excellent location, neat and clean. Very friendly Staff. Very good rooms Highly recommended!

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good. The hotel breakfast is good, try their coconut yoghurt. Rooms were comfortable except for the smelly toilet which did not have much ventilation.I would recommend this hotel except for the smelly toilet. Leave the air freshener in, don't take it out and forget to put it back like we did. The […] smell won't be gone but it won't be as bad with the air freshener in. Don't have dinner at "Guarney"- a restaurant near the hotel- even if the hotel receptionist recommends it.. It's expensive, touristy, and the food is terrible. nous y retournerions volontiers car il est très bien placé dans PORTO avec l'office du tourisme juste à côté

Bien situé mais décevant: ne mérite pas 3 étoiles. Chambre en mauvais état, salle de bains sale... Point positif: les employés parlent français et l'hotel est bien situé.

Muy bien situado. El personal de recepción muy amable. Con parking concertado a pocos metros del hotel (aunque hay un día de la semana que cierra y no puedes sacar el coche).

Passei um dia em Porto e procurei um hotel perto do metro. Essa é o único ponto positivo deste hotel. A região é um pouco mau encarada, as dicas dos recepcionistas não foram boas e a cama era realmente pequena pra duas pessoas. Mas, repito, se estiver barato e for por pouco tempo, recomendaria o hotel.

The hotel was very cheap but accordingly the quality was not really up to a three star hotel. Our room was quite small and there were no proper windows (only small windows made of milk glass on the ceiling level) so you couldn't see outside. Breakfast was served in a nice place on the top of the building but there could have been a broader selection […] of food. The staff was nice but especially male workers didn't know much about Porto nor about places worth visiting there. The location was definitely the best thing is this hotel as it's within a walking distance to most places in the city centre. 더 보기

Tbonne situation, personnel accueillant et disponible

Excellent location right in the heart of the historic centre and close to main shopping area. Metro in front of hotel, railway station 10 minutes on foot so extremely easy to get around. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms. Good copious breakfast. Good value for money. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
