While the owners seemed nice enough this is no high price hotel. I chose it because it was close to where I needed to go and it was cheap. The bed was not very comfy and the bathroom was so small I could touch from one wall to the other with my back against the wall and reaching forward. The towels felt like sand paper to me personally. This is a pretty good place to visit if you're not staying in town very long. Pretty friendly staff here and enjoy the free breakfast.

My boyfriend n I were looking for a place that was affordable and clean n neat. This place met it all. We were pleasantly surprise and very satisfied! Cons: Old/ big furniture. The furniture dwarfed the room. However it was nice having a microwave and refrigerator. We didn't have power/ heat for a night/ day and fire alarm went off due to burning candles. Blow drying unit was not mounted to the wall, fell off several times. I had to visit Springfield on a last minute notice and this was the best available deal for my money. First off, the hotel was close to our destination. That's the only good thing. The bed was uncomfortable beyond words. The tub was 1/2 the size of normal tubs, not joking. Imagine coming into your room late at night, tired and ready for bed. Imagine pulling down the sheets to find mouse droppings. Imagine no further. This is the Travelodge in West Springfield!

this hotel was close to many attractions, baketball hall of fame, springfield museums, and in season the big e and six flags. the road this hotel was on had 2 shopping centers and many great resturants. major highway 2 miles down the road. the hotel room was very clean. the management was very friendly. the rate was reasonable. i would stay there again […] if i were to go back for another vacation. 더 보기

I thought I had booked a nonsmoking room. We were given a smoking room. The smell was bareable. Our bathroom door did not close. The water pressure in the shower was low. Other than that we were happy with the room. The bed was comfortable. It was close to our destination, we didn't have to travel very far.

We used this as a stopping off point on route beween holiday venues. Arrived at 8pm and ate at restaurant across the car park - this was value for money and not linked to Travelodge.

I would highly recommend this cost effective solution for accommodations in Western Mass. Great staff, family oriented yet perfect for business stay as well. It's nice that a place like this still exists.

If you want a comfortable king bed and clean room - this is your place. Rooms rather small and not fancy, but well presented.

The customer service was awesome and the rooms were clean and had everything you needed :) The only flaw is that the hotel is not very pedestrian friendly so it's a bit of a hassle to go anywhere near it on foot.

When I arrived I though I was in the wrong place! I booked a room a few months back at the same hotel chain in Southbridge, MA and it was fine. This was a motor lodge. The room was humid and gross. While an older hotel, the general condition for its age was that of a clean, but small room. I would not recommend it though because it was the worst night sleep I had in forever. The mattresses were loose and non supportive, the AC surged soft-loud-soft all night long, and the mandatory fan setting in the rest room sounded like a plane taking off. […] Add a TV remote control that refused to work and Wi fi that required debugging. This hotel was fine for what I needed it for (Six Flags trip). Ended up staying an extra night which was easy to do since they weren't busy. The shower drain was clogged in room 103. That was gross but otherwise everything else is fine.

My room was very clean and comfortable. Would go back. Most of the other places are almost twice as much. Glad I chose to stay there. Service was great as well

This hotel was fine as long as you understand that you get what you pay for. The room had a funky smell but after a minute or two you didn't smell it. The shower curtain was a little moldy and the staff never cleaned out the coffee pot when they cleaned the room. Not huge issues but enough to annoy some people. For an older motel it was well maintained. It was obvious that the family took care in keeping the place neat. The breakfast was very nice for a small motel. The people were friendly and personable.

A basic room in an oldish motel ~ there is WiFi, limited TV channel selection and a very limited continental breakfast but served it's purpose for it's proximity to Six Flags Amusement Park (approx 15 min) and there are numerous restaurants in the immediate area . . . Hotel has NO pool.

The hotel was ok, but you definitely get what you pay for. The location was great. The room didn't feel clean when I got there. There was a dead fly on the sink and the wallpaper was peeling. The room was very cheap, so I guess it is what it is. The staff was friendly.

I don't understand why I saw bad reviews on this hotel. The only dissapointment I had was the continnental breakfast. I just go to the IHOP down the road. Granted you will have to go past it and make a U-Turn but that is not any fault of the hotel but more the fault of the idiotic mass. highway department.

Particularly liked the pool. Didn't eat at the hotel, and the neighborhood is a blank. However, would go there again as it was pleasant enough, clean and service was efficient.

I was very happy to find a hotel nicer and cleaner than expected for the quite reasonable price. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, much more than usually in this type of hotel. I would have preferred more than 2 towels in the room. Also, pillows could have been more plentiful and fuller. Nice bargain for what you are gettting.

My sister and I were making a required visit due to a death in the family. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The room was what would be expected and comfy enough for a place to sleep for the few nights we were in town. Mini fridge in-room was helpful. The only recommendation is that more attention to detail is needed when cleaning […] between guests. We discovered a "hidden" washcloth that was not retrieved between visitors. Very reasonable, helpful staff clean room no bad smells.

Hotels.com had one rate and when asked for a second room, a different rate was stated that was higher for the same kind of room at the same time I checked in. I had called and notified them of the additional room well in advance.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the bed cover was stained yellow, there was only 1 tiny trash can in the whole room and there was something living in the ceiling. We heard it making scratching and digging noises all night long. There was no TV in the bedroom area of the hotel room suite either.

Great Place for the money - clean, neat, quiet, coffee make in room, free wireless, very convenient! Would definately stay there again! Can't beat the deal!
