Nice hotel. Shower pressue was not so great, mostly due to 89 cent shower head. Breakfast could use a better hot variety. But nice, nice facility. Well maintained mineral pool, and exercise room. Close to the interstate, easy to find.

The hotel was great. Fantastic room! Great view, quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was good, overall a very nice stay. The only slight inconvenience was the location. It was not within walking distance to anything. It was located on the outskirts of town, so you had to drive a few minutes to get to dinner, or shopping.

Looks like the area is growing, so although there are not resturants close by now, I am sure there will be soon. However, is was a short drive down to the next exit to get to a place. Staff was very friendly and professional. Even got me a deck of cards.

Excellent place to stay. Would help to have some more restaurants nearby.

The TV in the King Bedrooms can not be seen from the Bed or the Couch.

My wife and I stayed here recently on a trip back to Montana with my elderly parents. The room, 2 queen accessible, was the best and cheapest we stayed at on the trip (Compared to Bozeman Homewood Suites and Spokane Hampton Inn).. The room was large and had enough comfortable seating for all four of us. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom […] was just the right size, though the tile floor was very cold (Montana winters...). The shower was very nice and was a walk in type that didn't require you to step over anything. This is a real bonus as my mother could use it (unlike the other two that had tubs she couldn't step into) The staff was helpful and courteous and the complimentary breakfast was very good. I will stay there every time I visit my family. Its quiet warm and feels like home away from home.

The Hotel is in Montana - Secluded but very pleasing and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much. Not close to restaurants but we had a very nice kitchenette and we had supper in our room. Very Relaxing!!!!.........

I chose Hawthorn Suites as I needed to be close to the airport, nonetheless I did not hear the planes. It takes about 10-15min into town by car. Really you can't go anywhere by foot from the hotel but they offer a free shuttle service from/to the airport. The suite was very spacious and very clean, the bed very comfy. I noticed one thing though, the […] bed linens weren't ironed and I had a bit of a panic that they might have been the old sheets from the previous guest, however, the sheets smelled fresh and felt crisp touching them I therefore believed that there were just not ironed but clean. Very nice Hotel, with great service. It is in a new area close to the airport and there is no place to eat with in walking distance of the Hotel, but the staff provided a shuttle to where we wanted to go eat.

This is a newer hotel close to the airport. I enjoyed the spacious room and good bed. The location is not close to restaurants but easy access to the freeway and lots of restaurants. I have stayed there before and will again.

We got the suite and it was very large and comfortable. The bed was soft and the pillows were firm; just the way I like them! The breakfast was nice; lots of variety to choose from. My only complaint is that we found a beer can behind the toilet upon check in. A little weird/gross....But, other than that, it was a great stay. I enjoyed my stay here and appreciated it's proximity to the airport. The hotel seems brand new and it's very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, as well. I'll definitely stay here again.

Good service and the hotel manager was willing to work with me on an early checkout that was booked through hotels.com.

We loved the Hotel. The staff is not only friendly but also very helpful. The Hotel is within 5 minute drive of downtown. We would stay there again.

My favorite part about staying in this hotel was the bed, after a long drive my back and neck were very sore, but what I can say is the bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in and the pillows were very fluffy just the way I like it. Thank you, Terri

The hotel was fine, it is all a matter of expectations and for the same money we have stayed at better ones. It was clean and met our basic needs.

This is great if you want great price, comfortable beds, with beautiful modern kitchenette, full size fridge. Having 2 separate rooms was nice. The lobby was very cozy and beatiful too. Will stay there again.

I received a great deal at Hawthorn Suites and the room was better than I expected. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was great. We were very pleased with our stay! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel overall, but a little more traffic noise than I care for.

Decaffeinated coffee only in the lobby upon arrival was dismaying. The rooms were big, clean and appointed with assembly type,mass produced furniture. The bathroom was adequate. The view out the back window nondescript. Access to and from the hotel via the freeway was simple. The pool/fitness areas were minimal but refreshing. The lobby, desk help uninviting […] yet functional. Reminds me of a modular home on a larger scale but this isn't a destination resort. All in all for the price a good value. I was there for business, and could only stay for one day and I would of liked to stay to live at this hotel if I could, it was like a piece of heaven, loved it.

A luxurious place to stay. I felt so pampered!

Found this hotel "out of the blue, on Hotels.com and was extremely pleased.Needed someplace to stay that was handy to the freeway on our way through with good access to restaurants and quick shopping (read Target). Hawthorn filled the bill. Very clean, friendly service, nice work-out room, and very reasonably priced.

Great hotel. Newest in town. Convenient access to freeway. Awesome breakfast. Large rooms at a very reasonable rate. Very accommodating to motorcyclist.

Compared to the often ridiculous summertime rates charged by mediocre hotels, this was a very pleasant surprise. I have nothing but good things to say about this property. The only slight negative is that there really aren't any dining establishments near this hotel except for a gas station/diner.

there was no place to eat around or in the hotel. It was a little far from everything but the airport. because of convenience I would not stay there again. However, the staff and room were very nice.

Beautiful hotel, plush rooms and beds, free hot breakfast buffet, relaxing pool and hot tub -- great location if you want to visit Big Sky Brewing (right across the street!) but not a walkable distance to downtown Missoula.

We picked this hotel strickly because of locationand only needed to stay one night.Though it was such a nice hotel that we wish we could have stayed longer! The room was huge and seemed brand new! Highly recommend!!!

The room and service could not have been better. We traveled for a week and a half . This was the best room room in size and service on our trip.
