Hostal Mirentxu - 마드리드

The staff was wery helpful and spoke good english, gave good tips where to eat etc. and gave free maps of the city. The rooms are small and pretty basic, but quite comfortable. The location is excellent: walking distance from the center and the sights, good breakfest spots nearby and in a quiet place, no noise at nights.

Nice staff, good hotel. Situated in a building with some other hotels. Part of third floor belongs to this hotel. Rooms are big, but don't have private bathroom. Clean. Good bed and own sink.

You couldn't expect more if you're a single traveller who just needs a bed to spend several days in Madrid to visit the museums and stroll in the downtown.

This place was great for my three day stay in Madrid. It is centrally located, and easy to find. The staff was helpful and even allowed me to check in at 9am since my flight was so early in the morning and there are no baggage lockers in Plaza del Sol's metro station. the condition inside hotel is fantastic. At moment renovation of outside being renewed so noise was not pleasant but it''s just temp and overall place is lovely and cozy.. Will definately be going back. Very helpful and friendly staff

Right in the center beween the museums a few blocks to the east and shops, restaurants, plaza mayor a few blocks west. Room was very basic, but clean and a good deal for the price.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Puerta del Sol, KM Zero, Restaurants, night life etc. The Hotel has an elevator that works most of the time. Rooms are small but clean and the personnel is amazingly helpful. Rooms facing the street can be noisy.

I spent 5 nights in late September at this hostel. I was alone and visiting as a tourist. I chose it based on low price, location, and reviews. It worked perfectly for me. The Hostel is on the 3rd floor and not the only hostel in the building. To enter the building, you must be buzzed in. Fortunately the person answering my buzz understood when I gave my name and said I have a reservation. The elevator wasn't working when I arrived, but was fixed the next day. Foretunately the guy at the desk spoke english and I had no problem checking in. This is a nice quiet place for no frills people. I stayed at this hostel for 3 days. Location is great, it's very close to major sight seeings, city center. The hotel's staffs are very helpful, nice and friendly, can communicate in English. My room has no toilet, bathroom nor basin, but all of those are very close to my room and can access very easily. I lived there in August, the weather is so hot, […] about 32'C at the day time, no air condition nor fan in my room. I never been at the hotel on the day time, I just came back to hotel at late night, at the night it's not as hot as the day time. The outer part of the hotel is under construction when I stayed, so it's noise since the morning (around 8 A.M) to until evening (probably), cause of I left hotel since morning and came back at night. Hotel service is great, the room and the bathroom is clean, and they clean it every day. I am very satisfied with my staying there. We decided to try this place without being warned by Hotels.com nor the hostel website that there is no Air Conditioning in the room nor a ceiling fan (atleast not in the room that was given to us). It was over 100 degrees and we had to beg them to give us a fan and on the 2nd day with only half a day left to spend there, they gave us a fan (supposedly […] they had to get approval from their management to authorize us to have a fan). Also Hotels.com refers to Mirentxu as a Hotel (atleast when we booked our room). It is actually a hostel. The hostel is located on a tiny street and it is hard to locate because they have no sign on the building with their name on it. You have to literally read the name plate (about 2"x6" in size) on a door with a bunch of other name plates to find their name. The only thing that's going for them that the location is good to all the famous places and the metro stop (Seville). The room was also very clean and big. The bathroom was shared bathroom for us and was clean one day and other day had stains in the toilet, if you know what I mean. The toilet paper was like sand paper. They give a shampoo + body soap combined into one which seems to be common in Spain but the quality of the soap is not that good. I am posting a similar review on Trip Advisor. This hotel is an inespensive pension in the heart of Madrid. The hotel is on the third floor 8that is what the ¨3¨means in the address) and there is an elevator (which is NOT always true in similar pensions and hotels). It is three blocks from the Prado, which means it is within walking distance of the Reina Sofia and Thyssen museums as well. Subway […] at El Sol is two-three blocks. The single room I had was like a medieval monk´s cell but the cost was very modest for Madrid which, like many European capitals, can be quite expensive. The room was clean and serviceable. The shared bath (about 18-20 feet away) was clean and cleaned every day. The evening clerk spoke English well enough to be very helpful. Good accommodations at a budget price. 더 보기

For those traveling alone to Madrid, this hostel is the perfect place. Singe private room with shared bathroom for 25eur when I booked, Free wi-fi and walking distance from SOL and main tourist sites.

