Was a short tram ride away from Brandenburg Tor and the other attractions in that area. The Concierge at the hotel was fabulous. The tram was located right outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Absolutely anything one could possibly want! Great location without being right in the center of things.

A hotel is wonderful with modern designed, provides very good variety of breakfast. Staff is nice and helpful. Though a hotel provides free internet access in room, but very slow and that unable to access at all during my stay.

On the whole this was a good, value for money hotel, the breakfast was very good, decor impressive and connected to the S-bahn and local trams making the journey from the airport incredible easy. The one criticism was that we had booked a double room for our weekend away. We arrived to find a twin room, and when I asked about getting this changed, they […] had none available - or for the rest of the weekend. If one needs to be located in the eastern part of Berlin, then this hotel is good value for money. It would have a much higher price had it been located in the west or around Friedrich Strasse. The quality and service is high compared to the price. I would like to have free internet access in the room, but they have an hourly/24 hour charge system, […] that is one of the few negative points I can find. The hotel is located next to the ring S-bahn and the tram outside the hotel goes to Alexander Platz, it takes around 10 minutes. The breakfast is on the better side for hotels in this price range. The rooms are spacious and with modern bathtubs. The area around the hotel is not interesting, you stay at the hotel and you travel somewhere else to wine, dine, do business or whatever you need to do. 더 보기

Nice large room (deluxe). Area well conected and very convenient for Schipol. However, local area a bit barren. Stains on carpet only downside of room.

Andel's Hotel is in great location in Berlin , train fr Airport go straight to the station right next to the hotel and there are many buses , tram that go through the area . The hotel itself is very big and comfortable with modern look . The room was very spacious and high ceiling with separate walk in wardrobe , lovely big marbled bathroom with separate […] bath and shower . The room decorations was very modern and lightings excellent . Morning breakfast were breakfast buffet of many different choices which was great and will really fill you up for the whole morning . There were some restaurant , shops around the area . There is a Burger King and Aldi supermarket opposite . Free Gym access at the hotel also Sauna, Steam room and spa are free for guests at hotel but please note that No clothings are permitted in the Saunas which we found out the bad way and there may be nudists walking around in the spa - Germany ways I guess . There is an restaurant , cafe and bar at the hotel . Both Cafe and Bar are at the top of the Hotel with panoramic view of Berlin which is definitely worth the expensive but delicous drinks on offers . I went with my girlfriend and we had an amazing memorable time in Berlin and this hotel was world class an perfect place to unwind after a long day out! This hotel is fantastic. Service, staff, breakfast and room décor is all highly recommended for any couple wanting a weekend away. Be aware that it is slightly out of town however the Landsburger Allee Tram and sBahn is quite literally on its doorstep. The station has a convenient direct train to Schoenefeld as well.

The open and spacious lobby area is impressive, the room was comfortable, clean and roomy. The breakfast provided endless options to satisfy any diet. It was a very good experience.

This place was fab! We seemed to be upgraded to an executive room, which was massive, striking, and very smart - the full 5 star experience. Everything was beautifully and thoughtfully designed - for example there was a separate shower room within the bathroom (so no floods), and two duvets on the (very comfy and huge) bed, so no fighting in the middle […] of the night. The staff were very nice and very helpful. A potential downside was that it is out of town in a not very exciting area - but the tram stop outside and the train station across the street, in combination with the excellent public transport system meant this was no problem. It is also by a noisy road - but we were on the 6th floor so could sleep with the windows open (and anyway there was good double glazing and aircon). and the buffet breakfast was great, and was on till 10.30 weekdays. We stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night. The hotel is beautiful, very stylish, staff attentive and the breakfast amazing. However, there was no warning that the nearby S-Bahn does not function at weekends because of engineering work and this caused considerable inconvenience for our travel to and from Berlin Schoenefeld airport.

the staff were very helpful. there was some pounding noise next to the hotel with work in the extension, and they offered another room immediately after we complained. we decided to remain in our room and miraculously all work stopped! location was fantastic as the metro and trains were just across from the hotel. breakfast was fantastic! service was […] great...all in all we had a fantastic stay. would definitely go back there! well done andel's! 더 보기

Excellent hotel hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would certainly recommend. Would be even better if wi fi was available in rooms and air con was more efficient.

every thing concerning our stay in the hotel was perfect

New and nice hotel, great breakfast. Very close to S-Bahn and Metro-Tram. Got a smoking room instead of non smoking, but no big problem as it only was a slight smoke smell. The bed was a bit hard.

