I use this hotel purely for the convenience of it's location for my needs and definitely not for it's quality. The hotel itself needs an urgent refurbishment. Televisions are very old, remote controls don't work, curtains are falling off rails, bed mattresses are worn out, paintwork worn and electric heaters in bedrooms blackened from use. hotel spotless room very spacious I would recommend and would stay stay there again no problem

There was a bit of confusion as to directions to the hotel, it was tricky to find. Further out of town than we had realised. Basic but functional for the purposes we use for.

This location was too far out from city center. Advertised as a double room but consisted of a double and some sort of couch/futon. Completely dissatisfied with the overall quality of the hotel.

The receptionist was helpful when we arrived and still had a smile on her face when we left the following morning. She must work long hours.

Dank and smelly reception, far too expensive for the type of accommodation, nowhere near phoenix park, could hear everything through walls and single glazed windows, one small towel between two people, wet floor in bathroom, poor communication skills from staff... However, the bed was very comfortable and everything in the room was clean...

between large roads 30 min by bus from the center, only a budget hotel

This hotel has suffered a lot of wear & tear & is in need of an upgrade. Check-in , check-out & Reception Staff are OK. Room was smelly. There was only one curtain on the window which meant that only half the window was covered when curtain was drawn. There was no remote control for the tv but one was obtained when staff notified. Electricity went off […] around midnight & came back on in the middle of the night (lights came on when we were asleep & woke us). Bus journey to city takes around 25-30minutes. 더 보기

The staff proved to be very helpful when a change of room was required, to accomodate a shower only request. Rooms in the original building were very large and ornate. Food was excellent, we had both breakfast and evening meals. Could have got a much better place for a few Euro more on todays rates. No bar. Smell in room . Not impressed. I often need a hotel for a night in this area but I wont use this one again.
