Serenity Resort & Residences Phuket의 숙박은 평화로워요. 제 아내와 저는 객실의 고급스러움이 정말 마음에 들었어요. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고, 편안하며, 미적 기쁨을 주며, 바다 전망이에요. 처음에 저희는 웹사이트에서 보여주는 객실의 이미지와 실제가 다르면 어쩌지 하는 약간 걱정이 있었어요. 하지만 놀랍게도!!! 그것은 실제와 똑같았어요! 객실에 발을 들여 놓는 순간 정말 평안을 가져다줍니다. 사실 저희는 객실 시설들의 기능들을 매우 꼼꼼히 살폈거든요. 놀라웠어요. 최고였죠. 에어컨은 매우 시원고 수압은 충분히 강력 했어요. 온수도 잘 작동했어요. 주방, 샤워 실 및 기타 모든 […] 것에 100% 만족했습니다. 프런트 직원 및 객실 서비스 팀 모두 정확하고, 일등급이며, 효율적이었어요. 그들은 매우 친절하고, 협조적이고, 중요한 건, 항상 미소를 띤다는 것이에요. 저흰 그 미소에 반했어요. 그들은 우리에게 최상의 환대를 제공해주었어요. Serenity는 Rawai해변에서 가깝습니다. 살아있는 신선한 해산물을 사려면 Rawai 해변의 Sea Gypsy Village를 꼭 들러봐야 합니다. 건너편의 레스토랑에 요리를 부탁하면 돼요. 굉장히 멋진 바다 전망이 있는 아름답고 한적한 호텔이다. 로맨틱한 휴양지를 찾는 커플들에게 훌륭한 곳이다. 슬프게도 유일한 단점은 프런트 리셉션의 불친절한 여성으로, 환영 받는 기분을 느끼지 못하게 한다. 그녀는 우리의 문의에 전혀 도움을 주려고 하지 않았고 마치 우리가 문제를 일으키는 여행객처럼 느끼게 했다. 먼진 전망이 천만다행이다. 그녀의 불량한 고객 서비스 태도에도 불구하고 우리는 돌아갈 것이다. 전반적으로 근사한 곳이다.

큰 욕조, 넓은 거실 및 발코니가 있는 거대한 아파트로 사랑스럽다. 우리의 체류를 연장하고 싶을 정도였다. 그러나 외부 및 해변이 먼길이었다. (다행히도, 호텔은 무료 셔틀버스 서비스를 (쇼핑 및 기타를 위해) 시내 및 Patong/Nai Harn 해변까지 운행했다) 내부 레스토랑은 평균 이상이었고 전반적으로 숙박은 즐거웠다.

A little off from the happening places in Phuket, Serenity Resorts otherwise is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is located on a main road near the south eastern end of the island, away from all the crowds of the west shore. Our room was a huge suite with a partial ocean view and full kitchen, although we didnt cook in the room. We ate a few dinners at the hotel restaurant and found the food exceptional. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of variety, including an omlette station where the cook would fry up whatever you wanted. The pool area is fantastic, with great ocean views everywhere in the pool/bar/restaurant area. We watched a great lightning show over the ocean two nights while eating dinner and later from our balcony at our room. From the room to the service was fantastic! zero complains.

I absolutely am so thrilled with our experience at the Serenity!! It was outstanding!! It was a bit away from all the shopping and night life in Patong but we rented a motorbike and was easy to get back and forth.. It is so nice and quiet there, easy to relax.. Our room was great!! Clean, BIG, beautiful view, and it had very good air conditioning!!!! […] We were there for 10 days and it went by too fast, we plan to go back in about 5 months but this time it would be for at least a month so it may be too pricey to stay there but if I were presented with the opportunity to head back there, I would not even think twice about it!! A great hotel. The "Serenity Room", the smallest of the rooms available, is very nice and great for a short stay. This is the Must Go Hotel for Honeymooners. The staff is super friendly, the food is exquisit and they´ve a terrific breakfast! Live Music at the Bar next to the pool, free activities like kayaking and biking. 24hs Super Gym, Spa, and all you can ask for an nice a romantic stay at Phuket. The hotel is very beautiful with very nice and helpful staff! The location of the pool is fantastic and very well maintained. The whole complex in general is very clean and perfectly maintained. I have been in a lot of hotels and this is one of the best i have ever been. The only kind of non positive point is the location of the hotel. To get to Patong […] Beach or to Phuket town you need to hire a taxi and this can get costly after a while. But for people who are more looking for a relaxing "not much activity" vacation it is a perfect place, since it is a quite area. Also families with children will have a great time staying there. Had a great stay at this hotel. It is very serene and beautiful. The room was just as promised and every morning I could see the sun rise from my balcony. My rate included breakfast and the breakfast had everything from sushi to omelets, bacon, ham, cheeses, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit, friend rice, friend potatoes, tomatoes, pai tai, breaks, coissants, […] pastries, cereals, juices, fresh fruit...it was so wonderful....breakfast is serves right by the pool and bay. Loved this hotel....close to Phuket City and other near beaches. Definitely do the Siam elephant trek and trip to Phi Phi Island..... 더 보기

Its the perfect choice if you are seeking relaxation moments.

