Loved the space. Reminded me of Claridges in London and I believe that's what they were going for. WIll only stay there next time in ATL.

no better anywhere

Hotel nice, but view of vacant lot, vacant old building from my room window. Bathtub wonderful but substandard drab shower for 5 star hotel. Called to ask where wine opener and wine glasses were, told not in room by unfriendly staff person. 45 minutes later when butler arrived she showed me that those things were indeed already in room in closet area. […] Not really what one should expect for this type of hotel. 더 보기

The St. Regis is absolutely amazing. The rooms are huge, clean and very upscale. The bathtub is enormous and there is a tv in the mirror in the bathroom. Everything about this hotel is high end. My only complaint is that they nickel and dime you for everything. In addition to the premium that you pay to stay there, they charge for internet, they charge […] $32 a night for parking, and they charged me an honor bar fee when we did not even take anything from the honor bar while we were there (I have been attempting to contact the hotel to fix this but have so far been passed around and told that the people I need to speak to aren't there each time I call). I stayed at the St. Regis for 2 nights, and wish I could've stayed longer. I've stayed at other 4 and 5 star hotels, but the level of customer service at St. Regis surpasses them all! The hotel is beautiful, and the amenities were what I was expecting from a 5-star hotel. The food was also exceptional, had the filet mignon with cream spinach, yum! Their […] fitness club was not as big as expected but the quality of their cardio machines were great. Their butler service was prompt and courteous, always ready to oblige. The only down side I would say would be the location. You can't see the hotel from the main street, and I kept missing the small street that led to the hotel. I would definitely stay again at the St. Regis on my next travel into Atlanta. 더 보기

I live in Atlanta, and I chose the St. Regis for an anniversary night out. While I had dined at the hotel previously, my stay exceeded my expectations across the board. Service is impeccable, the rooms were lavish, large, and appear straight out of a Restoration Hardware catalog. I usually stay at the Ritz Carlton in Buckhead but I thought i would try something new. There is no comparison the St. Regis is by far one of the best hotels I have every stayed in. I will be back soon!

Just wanted a local get a way for the weekend and found the hotel to be the perfect destination for that. Still fairly new so the cleanliness and consition reflected that. Front desk staff was awesome so were valet and bellman's. Would visit again if I found special and wanted to head to the city for a stay.
