The hotel is very smelly.

Helpful friendly staff, close to the Park and river and very clean and comfortable

Lolly wrappers on the floor that didnt belong to me, Chocolate on the duvet (I hope it was chocolate anyway) Hair in the sink on check in. Went to use the washing machine at 6pm and it was full of the hotels towels and an abundent amount of random hair. Asked the girl at the desk to book me a shuttle in the morning, she handed me a piece of paper and […] told me to do it myself. As other "motor lodge" is os usually, the receiption service is minimised, but kind enough when asked, and the room is well coordinated for the motor lodge stay. Wide enough, clean, even though the building itself seemed to be a bit old. A motor lodge is not an nice hotel for the purpose of stay especially in NZ, and the normal NZ life is shown by […] the accomodation. I didn't really have a choice but to book a room at this hotel for our early morning flight out from ChristChurch. Horrible is the best word to describe this place. It was loud from traffic outside and people next door. The room decor was minimal and there were no toiletries in the bathroom. There was coffee and tea available, but that's it. The receptionist was rude and told me we did not have a reservation when in fact we did. Then, when I asked if I could use the Internet to check my reservation she said no because it was for hotel guest only and did not let me use it. Finally, when she realized we did have a reservation she did not apologized, we got to the room there was no air conditioner […] and we were in front of a busy main road with the windows open. We were not able to sleep with the heat and the noise. The towels were so old and tatered, the sink and bathtub was chipped and rusty, the carped had many stains. The pictures do not reflect the rooms. We paid like it was a regular hotel for no service, rudeness, and so many bath things that if I could go give a 0 I would have. 더 보기

Se existe hotel pior que esse, eu particulamente nao conheco. Camas velhas que afundam, lencoe velhos, toalhas rasgadas e etc. Nao da pra enteder como a Hoteis.com coloca esse tipo de hotel em seu site.

Bonne adresse avec un bon rapport qualité prix. L'acceuil est agréable. L'hotel est un peu vieillot, mais propre.