Hotel is quite a bad location from airport and from a good beach however the pool and hotel is amazing ! But the main problem for me was the price of the food and drink they charged me 5 euros for a juice at breakfast and the food was very over pirced and due to its location good restaurants were hard to find

The Serenity Resort is on a strip of beach that is beautiful. The pool area is very relaxing and overlooks the beach. It is only a 5 minute drive to the restaurant strip along Rawai beach and there is plenty of choice of restaurants. The Serenity Room has a balcony that is tiny and the outlook is not good. This resort was very upscale, beautifully appointed suites and the hotel service was excellent. Hotellet har veldig bra standard og rommene er helt topp. Hadde rom uten balkong fordi det var mye større. Anbefaler hotellet hvis man ikke er avhengig av uteliv og strandliv. Stranda var pari, men det er strender i nærheten som er bra. Kort vei til Phuket town. Mat er dyrt på hotellet, og det er lite alternative restauranter i nærheten.

I lived in a 2 bedroom suites with sea view and roof top, room is very big and nice, swimming pool is nice and beautiful, the staffs are nice too! The breakfast is not very good, some foods are not covered, so houseflies around foods.... and limited of choice... Disappointed about the "beach", actually it's not a beach, can't swim or even play sand […] when high tide. But overall, it's still a nice hotel! 더 보기

酒店地理位置偏遠，距離機場需要一小時車程，由酒店到機場的的士需要1000B；距離巴東也要30-45分鐘車程，而且酒店只每日一班車往返巴東。酒店客房的家俱是深色的，是我們不喜歡的，與酒店提供的相片不符，是淺色的。好在於我們投訴後，酒店非常好地安排了一間有海景的大房給我們（家俱仍然是深色的），這方面酒店的安排非常好。另外，早餐算是不錯。

We spent a 4 days stay at the hotel and feel happy to recommend it to other people. The room and facility as a whole matched our expectations and beyond. The staff was very friendly. Отдыхали с женой в начале февраля. Забронировали номер с двумя спальнями. Номер оказался потрясающий, на последнем 4 этаже, с захватывающим видом на залив и выходом на собственную крышу с джакузи и засыхающим садом в горшках. Там же можно было и позагорать - 2 лежака и зонт или приготовить шашлык - два дивана, кресла и газовый мангал. Оказалось, что […] красота и удобство номера, это все хорошее, что есть в этой гостинице. Остальное - негатив. Во время прилива жена пошла купаться в море. На нее все смотрели, как на идиотку. Действительно во время самого большого прилива море рядом с отелем глубиной не более метра. Вода мутная со взвесью ила. Попытка купания не удалась. Все остальное время (отлив)- это километр ила и грязи, даже смотреть неприятно. В отеле один ресторан, в который нас привезли по приезду т.к. номер был не готов (13:30). Ресторан с московскими ценами, сервис и качество пищи такое же. Это же касается и завтрака. Хорошо, что мы не оплачивали заранее никакую еду, попробовав несколько раз отельную бурду, прекрасно питались в других местах. Отдельный вопрос об уборке номера. Ежедневно появлялся тайский мущинка, склевывал чаевые, поднимал с пола сброшенное туда для смены полотенце, расправлял его и вешал назад. Стелил кровать. Забирал мусор и убирался восвояси. В висящем в ванне объявлении было сказано, что постельное белье они для сохранения окружающей среды меряют лишь раз в 4 дня, а если мы не хотим сохранять их среду, то будут менять каждый день по нашей просьбе. Мы решили среду сохранять. Однако и через 7 дней никакой смены не произошло, после чего я попросил менять белье каждый день. Однако, смена произошла только на 9 день. Об уборке номера речь вообще не шла. Видимо, окружающая среда против. И, наконец, однажды ночью к нам в номер через открытую балконную дверь залез грабитель. Когда я случайно проснулся и обнаружил в большой комнате маленького, но очень мощного тайца, я сообщил ему по-русски все, что думаю о нем и его ближайших родственниках. Он не исп 더 보기

Hotel animé, vaste et familial. Nombreuses activités et restaurants. A la fois proche d'une lagune et de la plage au nord de Phuket. Navettes vers Phuket très pratiques. Décoration soignée, personnel attentif et souriant.

L hotel est tres calme pour Phuket. La nourriture est excellente, les chambres tres spacieuses et bien agencees. Nous avons pu tester les villas avec piscine: a ne pas rater! Un bon hotel,meme si le personnel oublie parfois nos demandes.

泊まった部屋はベッドルームとリビングが仕切られていて、テラスから2階に上がるとプライベートプールがあり、そこで泳いだり、日光浴できたりと、部屋で十分楽しめます。ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーすぎでもなく、でも心配りがよくできていて、非常に気持ちの良い人たちでした。レストランの食事はおいしいのですが、ホテル内に１つしかなく、近隣にレストランがないので、もう1つぐらいレストランがあると嬉しいです。部屋のエアコンはちょっとうるさいです。スパも清潔で良かったです。 総合的には素晴らしいホテルです。ぜひまた泊まりに行きたいです。

海辺を見ながらの朝食は、景色もよく素晴らしいかと思います。部屋のレイアウトも大きなつくりで、清潔感があり、 問題なく快適な休日を過せました。 ただ、棟が２つあるのですが、海に近いほうは良いとして 後ろにある棟からは、景色が良くないように感じます。 もう少し景色が見えると・・・と思いました。
