the front of the building to let us into the car park. then when we finially gotinto the apartment there was a lamp with nowhere to […] plug it in, 4 dining chairs but no table it was cold and had to use the oven and hobs to warm the place up. it has a bed and a shower so if u want to doss somewhere for the night it will do but will be trying elsewhere next time first. 더 보기

2 min walk to concert square perfect for a night out of a group of people

we stayed over night in one of these apartments on the 23rd december 2011 and were pleasantly surprised with the service we had and how beautiful the apartment was for a such a small fee. It was within only a few minutes walk of the main town centre and nightlife. we felt entirely safe as there were security guards and 24 hour reception staff not that […] the security guards where entirely necessary as we had absolutely no issues. an added bonus for us was that we were upgraded for free to one of the luxury 4* apartments and could not have asked for a better night. everything was spotless and clean and the beds were ridiculously comfy. we would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to stay right in the heart of the beautiful city. I would not think twice about booking to stay here again in the future..well worth the money and staff were amazing and couldnt do enough for us!! 더 보기

No clean towels over 3 night stay part of floor broken. doesn't look like it does in pictures

the beginning of the week was fine but as the week went on it got louder towards weekend. although there was a washer and dryer which was great. There was three of us only 1 piece of crocery and cutlery.need to bring own dish cloth and dryingcloth.1 dish washer was provided but it was just as handy to wash the things.very central but would be happy […] enough to go back 더 보기

This serviced appartment served our purpose perfectly - a cheap overnight stay while attending an event at the Liverpool Echo Arena. It's close to the city centre and nicely placed for the bars and nightlife. However, don't go expecting a sound night's sleep! We requested a double room but were given a twin room. Access to the flats is via a central […] forum and the bedrooms are on the inside meaning that if anyone goes in and out of their flats, it's very loud in the bedrooms and you can hear doors slamming and people walking about as it's very echoey. the staff were rude, they told me to park in there car park which i did, only to come down the next morning to be clamped with a fee of £150!! the manager informed me they were designated spaces which the reception did not tell me. The lift did not work so seven flights of stairs i had to walk. The apartment was standard and was not worth the money. […] These apartments are a con! This is not a four star facility. At best it is 2 star student accomodation. The apartments are poorly maintained and serviced. Our first apartment was serviced but not vacumed and there was broken glass still evident on the carpet. We asked for another room. The second room had not been cleaned at all and showed signs of a wild night of partying. The […] third apartment had been cleaned but not to a very high standard. It showed signs of smoke damage from a recent fire. The kitchen utensils were not clean and the glassware chipped and cracked. The apartments are also extremely noisy. This is both a design issue and a clientele issue. The common areas are largely open and made of concrete so that any noise from other guests is amplified. The apartments are well located in central Liverpool but are also near several night clubs. They clearly cater for large groups of night clubers on weekends. This is not a Family oriented facility and needs overdue maintenance. Not recommended unless with a large group. Not recommended for Families. 더 보기

Idéalement placé proche du centre ville, et de la gare des bus. Idéal pour visiter la ville, les docks et aller à un match à Anfield ou Goodison Park. Bonne qualités

Kanonläge, nära till allt! Helt ok lägenheter

kom på fredag til leiligheten i duke street,men måtte gå over på andre siden av veien der leilighetene var. det var en skuffelse for de leiligheten som var over der vi sjekket inn var mye bedre enn de vi bodde i. Greit for en guttegjeng som fester stort sett hver dag,men for partur eller foretningsreise er det ikke å anbefale. veldig lytt i gangene. […] Vi bodde der i 3 netter og 5 personer og fikk kun 4 håndkler som vi skulle bruke på de dagene, det samme med dasspapir. 2 ruller,5 personer og 3 netter. det gikk selvfølgelig ikke :) 더 보기

Veldig lytt mellom rommene, så anbefales ikke i helgene hvis en vil ha ro. Ingen rengjøring da dette var Self-service.

chambre sale, appareillages intérieurs de mauvaise qualité, parking de l'hotel trés cher et en panne, nous étions donc garé 2 rues plus loin dans un autre parking de l'hotel. Situé au milieu des sex shop et batiments abandonnés. Personnel peu aimable. Impossible de dormir sans volets dans la chambre et avec les nids de mouettes qui HURLE toute la nuit […] dans la cage d'escalier vétuste qui dessert la chambre. Muy buen hotel, economico, limpio y muy bien localizado.

Los apartamentos son cómodos y limpios, sin embargo hay mucha algarabía de la gente joven que se suele hospedar allí. Está muy bien situado y tiene la estación de autobuses muy cerca.

pænt og rent - god størrelse - gåafstand fra banegård - vi kom med tog fra Manchester - samtidig ligger det også i gåafstand fra Centrum - Havn hvor de fleste seværdigheder ligger. Det eneste lillebitte minus receptionen ligger lidt tilbage og der kunne godt være et skilt helt ud til gaden som vidste tydeligt at det var Spectrum Serviced Apartsment

Hotellet ligger perfekt og stort set et gadehjørne fra centrum. Værelserne er store og flotte og meget lækre. Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i en dejlig by.

Läget var perfekt! Gångavstånd till allt sevärt! Liverpool one, hamnen, museum, katedralen m.m. Dock fanns det ett väldigt dåligt utbud av bla glas och öppnare i köket. Detta gjorde att vi inte använde oss av lägenheten som vi tänkt. Det mest negativa av allt var att det stank rök i den!

Ok beliggelse med kort vei til Liverpool 1 og sentrum.Fin standard på leiligheten men man får ikke nye håndklær og det vaskes ikke unntatt hvis man bor der over en uke.Dette var det ikke opplyst om men da jeg spurte etter handduker ble jeg fortalt at det stod en vaskemaskin i et skap hvor disse kunne vaskes.Det skulle være fullt bestikk osv men det […] var kun suppeboller og skjeer i vår leilighet.Toalettpaoir må man også kjøpe selv.Alt dette er helt ok hvis man bare vet om det da....Kan anbefales uansett 더 보기

å finne resepsjonen for dette hotellet/leilighet var bortimot umulig. brukte 1-2 timer før vi fant det. bortsett fra dette er det ingen ting å klage på.
