The staff was very friendly. The FREE breakfast was actually GREAT! And our room was very comfortable. Great price!!

Room was small but very clean, hotel staff was friendly, breakfast was nice, free fruit and bottled water was definitely nice. If you have any reason to be down south of LAX for business reasons, not a bad place to stay. Next time if I stay in the same area, I may try the Marriott. We stayed at this hotel second time because we liked this hotel. It's in good location, close to Del Amo shopping center, Japanese market and restaurants. The room is very clean. We got 2 free bottles of water and cookies when we checked in. Breakfast is included in price. My husband was not feeling well, so I brought some waffles, eggs, hashbrown, […] sausage, bacon and some drinks to our room. They basically would not let you do this, but the lady working at the breakfast room let me talk to the front desk, and they allowed me to do this. We appreicate their flexibility. This hotel sits on a main street, which makes it convenient to shopping, the beach, and freeways. The neighborhood to the rear of the hotel feels sketchy, even though the main street itself seems nice enough. The rooms were generally comfortable, however the walls are thin. My next door neighbor's snoring woke me up and kept me up. When I called, the […] staff at the front desk immdediately offered to move me, and even brought another key up to me. The place feels deserted; there seemed to be few guests (in addition to the snorer) and fewer staff, although everyone was polite. The worst part of my visit: this place smells odd. Not unclean and not like cigarette smoke, but odd in a perfume-y kind of way. The lobby smell was very strong, the elevator smelled a different kind of odd, and the hallway was a third kind of odd smell. I didn't hate it, but I wouldn't stay here again. 더 보기

nice updated decor -- the wetbar great to have available, internet absolutely convenient and necessary these days. Would come again. Nice idea to have different categories ie "Plus" or "Premier"

Great value for the price, room was very satisfactory. Easy access to Redondo beach by bus and a huge shopping Mall close by. Breakfast and internet were complimentary, making it a great deal overall. Highly recommended as value for money.

Nice hotel for price range. Pleasant, helpful staff. If you prefer a soft pillow, bring your own---the pillows were too thick and firm for us. I liked the suite design where the bedroom is separated from the living area. I had two kids and they slept in the living area which was comfortable. However, the area was far from main LA attractions.

I booked this hotel solely on past reviews-majority were all good. Staff extremely friendly, and as accomadating as they can be. I found multiple things wrong with my first room; sheets had not been changed, in addition to them being stained, pillow had hair on it, extra pillows in the closet had make-up on them. I call to front desk to bring this to […] their attention, only to be asked "would like me to bring you some more sheet?" I ask for a new room, and the guest service gentlemen inspects the room before he actually takes me to it. He pulls the sheets back and says, " I inspected, and the only problem I find is that there is some staining, and it's probably because it wouldn't come out." Who says that to a customer!? 2 days go by until I get to talk to a manager, and when I do, the only thing he says is "typically I offer a complete upgrade, but unfortunately I'm completely sold out." So after all of that, all I get is a box full of dispensable razors, travel size shampoo/conditioner, and packets of lotion. 더 보기

This hotel was chosen mostly for convenience to a nearby hospital. We thought it would be acceptable but it was very much more than that. It had a very beautiful and comfortable presentation from the front desk, seating area, elevators, halls, and the rooms were beautifully and efficiently planned. This hotel was a completely unexpected gem. The location in Torrance was convenient to where we wanted to stay (beach towns) while avoiding the "tourist" overcharging that happens closer to the water. The property was immaculate, the beds were so comfortable and the front-desk staff was very friendly. There is a free hot breakfast buffet. I will absolutely […] stay here again. I was not a business traveler, but I would recommend for business travelers due to central location, quiet, efficiency and free breakfast. I was surprised to find out the hotel was new built and the price was right.

I would definitely come back and stay here. The rooms were comfortable and the location very convenient. The staff was wonderful, very attentive, in particular during breakfast. Everything was perfect.

Great Value, and nice room with well thought layout. We liked it very much.

This has the feel of an inner city hotel. The person behind the desk was not very welcoming to people as they arrived. Our room/suite was clean and modern with everything we needed, but it was rather compact. The bed was too hard. The shower was very good. Breakfast was adequate.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quaintness of this hotel. The room was nicely appointed with new styling, a comfortable bed and big shower. The room was a bit small as it was packed with all the things you need while on a business stay. The rates were very good and provided a great value. I will stay there again when in the area for business.

A great value for the money. Room clean and large (suite), 2 flat screen TV's, Directv, lovely bathroom fixtures, fridge, microwave, etc. Stayed 4 nights and not an issue at all.

This hotel is very new and the rooms are beautiful! I stayed in a queen "suite" - it was small, but sufficient for one person. The kitchen and sitting area was separated from the bedroom and bathroom by the closet and TV - no way to close it off if you wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent except for the sink. It should be use as a fruit bowl not a wash basin.

My adult daughter and I had a suite with two queen beds so were very comfortable. We liked the sitting room atmosphere, and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave for snacks. The complimentary breakfast was well done with loads of choices and very welcome. Thanks Best Western.

Great location, brand new hotel, very clean, great service, good breakfast. Staff printed me a map going to Rolling Hills Estate where me and my family was headed. Definitely a great place to stay for the price.

This hotel is new and the room was very large with a separate sitting are and wet bar with refrigerator. bathroom was very contemporary with vessel sink. Would definitely go back. Very friendly personnel. Excellent room for the price.

Very disappointed: brokeen overhead light and hanging lighting fixture from celling (pictures taken). Very bad painting on the ceiling. Very very small room and I would not ever would get close to that hotel.
