그랜드 호텔 사이공 (Grand Hotel Saigon) - 호치민 시티

It is too old hotel so it was very noisy as outside sound can be heard easily. Moreover staffs in the hotel is very rude and service as so terrible.

이 호텔에서 두 번 째 숙박이다. 숙박은 정말 즐거웠다. 위치가 좋다. 더 크고 비싼 체인과 비교할 때, 좀 더 유럽 느낌, 예스러운 느낌이 난다. 다시 올 것이다.

에어컨과 불을 켜고 끄는 것이 쉽지 않다. - 특히 어두울 때 침대 옆 콘솔에 있는 내용을 읽을 수 없었다. 또 에어컨이 너무 추워서 꺼야 했다. 화장실에서는 끌 수 없었다.

Just spent three nights at the Grand Hotel Saigon, in a nicely appointed room in the new wing, which came inclusive of wi-fi and daily buffet breakfast. The room was spacious, with a large screen flat TV offering a decent selection of channels; the bathroom was not particularly roomy yet comfortable, with both bathtub and shower stall. A small selection […] of fruits was provided as a welcome amenity, and you get two complimentary bottles of water per day. Although we felt that there could be some room for improvement for breakfast, the selection was still adequate and we still enjoyed it. The hotel is in a great location, super convenient, right on Dong Khoi Street in District 1 which is basically also where the majority of the main historical sites are located: Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, General Post Office, City Hall, War Museum of Remnants, Opera House, etc. The neighbourhood is very clean and well kept, with tree-lined boulevards. Getting your way around is very easy and everything is at a stone’s throw from the hotel, from historical points of interest to shopping, great restaurants and night hang-out places; the Saigon river from where a number of river tours depart, is a mere 5-min walk from the Grand Hotel, and so is Bitexco the newly built financial tower and tallest building in Saigon with its observation deck on 49/F. We did not spend a great deal of time in the hotel, as our vacation was rather short and so we wanted to maximize on the time we had and see as much as possible of the city; hence we did not get to try any of the hotel facilities such as dining outlets or swimming pool. The staff were polite and friendly and generally helpful (we could not connect to the wi-fi when we arrived and called in to report the problem and they immediately sent somebody to our room to look into it and fix it); both check-in and check-out were fast and did not take more than 5 minutes. The location of hotel is good and the room is comfortable and clean. A unhappy experience and very regret to have joined the local tours arranged by the hotel. The tour manager of the hotel was not friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in an excellent position, close to waterside and main shopping streets. There are many good restaurants (we especially enjoyed La Fourchette french restaurant just across the road and Vietnam House in Dong Khoi St) close by. I had a basic room in the old section and loved it big comfy bed great pool great location the staff where helpfull and location great. It is the midle of Ho Chi Mingh so there is traffic noise but thats unavoidable I slept with ear plugs.I did hear comlpaints from people in the new wing as its still being worked on but I loved the old wing.

Our first negative experience was ringing the hotel prior to arrival to ask about the airport pick-up that was advertised & confirmed as included in the rate - also by hotels.com - however I was informed it wasn't & if I hadn't made the call would have waited. When arriving to the hotel by taxi I queried this & was told that it hotels.com had this wrong […] & it wasn't yet there was no attempt to call hotels.com or for that matter any apologies. The internet did not work very well & I had to have my computer connected as wi fi wouldn't work. My bag was stolen in Ho Chi Minh District 1 & I arrived to the hotel bloodied & in shock yet the response was detached & non-hospitable. I had been traveling for a few weeks through Vietnam & staying in hotels quarter of the price & my experience was that of 5 star because the people cared .. but not there .. check in - check out. No balcony as requested .. no swimming pool side as requested but a lower floor with construction in front of us. Not pleasant. 더 보기

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff was not able to communicate very well. There is still major construction going on and this should have been communicated when booking. There was also an event one night which made the roof top restaurant unavailable to guests, this should have been communicated. The staff used the already overworked elevators, […] instead of the staff elevator, so waits were much longer than should have been. Deliveries, construction and staff all used the guest elevators, not acceptable. Not a good stay at this hotel. This is a quality hotel where staff know how to look after you properly. Our room was beautiful with all the trimmings including shoe shine service and fresh fruit. Sitting by the pool was very pleasant as it is in a quiet inner courtyard away from street noise. I enjoyed a lovely cup of tea in the lobby and was very impressed that they noticed immediately […] that I had used all the milk and brought more straight away. The location is great, right on the main shopping street with the Opera House, general post office and other famous landmarks. You can walk a few minutes to the river and dine on a river boat or the covered market is a little further. During our stay renovation work was being carried out, which meant the lobby was noisy and dusty. However, in the room it wasn't too bad and with earplugs (which you need most places in Vietnam anyway) I slept very well. Altogether a great place to stay. 더 보기

I've stayed at many hotels in Vietnam from medium to high end. I must say the breakfast selection at the Grand Hotel needs upgrading. The menu needs to vary at least a few times a week. The buffet table is sparse. The Majestic at least offers different noodle dish every day. The price per night at the Majestic did not differ too much from the Grand. this hotel is close to most things the average tourist generally go to see in HCMC. The hotel is clean , comfortable, tidy, has good service, helpful staff. Was very disappointed with this hotel. I was given a room in the 'new wing' - my windows looked straight into a building site (concrete pillars less than a foot away) and the glass was covered in paint / cement spray and dust....you could not have the curtains open so it was like living in a cave. There was also an appaling smell of paint / chemicals. […] I'm told the rooms in the 'old wing' are better but based on this wouldnt stay again - the Majestic around the corner is much nicer. 더 보기

