Check-in was fairly smooth...they confirmed advanced payment & I submitted credit card for incidentals. Next morning, I noticed my bank account was charged for 2 separate charges in addition to having pre-paid. I stopped & asked the manager why was I charged for the stay + incidentals when I had already paid. He was uncertain but said it must have had […] something to do with how Hotels.com did things (a first). Anyway, the charge was never reversed until I returned home and informed Hotels.com who managed things directly with them. Otherwise....one light did not work, maintenance came the following day, worked on it until we left the room, returned & the light still did not work. On a positive, room & breakfast was pleasant. The loung/dining area was comfortable enough to get out of the room and watch t.v., mingle, or have a complimentary beverage. I would likely stay again to see if I had a unique experience before I would actually recommend the hotel to anyone. 더 보기

Room layout is different than most rooms, alot of amenities but overall the room was too small for two adults and a child. The mattress was worn out and not near firm enough plus the pillows were not the best either. Had a back ache the next day from sleeping on that mattress. Breakfast was ok nothing special, though.

We were just coming to Bossier for the weekend and only staying for one night. Looking at all the hotels in the area, it looked like you could stay in a rat hole for cheap or spend $200 + for something nice, it was hard to find something in between, but this place fit the bill. It was a little more expensive than what we initially wanted to spend but […] I think it was well worth it. We actually ended up getting upgraded to a suite which was extra nice (although I had not planned to do any baking in a tiny oven during our weekend gambling trip...but I coulda!) I'm a sucker for brightly colored polka dots and Ikea-modern furnishing which this place had on blast, very cute. The front desk people were incredibly pleasant and the continental breakfast was solid. I loved the big map mural thing on the wall by the front desk that showed where all the attractions (i.e. casinos) in the area were. This place was clearly much newer than the other hotels on this strip and from the reviews I'd read of them, they are worse for wear so I'm glad this place was an option -clean, cute, and perfect for our weekend getaway to Bossier, which really is a sad dump of a town. Our "view" was quite depressing, you'd think with all those multi-billion dollar hotel casinos they could invest in the town a little but that doesn't appear to be the case, but there is that outlet mall/riverwalk area which is kind of cute. 더 보기
