I really really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Villa Serena. All the staff were extremely helpful and all pleasent to talk to even if some of them had limited English. But with my limited Italian it was fine :-) Yes the bathroom is small but where isn't it in Europe?!? I also had a shared balcony with the room next door but I loved it and there is a little […] courtyard out the front if you wanna enjoy a beverage of some sort. All was clean and breakfast was substantial. The train was a 5-10 min walk away so was great!! and had free internet. My only thing is, I didn't really find much around and the travelling to Venice island was getting to me, but then again if you are staying outside of the main island you have to expect this and it was easy to do. I defintely recommend this hotel and altho I probably wouldnt stay in Mestre again, I would definitely consider staying again if I had too. 더 보기

We booked the family room in this hotel but on our arrival we were told that they dont have family room any morebut could give us 2 double room at the same price..well we had no choice but just accepted as we thought it will be difficult to find a room with 2 children. The rooms we were given were actually converted loft room and full of smoke smell, […] though the rooms were clean but as a non smoker family we couldnt bear the smell of smoke in thos every small rooms. Bathrooms were tiny with the shower handle literally just above the toilet seat. However the lady at the desk (I think owner) was very helpful the following morning. I mentioned to her all this and in particular the smoking smell, she offered us a family room, which was fantastic and was truely family room, very clean with good bath and shower. Therefore I would recommend this hotel provided you make sure that you are given what you asked for. Also this town is a bit of ghost town as you wont even find any eating place in the odd hours so beware of that. 더 보기

Die Betreibe des Hotel waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit, Frühstück war sehr gemütlich, man würde immer wieder gefragt ob alles in ordnung ist, problem internetanschluss in den Zimmern und kein W-Lan

Et 3-stjernet hotel er det bestemt ikke. Vores værelse var med fugtskader på loft og i bad. Værelset bar præg af ingen vedligeholdelse de sidste 20-25 år. MEN, når det så er sagt, vil jeg fremhæve den særdeles gode service som vi fik af hotellets personale. Yderst hjælpsomme med ture til Venedig. og anbefalinger til steder som vi besøgte. Very nice hotel for family travellers. Good bus connections to Venice from bustop 500 meters away and bus takes only 5 minutes to the island. Free parking inside the fences while we visit Venice.

Bon accueuil, transport pratique et proche pour se rendre à Venise. a noter : il manque un pare douche dans la salle de bain!!
