Stayed for two nights with our 3 kids (ages 7-13). Overall a wonderful experience. The rooms were sparsely furnished, but spacious and comfortable. Even though the weather was hot, we slept with our windows opened and were comfortable. There was air conditioning. The only small complaint I have is that there were no pressure-compensating valves in […] the shower, so the temperature changed drastically while showering. The pool (and hotel) is in a gorgeous location on a hillside with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. There were ample pool-side chairs and sufficient shade. The rest of the grounds are nicely maintained and landscaped. Breakfast was fine but not outstanding. There were pastries, bread, fruit, yogurt and some sliced meats and cheese, served with the typically excellent Italian coffee (and hot chocolate for the kids). The nearby town of Todi is fantastic! I have to say that in 40+ years of traveling I have visited few nicer spots. It is compact, has many interesting ruins and historic buildings, not crowded with tourists, cool and breezy due to it's hilltop locations. There is a funicular which carries you up into town from a convenient parking area at the bottom of the hill. We enjoyed Todi so much that we skipped a planned excursion to Perugia. Also, eating outdoors in the restaurants in Todi was very pleasant, so we skipped the hotel restaurant. 더 보기

No soup at the bathroom. If you are planning to continue o your trip early tomorrow morning consider breakfast starts at 8:30 or more. If you are looking for a very quiet, romantic and rustic area it is very suitable for you. Good restaurant on premesis
