I could find no fault with the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel. However, we had booked a double room and ended up with more like an apartment - 2 rooms with single beds and a bathroom. I'd start by saying this is not a bad hotel. The rooms are clean and if you just want a place to stay and nothing else, it's fine for the price. I stayed here twice - on my way to Prague and again on the way back. On the way there, I read the Hotels.com info and it said there was internet in the room, so I booked the room. The guy at the desk gave […] me my key and left me. I thought there'd be information in the room, but all that was there was a booklet with phone numbers and an invitation to buy their towels and sheets. No Internet access. Breakfast started at 8. I left at 7.30, had to call reception to get a sleepy man telling me it would be open in half an hour, no instructions on what to do with the keys. The second time, I asked specifically to get Internet in my room to be told "no, it doesn't work in the rooms." That was all I could get out of them. It worked sporadically in the foyer, not at all in the eating room. The TVs in the room are old and everybody on the screen is a strange greenish tint. So yes, if you just need a place to stay it's perfectly acceptable. If you want anything out of them, I would try somewhere else first. It's not THAT cheap. 더 보기

Helt OK hotell i city. Det som kan påpekas var att det var ingen gratis parkering.som det stod i presentationen på nätet. Hotellet tillhanda höll parkeringskort för 15 Euro/dygn att ha bilen på gatan.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt. Es ist schlicht und altmodisch, ohne bieder zu sein. Völlig ausreichend, wenn man in Berlin touristisch unterwegs ist. Ideal mit Kindern, weil die 3-Bett Zimmer schön groß sind. Sehr ruhig. Ist unsere Stammadresse geworden.

Beware, free parking is not included though it's announced on hotels.com and confirmed when calling the hotel. When there they just denied facts and didn't care about what was written and said. Luckily the rooms are clean and the location is really nice. El hotel esta situado a 5 minutos del Bundestag, y a unos 10 andando de la isla de los museos. Parte de una casa antigua, el hotel se encuentra en la planta baja. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, y los baños limpios y renovados. El buffet es correcto, pero no excelente. Lo recomiendo para visitar Berlin y conocer todo el centro a pie.
