I stayed here overnight with my mother and 2-year-old son while we were visiting family. We booked the 1-bedroom suite, which was absolutely perfect for when the baby needed to go to bed - we put him in the bedroom and just closed the door...a very nice alternative to having to tip-toe around a regular room! The staff was very friendly and helpful; […] our only complaints about the room were that the couches were rather uncomfortable, and the mini-fridge was not very cold at all; our cooler that we had actually kept things colder than the fridge! While the hotel itself and the room we stayed in were extremely nice, there was almost never anyone at the front desk when needed and the pool hours on weekdays are 5-9 p.m. Once staff finally arrived at the front desk, they were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and quiet. Front desk was friendly, organized and competent. Room had a funny smell. Refrigerator was not cold enough and I couldn't locate the temp. adjustment for it. Someone booked this Hotel for me. I was a little skeptical, due to location - HOWEVER - This was as good as any Hotel in White Marsh. Hotel was spotless, staff was very courteous and Room was outstanding. I Stay in Baltimore frequently, I will definately stay here again.

Close to my tourament

Great stay, and at a great price. Three friends and I were in town for just the night. We stayed at this hotel, paid the early check in fee (a little high, but between 4 of us not bad at all), and paid the extra few bucks to upgrade our room to a suite. Good buffet breakfast on both days we were there, walking distance to several shopping centers - […] including Wal-mart, Gamestop, a couple dollar stores, Giant Grocery store, many food options, and much more. Pool and Whirlpool were heated and slightly smaller, but on par with the LA Fitness by my house. Computer room for public use was a nice touch. The hotel was reasonable priced for a holiday stay. The staff was friendly and was able to give us some points of interest. We didn't participate in breakfast, but it smelled good and plenty of people were enjoying. The room was clean, but the mattress was a little too firm for my taste. Other than that you can't beat the reasonable price.

It was a clean an nice place to stay but the walls are so then could not really play my music or have company. Like i wanted it was like u had to b quiet the whole stay there an the staff was not very nice when i checked in they had to find my room so i would not go back but its nice if u just want to relax an get a way an want quiet time

Bridal party stayed for two nights and it was awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast is really good too!

This was our 2nd stay at The Country Inn and Suites. I tried to save a few dollars this time around and booked another hotel, but ended up checking out and spending the second night here. I have only positive things to say about this hotel. We were greeted each time we walked through the door. The lobby area was welcoming and comfortable, with coffee, […] tea, and hot chocolate available at all times, cookies in the afternoon, and a selection of books that you could borrow and return on another visit. Our room was clean and comfortable. I'm a woman traveling with 2 teenaged boys, and the layout of the suite allowed me privacy and peace. The choices at the breakfast buffet were varied and plentiful. The hotel is located on an industrial looking area, but shopping and restaurants are nearby...you could actually walk to the shopping area. Awesome place would have love to have gone swimming but no lifeguard was available so pool was closed. Otherwise awesome place!

the place was very nice, and well maintainined. the only issue I had was when I reserved the room the price was one thing but when we arrived, the room was not the one I had been told I was getting, then got charged an additional $60.00 but nice place otherwise

Our electricity was out following a hurricane, and we chose this hotel for the low rates. Even though the hotel is still very new, it just didn't seem like it. They only had one staff member working and the amenities just were not on the same level as others in this chain. We have stayed frequently at the Inn and Suites in Hagerstown, MD and enjoyed […] our experience much more. my husband and I were unhappy with our stay. The carpet in our 1st room needed cleaning----when we returned to our room the 2nd nignt (about 10.30 p.m--our room had not been cleaned----we had to move all of our things to another roon at about 11pm at night. Staff was courteous. Beds were comfortable. Chair and sofa in living area uncomfortabe with obvious stains on upholstery. Breakfast was ok....it would be nice if hotels who offer a full breakfast would not use the prefabricated eggs. Yuck. No major complaints.

Needed a place to stay for 1 night that was convenient to Downtown Baltimore. This place is about 15 minutes from downtown, easy to get to, moderately priced, and accomodations were very nice. If you don't need to be right in downtown Baltimore, this is a good option.

This hotel was great. Room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Free hot buffet breakfast left something to be desired but was okay if you wanted a waffle, bagle, cereal, etc. The hot foods such as eggs, hash browns were not very good. Would definitely stay again if I went to Baltimore.

Overall, we had a really nice stay. The room was comfortable, the pool was nice, (though a bit smaller than the pictures seemed to make it), and the breakfast was tasty. It was quiet during the night and most importantly, to us at least, the staff was very friendly. We would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.

The front desk staff was very helpful, and courteous. Hotel lobby, hallways, elevator, room and bathroom were all very clean. no funky dog smell, no cigarette smell, or anything like that. breakfast was good with waffles, muffins, bagels, etc. eggs, ham and fruits. This hotel worked out perfectly for us as we were in town for the NCAA Lacrosse Championships. We had a car and the highway into Baltimore was close by. We also used public transportation and the park and ride for this was also convenient.

I stayed here on a recent business trip, it was located near I-695 and I-95. There was also several close restraunts and only a few minutes from White Marsh Mall. Best to take 95 or 695 into the city versus riding down Pulaski Hwy.

hotel was located on a main route leading to the city centre, easy to follow. good breahfast with a large choice. hotel very comfortable and had a good quiet nights sleep.

The hotel itself was very nice and the continental breakfast was quite good. The staff seemed undermanned and not very intelligent. If you are unfamiliar with the area, you need either luck or a GPS to find the hotel. Lots of shopping and convenient dining in the area, however.

Comfry beds, excellent breakfast, attentive service - you feel the hospitality, just like being in a country community. BUT - like the country, there's something missing that you might expect in the big city - ELECTRICAL OUTLETS by the bed. The entire wall had no outlets, so if you use any medical equipment that requires a plug, like a CPAP machine, […] don't stay here. You won't be able to use it and get the restful night you deserve. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included - appreciated the variety, not just carbs. Room comfortable but some oversight in cleaniness of bathroom noticed.

I was extremely happy with my stay!!! The hotel staff was nice and the hotel was more than I expected!!! I am going to go again this week. I have recommended the place to 3 friends already!! Love it..love it..love it!!

I would reccomend this hotel to my family. Great price, near Baltimore, clean and very good breakfast. The only complaint would be that the walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbor says.

We had a very good living experience in this hotel. The amenities were exactly what their website says. The staff was very pleasant to work with. The only thing I would say is that I would have liked if the hotel was not located in an area right next to warehouses. But all in all I would definitely visit them again.

Rooms were larger than your usual hotel. Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice. Typical continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, juice. Tub in the bathroom could have used some maintenance, but was perfectly adequate. Limited choices in TV channels.

Our room was spotless, check in and check out were both easy. Continental breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definately book there again.