This is a great old hotel...that has great views a really good location, but unfortunately it is being surrounded by high rises on all sides. The construction noise is a constant. The rooms are well appointed , the sheets and towels excellent. The spa needs help as the towels there are really old and smelly. Tu do (freedom) or catinat was former names of dung khoi street during the French and post French period of SVN. the Gand Dame of Tu Do was the Grand Hotel andit remains the Hotel to stay. The cost/benefit is the best in Saigon (HCMC) and the complimentary breakfast is as good as it gets. If you ave some extra dong (money) try to book roomin the original […] hotel around the pool. great boutique hotel with excellent personal service. go for the super deluxe with internal rooms around the outdoor pool on first 3 floors. the alternative is the high rise portion of hotel. the breakfast is outstanding

Although good located and nice colonial feel in the lobby, the rooms feel old and outdated. The aircon generator was behind a door in our room (old wing, which is supposed to be the best). Very expensive rate for the service; breakfast very basic and cheap feeling. No spa or fitness facilities, and the massage service they offer is done by unprofessional […] masseuses who will end up offering you "happy ending" (sex services); we indeed formally complaint about this, as it was unacceptable in such a hotel. Very disappointing, there are amazing hotels in that city just around the corner who worth it much more than this one, don't even think about it!! 더 보기

旧館は雰囲気が良かったです。中庭にプールがあり気軽に利用できました。夜は冷房が効きすぎて寒かったです。朝食のフォーが美味しかったです。

宿泊したのは１２階でリノベーションしたばかりのアメリカンスタイルの部屋でした。バスローブとスリッパ付き、シャワーブースがあるバスルームも使いやすくとても快適でした。朝食は２階レストランでバッフェ形式ですが大型ホテルのわりには品数が少なく感じました。その場で調理してもらえる卵料理と麺類がおすすめです。

両親と３人でスイートに宿泊しました。 近隣の５つ星ホテルにちょっとプラスした金額くらいの料金でしたのですごくお得だったなと思います。 ベッドルームが２部屋あったので、全員大きなベッドでゆっくり眠れましたし、お風呂も２つあったので快適でした。 お湯事情はそんなに良くないかな。 朝食もなかなか良かったと思います。 オムレツとフォーを作ってくれるシェフが毎朝いました。 ホテルのスタップも感じの良い方ばかりで、お店の予約確認なども快くしてくださいました。 ただ、日本語は通じないのではないかと思います。 片言の英語とジェスチャーで。。 立地もとても良かったです。 １筋入ったところなので夜もそんなにうるさくなかったし。 両親もとっても満足してくれたようです♪

コロニアル調のホテルに滞在してみたいと思い、マジェスティックかグランドで迷いましたが、グランド良かったです。部屋はニューウィングのデラックス（一番お値打ち価格）でしたが、設備も整っていてバスタブとシャワールームが別になっていました。毎日フルーツとミネラルウォーターを入れ替えてくれ、スタッフも笑顔で対応してくれます。フロントスタッフにもいろいろお世話になりましたが、親身になって対応してくれる姿に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。また訪れることがあったら、ぜひグランドに滞在したいと思います。

Vi boede i hotellets gamle fløj. Skønne værelser med højt til loftet. Gode senge komfort. GHS har noget skønt gammeldags over sig. Små smilende mænd i røde uniformer, en venlig betjening, der snakker engelsk når man har vænnet sig til accenten. Der er et pænt stykke at gå til morgenmadsbuffeten, hvor det venlige personale trænger til en,der kan organisere […] deres ildhu. De manglerlidt systematik, så man venter undertiden længe på kaffen. Hotellet er under ombygning - og den frenske restaurat, som hotellet praler med, findes endnu ikke. Vi havde i øvrigt probkemer med internetforbindelsen på 3. sal Fungerede dog perfekt da vi vendte tilbage og fik et andet værelse på 2. sal over svømmepølen. 더 보기

Un hôtel agréable, qui allie tout le confort d'un grand hôtel avec une ambiance intimiste et tranquille, loin du côté impersonnel et glacé des 4 étoiles habituels. Avons séjourné dans une suite Deluxe - ancienne aile : chambre très confortable, bien équipée, bon rapport qualité / prix. Personnel chaleureux et niveau de service globalement excellent. […] Le bar roof-top au 20e étage - nouvelle aile est à recommander : superbe vue sur le fleuve et la ville, avec des petits concerts jazz le soir. Otroligt fint hotell med fräsch pool och fantastiska rum, mitt i de bästa nöjes och shoppingkvarteren

Hotel de tres bon niveau, bien placé dans une des arteres principales de Saigon. Chambre remarquable. Excellent rapport qualité prix, grande classe.

Vanha ranskalainen kolonialismin ajan boutigue hotelli keskella nykyajan pilvenpiirtajia.

Pas mal. Proche du marché de Ben Tanh. Salle de Bain complètement dépassée, hotel un peu vieillot. Sinon, compte tenu du prix, on s'attend à autre chose.

Cet hotel, situé dans les beaux quartiers, restent très abordable en terme de prix. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres, le personnel sympa. Le petit déj est moyen. Très bon service de aundry à un prix très bon marché. SPA pas terrible. Piscine très bien mais petite et peu de temps au soleil.

Très bien situé, un peu bruyant mais c'est la ville qui veut ça ! Bon accueil.
