월도프 아스토리아 올랜도 (Waldorf Astoria Orlando) - 올랜도

I had stayed Waldorf Astoria Hotel for attending POWERGEN International 2012. Even the distance is little bit far from the Orange County Convention Center (actually about 10mile), the hotel was more than perfect i had expectied. Also, I think it will be the best choice for who has the plan to see Disney World.

Staff was friendly, hotel was nice and clean, food was great, very close to Disney with a great view of the fireworks from certain rooms. Will be back.

a superb hotel, beautifully landscaped garden, good service an altogether pleasant experience.a fair way away from Disney so that may be a consideration, a taxi costs $30.it has the old fashioned view of hotel guest sthat you are there to be pampered and if they can do it they will.go and enjoy

Lovely hotel, however you HAVE to use the valet parking, which is $25 a day then there is an additional $25 a day hotel surcharge. They have lovely cabanas by the pool but these are charged at $200 to $300 to rent for a day. So, a nice hotel but beware of the extra charges!

The reception and valet were great. You are better off saving money and staying at the Hilton. The Hilton pool staff was much better than the Waldorf. Also, our beds were not made by 5pm on 3 of the 7 nights we stayed. When asked about it, I felt as if the staff were the guests and I was the staff...as if it were an honor for them to actually clean […] our rooms on time. The best was when I was told that they were really busy because of the holiday. When a hotel is able to charge twice as much for a holiday and make four times the profit, they should be able to service its guests not make excuses. If you are going to Disney, do not stay here, it is not worth it...the cost is high, it's inconvenient as it takes time to the parks, and teenagers who think they are better than you pool staff was a joke. My wife and I had a great experience at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. We were there right after the winter break rush, so that might have been why we were able to get a nice upgrade to a suite on a low floor. The room was fantastic, and the lobby/ entrance area was spectacular as well. Extremely spacious. Everything about this hotel is outstanding! Worth every penny! The customer service is remarkable, courteous, very professional. Rooms were clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Our stay was fabulous! Can't say enough about the staff and the hotel. We had our two sons aged 1 & 4 with us for our trip to Disney World and the staff were so accommodating. The room was really big which helps with two little ones who like to run about. We will stay at Waldorf Astoria Hotels in future!

Had a wonderful time. Booked a Disney Stay at the Waldorf because of the hotel, spa, and restaruants. was an adult trip so did not need to be staying right at the park. The hotel is beautiful. Open lobby bar playing piano music, the concierge staff and bell men were amazingly helpful... booking shows, getting tickets for theme parks... The bell men […] went above and beyond as well. Rooms were great... had to unplug the fridge in the room was making a load noise but quickly figured out what it was. I'd definitely stay there again. Pool was great, spa treatements were very good as well. Steam room did not work on 2 occasions of the 4 day trip... spa staff said it just happens a lot. we did book this trip partly for the spa services so I hope to hear this is resolved. Amazing hotel, amazing service. There was a bit of a mixup upon check-in and they went above and beyond. I've stayed at some nice hotels, and this is one of the nicest. My only complaint is that we only stayed one night.

This hotel is beautiful. My husband and I were there for 5 day getaway. The food was great. Our dinner at the Bull and Bear was amazing with fabulous and friendly service. The hotel is obviously expensive but I expected that. The only thing we had wished for was more things to do at the hotel. There are no shops other than small gift shop. Thankfully […] you have access toDisney from the free shuttle or we would have been bored to stay on the property. We got a car service a few times but it is very expensive. Waldorf Astoria Orlando distinguished itself by its impeccable service. The staff were always helpful and courteous and the facilities clean and well-appointed. The location is good too - convenient to Disney and just a few minutes from I-4. Highly recommended.

Love this hotel, everything is perfect with the exception of the valet parking, this is the only thing I did not like, the valet parking, it took those guys 20-30 minutes to get my rental car, I will prefer to be able to park my car and get it when I need to.

The main reason for rating as disappointing was the waiting times for service in the hotel. It was the peak Christmas / New Year week and they clearly could not cope. Regular 45 min waiting times to be seated for breakfast and to just get a sandwich from the bar in the evenings. Would expect much better from a 5 star hotel. We did raise with management […] and they did refund some of our bill but the whole purpose of going to a 5 star hotel is to get great service not a refund - so very disappointing. For that reason wouldn't recommend. It may well be an issue unique to the time of year and the hotel itself was in very good condition and service good when finally received! So our advice would be to steer clear at Christmas / New Year unless they can make improvements. 더 보기

Over the years, we have stayed at the Disney hotels multiple times, from the Grand Flordian, to The New York Bay. This hotel stands head and shoulders above them, from every perspective. Service needs to improve at this hotel. Had a chicken bone in the soup and food that was delivered 2 hours late. These were the only negatives to the hotel. If you eat somewhere else and are looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay then this is it.

This was our second stay at the Waldorf and we will be returning. The hotel is lovely and very well maintained. The pool is great and guests with kids can use the adjoining Hilton pool that's more casual and has a lazy river.