Excellent hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. Sky Bar well worth a visit. Would be very happy to recommend it and to return again.

The hotel has outstanding service, with large clean and comfortable rooms and is quiet. It has a modern and elegant bathroom. The breakfast, served until 10:30, is extensive and was included in the room rate. It is a bit out of the way but this is more than made up for by the quality.

The Good - great room, clean, new, very modern - excellent staff - although hotel is far from city center and touristy things, you can take tram M5 to get to most places you need to go - breakfast was fresh and great selection - pricy but cool hotel bar The Bad - ended up getting a smoking room, instead of non-smoking because they were fully booked; […] slight smoke smell - you have to pay for internet in the room and computers in the lobby worked very - probably need to allocate 1.5 hrs to commute to touristy areas per day - since surrounding neighborhood is residential there are not many restaurants nearby 더 보기

This is a new hotel in Berlin, which is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Its not central but is adjacent to the S-Bahn. You can get the S9 from Schonefeld Airport and have a short walk from Landsberger Allee stop, which is on the S-Bahn-Ring. The Sky Bar is 15 floors up and has a brilliant view of the city.

This hotel is fantastic - its slightly out of the centre of town but this is not a problem, there is a constant stream of trams that wisk you to the centre of Alexandra Plaz in 10 minutes and a metro station that has a good service to Schofield Airport. The hotel itself is great the staff are very pleasant and informative and all speak perfect English. […] The breakfast is amazing too, the rooms are very comfortable and you can open the windows if you are not a fan of air conditioning. My only critisms would be they need some more English TV channels and free wifi. There is alos a great skybar with amazing views over Berlin. I would give this hotel 9/10 더 보기

This great hotel is located quite a long way from the center of Berlin, so it is obviously not for those mainly interested in shopping. The standard is, however, outstanding, and with both a taxi stop at the hotel entrance, and the Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station right across the street, getting around is easy (Personally, I only used taxis and walked […] a lot, though.) If you are going to an arrangement in Velodrom, this hotels location is absolutely perfect, though. I could not see any hotels being closer in walking distance from the arena. As the hotel is brand new (Less than a year old by late 2009,) the building and rooms look perfect. Everything is quite modern and clean-looking. I was a bit surprised that they charged extra for internet usage, but all-in-all it was OK, as the hotel price itself was very reasonable, and the extra charge was not too steep. As others have noted, the corridors seem long (I was located at the exact opposite side of the hotel from the elevators, meaning I could not have had a longer distance to walk.) Signs were pointing towards the elevators everywhere, and the corridor was a ring, so you would get there even if you went the other way around. I do not consider that a problem at all. The staff was always extremely nice and helpful, and even "sneaked" me in after breakfast was finished when I had misread the opening hours. As mentioned, the prices were actually very cheap, compared to Norwegian hotels of much lower standard. If you want to sit in the sky.bar on the 14. floor, get there early. The view is fantastic, and the seats fill up fast! The early-bird self-service breakfast was a little bit disappointing, although I didn't know quite what to expect. Calling a few danish pastries and coffee breakfast beside the entrance in the lobby is stretching it a bit far, but considering it being 6AM sunday morning, it is better than nothing. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Berlin, as the hotel is one of the 더 보기

Very modern stark brand new hotel with a conference center. While location is not close to the center of Berlin, it is an easy 1.3 euro tram ride away. Buffet breakfast is very plentiful with a wide selection and is included in rate. Unless you want to drink a lot, do not upgrade to the executive lounge as food there is very limited. This hotel is new. So new, in fact, that the high-tec equipment in the rooms doesn't work. Don't ask reception what the switches are for, because they don't know. There is wireless internet, but it didn't work with my computer, which connects from every other hotel. Reception said they would look into this, but never did. You will need roller skates […] or a Segway scooter to get to your room if you are not lucky enough to get a room close to the elevator. The corridors are neverending and you will be lucky if you find a sign pointing to the elevator before you lose your way going in the wrong direction. The hotel aspires to 5-star status, but the staff need to be trained and the technology department needs to do some quality control. Otherwise a smart hotel in a poor part of town and also close to both the S-Bahn and the tram. 더 보기

