We stayed here simply as an excuse to get away, and we'll be going back soon! The hotel has been recently remodeled, so everything looks new. The staff was awesome; while watching the kids swim, the receptionist asked us if we wanted anything. When we mentioned coffee, she brought it out to us in the pool! It was a home away from home, the game room, pool and service was awesome, along with the comfort and hospitality of the staff at the desk, the work out room was available for us as well. Very nice overall and would go again. Only problems were bathroom in poor area not very clean and out of toilet paper and towels. Staff promptly got us more towels. The elevator button was broken and we had to carry luggage down 2 flights of stairs....but other than that we loved it.

My family and I were in town for a concert at the Midland County Fair on Aug 16th. We had a fantastic stay. Very relaxing. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. I wish the restaurant (bar & grill) served food later during the week and the black out curtains dont close but overall a great stay!

We had stayed at the old Holiday Inn in Midland several times. We were pleasantly surprised by the new hotel! It was brand-new, gorgeous, very comfortable, and the service was first-rate. We will always stay there when our travels take us to Midland, Michigan! The curtains are made to NOT close...had headlights from vehicles shining in our room waking us up all night. Also, we had no shampoo in the room when we got there. Had to run down to the front desk to ask for a little bottle.