I stayed at Mirentxu in the winter of 2011. The location of the place is fantastic - walking distance to Prado and Puerta del Sol. The hotel is just basically a huge apartment in an older building in the center of Madrid, converted into a hotel, with small rooms and several shared bathrooms. The owners were very nice, allowed me to check in early without […] any questions, stored my bags after I checked out. The room was basic, but clean and warm, and had everything that I needed (even a sink, which is not advertised, but it's a nice feature). The shared bathroom was very clean. And what I like the most is that the owners seemed to live there themselves, so the whole place was very well maintained (unlike a hostel, for example). The place has free wi-fi. Ótima localização, perto dos centrs turisticos e metrô.

llegué pasada la medianoche, llamo al timbre varias veces y nadie contesta. Decido llamar al teléfono y me atiende un señor mayor. Me abren... La entrada parece una fábrica. Llego al piso 3º que es donde está la pensión y me aparece un señor desaliñado, con el cinturón del pantalón sin cerrar, etc. La señora no me acepta en la pensión pues según dice, […] su hija no le ha llamado para avisarle que tengo una reserva. Le muestro el comprobante y nada, ¡¡¡que me vaya!!! Flipando me quedé... Le digo que es anormal la situación. Que acababa de llegar a MAD y era muy tarde para andar la calle en busca de una habitación cuando ya tenía una reserva en su hostal. Le pido que llame ella a su hija para verificar y que ni hablar, que tienen niños pequeños y no llama. De traca... Al fin, previo pago de la habitación, accede a darme acceso a una minihabitación sin ventanas. Como apunte, añado que por la mañana no hace falta molestarse en poner un despertador. 地下鉄駅からも近く、お部屋、家具、シャワー室も清潔で、お値段からいってもとても良かったと思います。スタッフの方も、スペイン語を話せない私にもとても親身に接して下さいました。

Hotellet ligger 500 meter fra den centrale plads Sol i en rolig gade. Man føler sig meget velkommen af den familie som driver hotellet og også selv bor der. De er meget hjælpsomme, og der er meget pænt og rent. Jeg blev indskrevet af en af de yngre familiemedlemmer, som talte rigtig godt engelsk

ホステルなのでホテルような快適さで評価してはいけないとは思いますが、ホステルとしては非常に満足でした。 今回のスペイン旅行でバルセロナ、バレンシアのホステルと比較しても、こちらはプライバシー、立地、料金、部屋、サービスの上で非常に満足できる宿でした。 場所はスペイン国会と路地を挟んで北隣で、見つけにくいのはスペイン、イタリアのホステル共通のデメリットですが、観光の中心地に近くて立地は最高でした。 料金も首都であの場所を考慮すると、不思議なくらい割安に感じます。ホステルですが、ホテル並みの快適さで個人的には非常におすすめです。

Au premier abord j'ai été déçu car je pensais avoir réservé une chambre avec des toilettes dedans, et la surprise fut que les toilettes étaient à l'extérieur. Cela ressemble à un appartement géant, vraiment bien entretenu avec un personnel très aimable et discret. Ils fournissent les serviettes et les draps. Tout était très propre. O hotel tem uma otima localizacao e os funcionarios sao muito atenciosos. A minha insatisfacao foi ter a reserva cancelada mesmo telefonando 2 dias para o Hostel e confirmando a estadia. Felismente pudemos ficar as 2 noites reservadas, porem paguei mais caro pela estadia.

Jeg havde en overnatning på Mirentxu og det var ok, men så heller ikke mere. Det var rent men ikke charmerende på nogen måde. Den spanske mutter i receptionen talte kun spansk. Beliggenheden er dog helt i top, kun få 100 m fra Plaza del Sol