Although the hotel may look like it is not in the centre of the city Berlin has amazing transport and there is the tram and underground literally out the front door. Just two stops away on the underground is Prenzlauer Allee which has a few amazing streets around it with great food, and some quirky second hand shops. Hotel is new, only opened Mar 2009. Easy to find directly opposite Landsberger Allee S Bahn, you can't miss it. Hotel staff very friendly & professional. As soon as we were in the lobby the porter took our bags before we even got to the reception desk. Once we had checked in the porter gave us a mini tour of the hotel providing lots of info. Food […] in restaurant was great, not exactly cheap but that's the price you pay for quality, breakfast was good but I would expect more choice from a 4 star hotel, brassarie was not very good, had penne which was obviously pasta from a bag and not fresh egg pasta. The Sky bar is great, if you stay at this hotel you must have at least one drink there in the evening. Rooms were very nice and as expected from detail given, spa is worth checking out as there is no extra charge but if you want any treatments (massage/facials) they cost extra. Wij kregen een suite, erg ruim, de kinderen (17 en 16) lagen wel op een opklapbed in de huiskamer, maar het was wel veel gezelliger dan dat we 2 kamers hadden gekregen, en erg ruim. Alles schoon, ze waren erg vriendelijk, makkelijk dat je aan de balie gewoon een welcome card voor het openbaar vervoer kan kopen, de skybar is prachtig, Je bent snel in […] de stad met de tram, neem niet m8 dan kom je niet op centrale plaats uit, de Norma aan de overkant is makkelijk voor boodschappen. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel uitgebreid en erg lekker, werd steeds aangevuld, op zondag tot 13.00u! Wij konden er tot 's avonds op teren! 더 보기

客房/飯店衛生：無可挑剔，已經是5星級的水平。 服務品質：有一位服務生與我說話時，有另一人向他提問，他立刻轉過了頭... 不過只此一次，可能那人問的是緊要問題(我聽不明英文以外的歐洲語言)不過我是不介意啦。整體服務是極好的，問客服交通問題，還會仔細畫出來。 飯店設施：應該有的都有了。最重要有SKYSPORT，可以在WEEKEND看英超！ 飯店位置：由於工程關係，我住的3天都未能使用U BAHN，雖然門口就有電車，始終不及U BAHN方便。

舒適、早餐美味。不過職員稍欠親切笑容。 可惜入住期間附近的U-BAHN及S-BAHN因工程而全部暫停使用，令交通變得有點不方便。

Ett av de absolut bästa hotellen vi bott på, fantastisk interiör, underbart de luxe rum, härlig sky bar, mycket engagerad och vänlig personal samt en förstklassig frukost!!! Ingen nackdel att det inte ligger i absoluta city, då allmänna kommunikationer finns precis utanför dörren.

das Hotel eignet sich bestens, um Erholung und Erlebnis von Berlin in Einklang zu bringen. Besonders ist hervorzuheben: Wellnessbereich, Skybar im 14. OG Sky Empfang in den Zimmern Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Ringbahn und 2 Straßenbahnlinien führen direkt zum Alex. Der Flughafen ist ohne umzusteigen mit der S9 direkt zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem S-Bahnhof, somit ist man sehr schnell bei irgend einer Sehenswürdigkeit. Auch eine M-Linie hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Zum Alexanderplatz benötigt man so knapp 10 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Also alles in allem war das Hotel super. Als wir ankamen, waren wir über die Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht gerade erfreut. Die Minibar war sehr verschmutzt, was man mit bloßem Auge sah und es waren noch Haare auf den Kissenbezügen was auch nicht gerade zum positiven Eindruck dazuwirkte. Ansonsten war das Zimmer super ausgestattet. Das Bad ist auch echt […] schick, und modern gestaltet. Wenn man mal die beiden Makel weglässt, ist das Hotel echt super Klasse, sehr modern, wirkt sehr edel und ist weiterzuempfehlen. Es liegt direkt an einer S und Tram Linie und somit kommt man auch schnell in 5 Minuten zum Beispiel Alexanderplatz 더 보기

Et godt hotel, der i høj grad lever op til ens forventninger. Kaotiske tilstande kan forkomme omkring morgenmaden. Kedelig beliggenhed, men fin adgang til S-bahn og sporvogn, er lige uden for døren.
