the hotels is nice very friendly staff, its near everything and my favorite the farmers market. i love that hotel the best out of all the hotels i stayed in, in the philippines

Though I enjoyed the convenience of being close to the heart of Cubao, I was a bit disappointed with the services of this hotel. First, I asked for extra pillows. We did book for a deluxe bedroom (good for 2) but we did have 2 toddlers with us and needed at least a few extra pillows. They charged us PhP20 for each pillow! This is the first I've heard […] of a hotel charging for an extra pillow. The hotel room didn't have any brochure or information regarding the hotel. I see these even in the small motels I've checked into in the United States! (I finally discovered some measly one-page brochures at the front desk.) No hotel room service, but they did have some independent restaurants on the ground floor that will send food up to your room. The bathroom floor, at least in our room, always gets wet and soaks the floor towel because of the way the bathtub is made. We also had to call in maintenance because the faucet leaked. A lot. We couldn't use the indoor swimming pool there because of events being held nearby. During our 11-day stay there, we were only able to use the pool twice. And even on those days, they had to kick us out early because of an event that was going to be held that afternoon. What the----? The gym was under repairs during our stay so it wasn't available. :( They charged for WiFi daily, which is fine, but some hotels have weekly rates for WiFi. They only had daily and monthly rates available. They charged laundry service PER PIECE. Normally, you would get charged per kilo. Be careful of the free breakfast offer, because some of the breakfast items on the menu isn't part of it. The one we chose one time, we had to be charged for it because it wasn't part of our free breakfast. Ask them first what menu item is part of the free breakfast. This place could be a good place for some people or even a young couple, but for us, the experience was horrid. I have always stayed in many different hotels and I have been very satisfied every time except for this particular stay at Regalia Tower Hotel Suits. It started when we were checking in, all 3 front desk staff doesn't seem to mind that I have been waiting for a few minutes because they were so busy checking out the gift that they received and they were […] raving about the perfumes and which one is better as well as what type of chocolate they got from someone. Finally, they paid attention to me and when I gave them my confirmation number that I got from booking online, they don't seem to know what to do with it as 'they have never dealth with that type of reservation before" according to 1 person by the front desk. They asked us to have a seat as they figure out what to do with us. 15 minutes later, 1 person finally figured out what to do while the other 2 staff continued to rave about their perfume and chocolates. I was then asked to come forward to the reception area only to be told that the room that I have will not have an available key and that I will have to contact them for everytime I need to leave and arrive the premises so that they can lock and unlock the room for me. I asked why wouldn't I get a key? The reason was because it's broken. I told them that it was unacceptable and I require a key to the place where I am staying at. They said that it's the last room that is available for the type of room that I booked. They asked when I made the reservation and I said the day before. They replied, well since you booked your stay so late, this will be the last room that we have. I told them that my reservation was accepted online regardless whether I booked it last month, last week or the day before. It doesn't mean that I should and will get the room that has a broken key in it. They said well you booked it so late. I told them that with the reservation going through, it shouldn't matter when I booked it and that I should receive a key to the room where I will be 더 보기

I find that the location of the hotel was poorly situated due to the noise of the traffic from outside and was very difficult to sleep during the evening and the morning.

Like: The room was nice and clean. Unlike: Too close the noisy EDSA motorway, reception on 15th floor was unconvenient, the breakfast was poor and really bad,, coffee for example was not tasting coffee,, just hot water mixed with something don't know what. I was born and raised here at the heart of Cubao, Quezon City and was visiting from the States. Went and used other hotels in the area and this is by far the better one. If you are going to compare your hotel experience to your kind of hotels outside the Philippines or even outside Cubao to this hotel, you will be disappointed. So I suggest do not expect […] too much and kind of downgrade your taste a little bit. Positive Feedback: Great location. Overlooking sight. Has an indoor pool and workout room. Decent complimentary breakfast. Clean room. WiFi capable (with min surcharge of about $3 a day) Not so nice feedback: Not so friendly front desk. Maybe because I do not look like more of a tourist but as a guest, you expect the front desk to be courteuos and will tell you they will be right with you while they are waiting on another early guest. The cleaners however and the rest of the staff were really very nice. The bed gave me back pains. Not sure what the bed's made of but it was not soft at all. The aircon was not cooperating very well too and was not very cold. The hot water was not hot. No, not one bit. The room walls are not noise-proof so caution to all to be a little discreet. 더 보기

The hotel itself is close to shopping areas and transit, however as I was travelling with an infant, the surrounding area was quite noisy. It didn't affect my baby but it could be a problem for those children who need quiet. The hotel staff were all very helpful and had a smile whenever they saw us. I did want to bring a crib with me for my baby but […] when I called the hotel directly a few days prior to my trip, I was told the room was too small to have one, however when I got to my room, there was ample space. I made do and my baby was fine, but it would have been useful having my crib. The other thing is that on the booking site it stated that all rooms had a microwave when in actuality, only the 1 and 2 bedroom suites had it, not the deluxe room I had. I could have gotten one, but would have had to pay extra per day for it. Breakfast was included however I found that it was only filipino food being offered. I don't have a problem with the food...I like it but it could be misleading to those not familiar with the local cuisine. All in all, the stay was fine and I would return if in that area again. 더 보기

Disappointed. No handicap ramp. Got the 2 bedroom suite, there was only one trash that we had to request for another one. WE booked for five days but decided to move to another hotel with the same rate but had five star amenities.

I chose this hotel because it was an excellent location for me. I could easily walk to EDSA, MRT, SM Cubao, Araneta Center and numerous bus terminals. I even found plenty of street food and turo-turo on side streets. They also have a little convenience store and several other shops within the building at the lobby level. I reserved a deluxe room, but […] it did not have a separate bathtub and shower as mentioned in the description; they also had smoking rooms available despite the description of non-smoking rooms only. You can open the windows for fresh air. Even the deluxe room had a nice little kitchen and dining area. My bed felt like a brick with a blanket on it; if you enjoy such a firm bed, look no further, but I prefer something softer. The lighting was a bit dim, primarily using mini fluorescent bulbs. Internet access cards cost $2 per hour. A safe box is available at the front desk for your secure items, but only the duty manager can access it, so be aware or be certain to make arrangements to retrieve your items in case the duty manager is absent at the time you need them.
