The hotel is bad. bad if you need to spend few hours between flights is perfect. Decent rates.

Location-wise as expected it was convenient & good. The hotel otherwise leaves much to be desired. For the Price being charged, the rooms, especially the middle rate level & the lower rate levels are too tiny & dingy. Housekeeping is just about OK. Staff are good though. Old fashioned TV's, No writing desk for computer usage, as being promised in the […] facilities. If one has no other options & is only in Mumbai for a day...I guess it would be OK. Airport pick-up & drop-off is arranged by them. Breakfast is not bad but can be improve to include more frills. 더 보기

I often stay in this hotel. The electronic controllers for the electrical system in all the rooms are in a very bad shape. They should replace the electronic boxes, or just switch to a better system.

Maybe we just had bad luck, but this was our experience. -a/c broken -phone broken -cockroach in my water at dinner -unscheduled wake-up call at 5am -spider came out of the drain before my shower -breakfast gave us stomach troubles

If you do not mind sleeping with two layers of clothes and socks, this is the hotel for you. Sticky floors, spotty internet, a bathroom perfumed in mothballs are some of the delights that welcome you. To their credit the hotel offer a pick-up and drop-off service to and from both the international and domestic airports. Unfortunately that is the only positive. The staff on arrival were quite rude and dismissive, particularly towards my girlfriend. Although we had ordered a double room they put us up in a twin, which they changed only after we complained. […] If this hotel is a 3 star rating, I would hate to see anything rated worse. There was mould growing on the walls, the bath smelt of urine and overall the whole place was quite grim. Breakfast in the morning wasn't too bad, but wasn't anything special either; cornflakes, papaya and curry. The surroundings of the hotel are equally grim but to be expected in India. Overall, one night is bearable, anything longer would be quite tortuous. 더 보기

Comfortable stay near to Mumbai airports. Good food served in restaurant. Would benefit from a computer for internet access though.

Best things about this hotel: close to the airport, free shuttle, & very good breakfast included. The staff was also friendly, but when we had them price out a 170km taxi ride, it was twice as much as one we were able to find on our own. The room was old and deteriorating, but it was all we needed for an overnight near the airport after 20 hours of […] flying. It was also inexpensive so we did not expect much in return. No problems. The hotel had excellent service, that's one thing I could not complain about. They called me taxis, carried my bags to and fro, held my bags even after I'd checked out, helped me log into the internet, etc. The biggest drawback was the bathroom. 空港から近いので、トランジットで利用するには十分満足です。しかし、周囲にはなにもなく、少し入ったところにあるため、少しわかりづらいかもしれません。部屋は比較的きれいで、豪華ではありませんが、まずまず快適に過ごせると思います。
