It was okay. $10 for 2 eggs and coffee. wow!! and no safe in the room

Very nice. Only gripe is the in room climate control system wasn't functioning properly.

Breakfast was under cooked and there was a long wait for food. Pool opened later and closed earlier than stays at other locations. Hotel was OK at best.

Took us over 20 mins to check in because there was 1 person at the desk and the guys in front of me were having issues but once it was my turn it took 3 mins. Also when we got to our room we had not toilet paper. My husband had to go ask the front desk for a roll.

Clean, comfortable, easy shuttle service to airport and rental car facility. Only problem---Friday night stay, and apparently a wedding had just let out. My wife, kids and I "enjoyed" the party until 2AM. I liked the hotel, just not the neighbors.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel for 4 days. Service was really nice and room was clean. It was not the easiest to find b/c evidentally it's a 2 in 1 hotel shared with HomeSuite Inns but overall I was satisfied.

The hotel is very nice and a good value but the restaurant is terrible. Breakfast is good though expensive, but the dinner menu is awful though the entrees sound good. The bar is good for the basics but the staff does not know the wine selection very well. Still, I would highly recommend the hotel as there are many good dining options in the area.

Outstanding place to stay. I have stayed in hotels throughout United States and abroad. This is one of the better experiences I've had.

the last night of our stay. returned to the room at 10:30 at night. the room was not cleaned had to call for towels and etc. would have to consider very, very hard to stay there again..........................

Flew into BWI to visit a friend. Stayed for two nights, great stay, close to many sights and shopping. Good breakfast too.

The hotel must have opened recently because the grand opening sign was still out front. It is about 5min from BWI airport and minutes from good restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the fitness center and pool were very nice. A Dennys is right across the street just in case you want options besides the hotel restaurant.

Beds were amazingly comfortable. Quiet environment. Close to highway...worth the money

My significant other and I came to this hotel after a 6hr drive to get to a friends wedding. We mostly just needed a place to crash, but the Hilton Garden Inn went up and over the top in service. The room was beautiful and spotless. Everything was in order as it should be and it was peaceful, we didn't hear a peep from any of the rooms around us. This hotel was very new and nice. Our room was spacious, with plenty of space for a large desk, arm chair, and even the crib we requested. The only negative is the pillows--they look fluffy but deflate immediately.

would stay again nice breakfast buffet... near hotel quality... swimming pool and laundry rooom... nothing to complain except location. If you love shopping, the best location to arundel mill.

Our bathroom got clogged and they just brought up a plunger in a bag and gave it to us to use....Needless to say we left it that way after trying about 10 times to fix ourselves....

Overall everything went well. The desk clerks were phenomenal. I didn't care for the fancy beds we couldn't get them to work.

This hotel is located just a short distance from the Arundell Mills Mall and various fast food and family restuarants. Perfectly located just far enough for serenity but close enough to local amenties, stores and restuarants. The Hotel was perfect in every way describable. From the moment you park in their clean secure parking lot to the magnificent […] appearnace of the lobby to the clean air conditioned room upon arrival. I would stay here again just for the heck of it. Pool is nicely and conveniently located in the lobby next to the Business Room. we were moving and stayed over night and had bought $80 in food and the refrigerator broke and also the iron got so hot it ruin my shirt. I went to check out and manager on duty went to go to room I am guessing to see if food was in the frig but never came back after 30 min later..I am still wondering was he up there throwing it on a grill.....I still […] have not received any email back from anyone. 더 보기

Everything in this hotel is perfect. I stayed in the standard room, it was kept spotlessly clean, everything was very new looking, and the room was very comfortable with the air conditioning (especially since it was 80+ all weekend). It had everything you could want in hotel room, with a large mini frige, coffee maker, large screen TV and a work desk. […] The shower was very impressive as well. Many hotels have small showers barely enough to move around, however this one was very large and spacious. The lobby, pool, halls, and elevators were also very clean and well maintained. Overall everything was perfect, I cannot say there was anything I was unsatisfied with, and I would recommend it to anybody interested in staying in the area. 더 보기

I got in late and was told they booked everything. The only thing that was left was a smoking room even though I booked and paid in advance for a non-smoking room. I had no other choice and then the window in the room wouldn't open more than an inch or two. I've never smoked in my life and I run 40 miles a week. It was terrible.

Had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. The only real complaint was that I had reserved a non-smoking room and my room was saturated in cigarette smoke odor. Gerat location and friendly staff. I would defintely stay here again.

Hotel understaffed. Front desk staff overwhelmed. Breakfast not good plus had to pay for it. Would not stay again - plenty of others in area.

Was in town for a wedding and decided to try this hotel based upon other good reviews. Nice clean room. Bathroom was new and clean. Beds are adjustable with a dial on the side. Flat screen TV in room. Nice indoor pool though not open all hours. Room rate was very reasonable but did not include breakfast. A pleasant stay.

My family and i had a very pleasant stay. Thanks very much. I wish that they would offer discount to the military.

I booked a non smoking room...When I got there they said they ran out of non smoking rooms and had to give me a smoking room. The man at the front said it's a good thing so I can "Practice my smoking." The maid woke us up pounding on our door at 8am asking if we wanted maid service. This hotel was a great place to stay. They have the adjustable matresses to suit how firm/soft you would like your bed but still weren't very comfy. They didn't clean my room in the 3 day stay which I wasn't too hit about but everything else was great. It is a very nice hotel! The room was really clean, spacious and staff was friendly. We stayed there for 3 nights. Didn't have any problem at all. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in I have stayed in several hotels in all areas. My kids was so happy and comfrontable. The bed felt like heaven. I will be staying in this hotel again.

I liked everything about the hotel except a couple of things. No free breakfast was a bummer especially just after staying at another Hilton property that offered and extensive free breakfast bit 20 minutes away. They do have a grill that offers an extensive menu but but at a cost. Beds are hyped as ultra-comfort with comfort settings but didn't seem […] all that special to me. Excellent locale and ultra convenient to BWI. Biggest dissapointment was after booking and paying online, the credit card I offered for incidentals was charged after my departure for the room. This hotel seems like it is brand new. It is located by itself in a safe and very nice area, two blocks from the Baltimore/Washington Expressway, but not too close as to be bothered by the noise. I was impressed with the spacious, well lit, clean interior of the hotel itself. All of the doorways including the ones to the elevator, the guest rooms and […] bathrooms are quite large. I am not disabled, but know many people who are and this hotel is definitely handicap friendly, one of the best I have ever stayed at in that regard. Friendly also are the staff members who had great senses of humor and were fun to talk to. The room had very fast, easy, free wireless Internet that didn't require an annoying code. There was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room, which was a helpful welcomed surprise. I was impressed with the shower, as I am 6'2" and tired of having to bend over to shower in hotels. The shower was clean and large, with a very high shower head. The beds were very comfortable and had adjustable firmness controls which worked great. The flat screen TV was very nice. We came late and left early, so I can't comment on the restaurant's food or service, but it looked very modern and clean. Everything was great. We had no problems and the stff was very helpful. The only problem was the Hotel was not very well marked from the road. You could not see the sign until you entered the driveway. Other then this one small issue every thing was what we expected. We would stay here again evry time we travel to visit our kids.
