There is no housekeeping to speak of. I entered the room to find old chewed gum on the night stand. The tub was filthy. It was obvious by the number of "hairs" that the tub hadn't been touched since the last guest(s) stay. Disgusting!!

Hampton Falls Inn staff were outstanding. Friendly, courteous employees make up for the shortcomings of the facility.

The pool was to hot and needs to be cleaned..Drained and power washed to get the stains up.. will never stay there again.They say they have a game room but the don't they got rid of it years ago so they need to update the info for this hotel..

Our room wasn't as clean as I expected. There were tips on the curtains. Also the maids kept knocking on the door late a night or early in the morning even though we had a " do not disturb" sign on the doorknob. The pool was really dirty.

Wanted a clean hotel with indoor pool and hot tub for a girls night out with grandaughters . it was a great success! everyroom has a deck so i could step right out and have a smoke . not the ritz ! but price was good hotel was good. :-) we will be back!

Hampton Falls Inn is conveniently located to plenty of attractions in the Hampton Beach area. The hotel in on an easy route to get around to the beach and restaurants and attractions. The size of the room cleanliness was passable. However, outside of the room, hallways, pools & jacuzzi area was very dirty. The water had a haze from the rusti sediment […] from the bottom of the pool. The fans and the lights had a layer of dust on them half inch thick. So this is the reason why we didn't choose to eat at the restaurant in this hotel. But you should feel very safe and secure as this hotel had what seemed to be at least 100 cameraa through out the hotel We would like to recommend this hotel to our friends with a cautjion and warning. the hotel had towels with stained towels, the fan in the bathroom was making alot of noise. alot of noise around the hotel at 10pm and at 4-30 in the morning, this place really sucked and i would never go back there even if i got a free room

We stayed at this hotel as a stop over on our way to Bar Harbor, ME. Let me start by saying we smelled marijuana in the hall leading to our room. : / Our room was a non smoking room, but it still smelled of smoke...even our blankets which was so awful when we got into bed. The water in the toilet was brown and cloudy. Towels were a shade of yellow but were suppose to be white and the toilet was dirty.

The hotel is fine I liked the ground level rooms with small balconies that lead to a nice grassy yard area to play ball with my dog. Only thing is that there wasn't a gate to get off the deck area so you had to go over the rail which wasn't high. The beds/mattresses were not very comfortable but nice to have a fridge. We had to change rooms three times, none of them had functioning TVs. We had to change because of smoke coming from vents, causing the smoke alarm to go off. We stayed 2 nights, and would have left earlier but there was no where else to stay. Last morning we had no water.

Good for getting off the road, resting and getting back going. Maint was somewhat lax...towels about worn out (and stained) and sink stopper not hooked to lever, shower head/pipe loose in wall. But the room was ready, sleep was good and I was quick in and out. I arrived after 9:30 PM and was out by 6:30 AM....as I said, a good basic motel.

My family of four stayed here for one night, and were thankful that it was only one night! The room barely met any sort of cleanliness quota. There was rotting food in the microwave, dirty socks and cigarettes left in water on the balcony, broken lampshades, broken lights, and those were just the things we noticed in the first 5 minutes! THE PRICE ADVERTISE ON THE GIANT SIGN OUTSIDE ..........a night it was supposed to be on all sites unnavalable or booked all lyes 30% empty at least on saturday night the hotel add 10 rooms occupied at the most on sunday. The wife and I were going to a concerts at the beach Friday and Saturday nights and decided we would stay over Friday night and spend Saturday in Portland. Being Labor Day weekend, rooms on the beach are expensive and not always very appealing. We found Hampton Falls Inn on-line to be reasonably priced and close to the beach. Stayed in rm 105 which is a two room suite on the ground level. The air in the rooms was extremely damp even though there was very little outside humidity, the sky was clear blue with no clouds at all on the two days we were there. The musty/moldy smell was quite evident, it bothered me even more on the second night while trying to sleep. Although the […] rug appeared dry, I noticed that the bottom of my bare feet were wet when I put on my Crocks. Despite it being listed on the hotel's web site and in the guest directory in the room, the hotel does not have a restaurant on site.

Make sure to ask for extra towels. The two tiny towels that are in the room are barely enough to dry one person!

This hotel is located near strip malls with Adult-themed stores, and the lobby smelled of cigarettes, so I was wondering if I'd made a mistake in reserving a room. The hotel was very outdated and looked to be decorated from the 80's. There was glitter and feathers behind the head of the bed and there were cigarette holes in the comforters. Not much to say. Quick check-in, found room easily, door key card worked first time, clean odor free room, pleanty of lights, clean bathroom, small refridgerator (excuse the spelling errors), room had a safe, large TV with working remote, comfortable firm matrice with plenty of covers and pillows, airconditioning worked and no noise from other rooms. […] Overall a good review. good, clean hotel, but curious as to why the pool is not open later,and / or open earlier for those of us who would enjoy swimming, or relaxing poolside?!

The hotel was adequate. It looked like it had a nice indoor pool area (although I didn't use the pool). If you are traveling with pets I would call ahead to let them know because they only have a few rooms that they allow pets in. No breakfast.

The hotel was overall dirty- there was mold and a lot of dirt on the tables in the pool area. The bathroom was dirty. The staff was not exactly overly efficient. The "restaurant" does not really exist. There was a door that reads "restaurant" on the premises which is no longer open, not that I would have wanted to eat the food there. This place was absolutely filthy. The bathroom sink did not drain, the area of carpet between the bed and night stand looked like it had never been vacuumed! The box springs were old and squeaky. Although the room itself was spacious and clean enough, the hotel had a musty smell. It could certainly do with some upgrading. Towels were paper thin and the shower head was at the height suitable for someone around 5' tall.

Nous avons payé quand même 110$ la nuit pour un hotel très très vieillot. Tout est à changé à l'intérieur. Je dois dire que le lit était quand même confortable. Lorsque je retournerai à Hampton Beach, je vais magasiné un autre endroit pour notre séjour.

Cette hôtel aurait besoin de rénovation, La réception laisse à désirer manque de courtoisie. Les matelas étaient fini un creux au milieu. L'adresse ne correspond pas nous avons donc chercher nous même. Les serviettes usées pour la douche.Prix trop dispendieux si nous comparons avec des hôtels comme Best Western ou autre chaine.

J'ai payé $77 avec Hotels.com, mais quand je suis arrivé à la réception, le prix pour n'importe quelle chambre pour deux personnes était de $69,99 et ce prix était affiché en gros sur une pancarte à l'extérieur que j'ai d'ailleur photographié.
