I had a really pleasant stay. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The area is quiet enough to leave the window open during the night and the location was close enough to commute by bicycle to both UCD and the city centre.

We really enjoyed our stay, I had rang ahead and asked for a quiet room on a low floor which was accommodated. Our room was bright and spotlessly clean with a good comfortable bed. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful and had good suggestions on places to eat and they had menus to look at from some restaurants nearby. This hotel is very comfortable and pleasant, rooms are neat and tidy and have all necessary amenities and wireless which was free. Staff are very helpful especially with suggestions on places to visit nearby and also places to eat and shops to go to, these are near so it's easy to get lots done in a short space of time, they also had time to chat and […] make me feel welcome, I was travelling alone and found Fitzwilliam very safe and I would recommend it for the location and friendly staff, it's also great value, breakfast was not included but I had a kettle and lots of coffee, water etc in the room. We were thrilled to have found a place to stay in Dublin centre which offered such good value. The location was perfect, good pubs nearby. My husband and I use hotels.com all the time and have always been really pleased with it. We usually go by the reviews of what other people are saying so have never gone in the wrong direction......UNTIL NOW! This is one of the worst hotels we've stayed in EVER! We were given a room on the top floor...sounds great, would have been if there had been […] an elevator!!! 8 flights of stairs later, we arrive to our room, two twin beds, which we booked for so no big deal, but come on so creaky and lumpy you couldn't even sit on them. The television was sitting on the floor, not really sure how they expected you to watch it....unless of course you sat on the disgusting dirty carpet to see it....NO THANKS! I know most people here in Ireland think what we paid is a great deal for a hotel city center Dublin, but come on!! This place felt like it should have been a dirty disgusting brothel!!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! We didn't even stay the night! We kissed our Euro's goodbye and left and went home to kilcock! 더 보기

This hotel is rather basic but good value for money considering it's location. Staff are very helpful and it was clean. There is no lift. No breakfast is provided and this can prove challenging if you have an early start at the weekend. Good value budget accommodation.

We read reviews and were prepared for a hotel without any amenities. We chose this hotel because of it's location and price. The people at the front desk were excellent. They helped us with any questions we had. They arranged for transportation to and from the hotel as well as recommendations for meals. We would recommend this hotel for people without mobility issues (four floors, no elevator) and people who do not need amenities (no restaurant in hotel, no elevator, no lobby per se, no gym etc) I loved the neighborhood. It was relatively quiet. Easy walk to St. Stephens Green, Trinity College, Grafton Street. We walked to Guinness-the longest walk we did. We did not find it difficult at all. Rooms were adequate, beds were comfortable. Not a lot of storage in the room but we managed fine. For the cost of the room, it was a great value and we would stay there again. 더 보기

Hotellets virkelighed stemte ikke overens med beskrivelsen og billeder fra nettet. Blev henvist til et værelse øverst oppe under taget, ingen elevator. Skulle bære bagage op 4 etager stejle trapper.
