I really enjoyed my stay at the Mirage. I needed a hotel before flying out of Mumbai International Airport and the Mirage was conveniently located. Rooms and Service were great, the complementary airport transfer service is another plus.

I found this hotel good, although I would only stay there again if I need to be close to the airport (as I did this time). Room was large and nice, staff was helpful and breakfast and dinner was fine as well. The neighbourhood is not very nice, so don't expect to hang around there. The Mirage is very modern and clean hotel with high standards for a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed with my boy friend for two days in this hotel. Room was comfortable but pathetic in room service. We requested for a DVD player in the room which was available and they had to shift us to another room. The DVD player provided in that room didn't work either and the staff had no idea to operate it. We got stuck in the elevator once which was […] scary as it went directly to the basement and we had to ring the bell for a few minutes till someone came to open it. Food was average. Toast was burnt, meat wasn't cooked well etc. Was made to pay for a water bottle which was meant to be complimentary and the hotel staff almost argued with us re the charge instead of waving it off. Neighborhood wasn't great, there is an open drain next to the hotel which does not offer a good view. Would not recommend this to anyone. 더 보기

The Mirage Hotel is contemporary well fitted and maintained. Its convenience to the airport is fantastic, but it is a long trek to the city centre. The staff were are attentive at all times and hotel food very reasonably priced by Western standards (approx £3 for a curry in the restaurant). Very convenient if you are attending an event at one of the nearby expensive Leela or ITC. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff are helpful and friendly.

Close to the airpot..hotel in good conditions, friendly staff, was upgraded to a comfortable suite. Overall great value especially if arriving late and need a place to crash for the night

Imaginative, luxurious and tasteful modernist decor with a nod to the 1930s. Helpful staff, full range of facilities, good Indian food - a real gem of an hotel.

New, modern, totally clean, good restaurant, close to international airport. We had from four pm untill three am before our plain took off for Europe. It was very convinient for this. Two problems: The lining af the shower leaked causing water on all the bathroom floor. Comfortable room and good service. Close to airports and northern suburbs business area. No restaurants within walking distance, but food in hotel was good. Only issue was getting woken at 12.30 am by someone offering to clean my room! I'd tipped the cleaners and i suspect he was after another tip. I was assured it wasn't standard hotel practice.

Locationwise, very close to Mumbai Int'l Airport. For transit or short stay purpose, this is an ideal hotel with competitive price. It felt more like a three & a half star hotel in terms of its service, atmosphere, overall size. Hotel room was comfy and adequate though. Located very close to the airport and ideal for business / overnight stays. However, the very modern, clean (especially the toilet) and well-run establishment is surrounded by the city 'slum'. Bridge construction in front of the hotel make exploration of foot very difficult. Overall good. Close to airport, however its on a busy main road. Clean rooms, decent food and overall a good experience.

The hotel is good enough and well located. What you cannot trust is the "free transfer" to the airport. They do what they want and that is to charge you in all cases. It's better to take a prepaid taxi (half price and same service). Apart from that, interesting lodging option in Mumbai, if you are not visiting everyday the downtown.

Was recommended by a friend and I wasn't disappointed. Would stay again without hesitation and for longer next time. The double glazed windows kept out the noise so a perfect sleep was had. The room was far better than expected, sparkling clean, lovely bed and and a proper big bath ! good value for Mumbai, handy for trhe airport, very close to the International and the transfer was free. We have had five wonderful nights at the Mirage on our recent visit to Mumbai. The hotel in fact exceeded our expectations, especially when one has been around India! Mirage hotel is good as per price for the room. The hotel facilities are good but still the neighbour surroundings are too bad. I guess hotel is at good location of near to the international air port and that is the only benefit the hotel is getting right now. Overall its good to stay at this hotel for reasonable price.

On previous visits to Mumbai I have stayed at the Leela Kempinski for its convenient location near to the airport and its opulent style and great service. However, the expensive rates are now excessive for short trips where budget is an important factor so I stayed here at the Mirage, it is just over the road from the Leela so just as convenient but […] for less than half the price! Free airport pick-up was efficient. Hotel maintenance and comfort was very good, with the rooms and public areas all light, modern, spacious and very clean. Service was friendly and attentive. Wi-fi a bit patchy but inexpensive. Small bar @ dining areas but food from the a la carte was very good quality, taste and excellent value. Buffet menus were a bit below par, breakfast was pretty awful and coffee was undrinkable. it was near airport only 15 minutes to air port and the staff was nice and very clean hotel

I faced the same problem for each of the 3 visits. There's alot of construction going around the area even late into the night. This caused sleepless nights. Pillow is too soft and the hotel does not have other selection. During my 3rd stay between 24th-26th August 2011, I found cockroaches around the minibar area.

Good airport hotel for overnight stay, If you are visiting, nothing is close by except airport... staff was polite, we had asked for non smoking room... their solution of non smoking was lemon air freshener which obviously didn't work.. Valet parking scratched our car; food is good but not much of variety.

The hotel is relatively new with good infrastructure. A few small but thoughtful expenses would go a long way in making the stay comfortable. This would probably be the only 4 star hotel I have stayed in where there were absolutely no toiletries provided - not even a tooth brush or facial tissues. Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Very good location if you want to be close to the airport. Good food in the the evening restuarant, but dissapointed with the breakfast. Dishes that should be warm was cold. No selection of bread and youghurt. Strange when the hotel had many visitors from Europe.

This was our second visit to the Mirage Hotel and once again we were not disappointed. Excellent service right from prompt airport pickup through to airport drop off. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room and good restaurant. Will certainly stay there again. Only down side was whole families living on the pavement 50 yards from the Hotel.

I have been traveling to Mumbai for 21 years and I am pleased that there is now a high-end alternative to the expensive Leela and Meredien hotels near the airport. The Mirage staff was friendly, helpful, responsive to my requests, my room was huge and well-appointed, the bed was very confortable, bathroom with seperate tub was lovely. Only drawbacks: The surrounding area is under construction and dangerous to walk in (take cabs), they had no internatinal news channels (CNN BBC, etc) when I was there, and the computer desk needs more plugs or a power strip to be really useful. The hotel is currently constucting, what appears to be, a terrace at the rear of the property. As a result there was a small amount of building noise.
