나가월드 캄보디아 (NagaWorld Hotel & Entertainment Complex) - 프놈펜

호텔닷컴과 나가호텔간에 연결시스템(?)이 잘 안되어 체크인 시 나가호텔측에서 예약상태를 잘 모르더라구요. 일행 중 그래도 영어를 꽤 하는 동료가 있어서 나름 해결하고, 무리 없이 체크 아웃 했으나, 캄보디아 현지에 새벽(12시 넘어)에 도착하여 체크인 할 때 혼선이 생기니까 약간 실망...다음날문제라도 생기는거 아냐 하는 불안감...프론트랑 대화가 잘 안돼어 겨우 투숙한 후 해결한 것에 대해서 호텔닷컴에 실망감이...만약 가족여행이었으면 더욱 당황했을 듯...해결 했을까하는 의문도...아무튼 어느 국가에 가더라도 호텔 투숙에는 아무런, 조금도의 문제가 안 생기도록 더욱 세심한 신경과 배려가 있었으면 좋겠다.

이번에 2층의 부대시설을 이용했는데(편의점, spa) 들러보지는 않았지만 레스토랑도 아주 좋아 보였습니다.

1층에 로비가 없어 호텔손님들이 앉아 있을 공간이 없습니다,로비처럼 보이는 공간이 있으나 커피숍으로 운영되어 유료이었습니다.1층이 카지노라서 로비운영에 문제가 있다면 2층에서라도 대화할수 있는 쇼파 몇개라도 두고 운영하는것이 호텔이 아닐까요?

It was very reasonable accomodation in terms of rate. Nagaworld will be surely good choice for everyone for business and amusement.

방은 크고 넓직하다. 에어컨이 생각 이상으로 강하게 나온다. 인터넷은 자주 끊긴다. 직원들 전반적으로 서비스는 괜찮은데 바가지 씌우려는 경향이 있다.

Stayed here for two nights for pleasure. Big hotel and nosy at times. Ask for rooms on the higher floor to escape the noise. This hotel is not for relaxation as it caters to Chinese tourists who are solely in Cambodia for gambling. The rooms are very nice and showers are great! Spent several nights here during the Christmas break. The rooms on the upper floors can have some great views of the river and were spotlessly clean however it's not a quiet location on this side with the fairground and traffic noise relentless. The casino is entirely Vegas-esque and has all the trimmings you'd expect

Best buffet breakfast I've ever had!

Everything was almost perfect in this hotel ... room comfort, location and price! Convenience is the key word to describe this hotel.

I like the hotel's cleanness and service but it is very noisy in the lobby and a lot of noise from the corridor that I can hear from my room in the moddle of night. I guess most of the guests are there for the casino so what can I say.

naga world is pretty cool. it's a casino so you can expect all the modern trappings of a vegas casino, just cambodianed. food here is pretty good and the restaurants do a pretty good job of giving the world food experience. breakfasts are definitely a treat with a giant mix of food. the casino restaurant is a little strange with the waitresses getting […] the food for you from the buffet as opposed to getting it yourselves. you have to force them off to get your own food. spa is a little bit pricy and the pool was under renovation at the time, but other than that it was all good. i was there 3 nights and all nights were good. the staff are really friendly and speak a high standard of english and japanese and mandarin and.. you get the idea. 더 보기

I've stayed for 5 days. Hotel is in good and convient location in town. service and staff are nice. The TV did not work well in one channel, but their peopel could not able to fix and no one followed, that should not be. Otherwise, it is nice hotel overall.

Hotel is new and very clean with comfortable room. If you want to eat in the Hotel, the prices are very high for the country where you are in.

The staff at the hotel was very nice. However, the hotel lack the common amenities that would make it an ideal stay. The first thing you notice is the strong smoking smell through out the hotel and in the room. There was no fitness room, no swimming pool, no hair dryer, no iron, and most importantly there was no wireless internet available. 洒店大门口帮忙叫的±的服务生真的很不好,每次都叫私人车来,都不让的±进来,全部让他们控制. 餐馆的食物水平也有待提高,我有试过意大利餐,中餐,自助餐食物水平都–般.

部屋はまあまあです、この価格ではあたりまえですが、サービス体制は２流、客層は3流以下、ホテルに入っているお店の見てくれは１流ぶっていて値段は超一流ですが、サービスや品質は３流以下です。スタッフの教育が全く出来ていません。 外見の箱だけは綺麗で、部屋も綺麗です、ミニバーや冷蔵庫には何もないですが、二階にコンビニがあるので、買ってくれば問題ないです。　カジノメインでなければ別のホテルに泊まることをおすすめします。

Manque de charme et d'intimité, mais bonne qualité de la chambre, grande, propre et confortable. Un peu éloigné du centre de Phnom Penh mais le touctouc vous coute environ 2.5$ pour y aller. Toujours utiliser la monnaie en $.

Este hotel está casi al final del paseo del rio en Pnhom Penh. Es un Hotel muy grande y lujoso tiene una recepcion enorme, con una gran sala Casino tipo las Vegas, y salas llenas de mesas de juego y tragaperras. Tuvimos la suerte que nos cambiaron a una habitación de categoría superior a la que habiamos pedido, y nos dieron ¡Una Suite! con saloncito […] incluido, y super lujosa. High quality hotel. There is indochina's biggest casino on ground floor. For gamblers and singles who are looking for a nightlife this hotel can be dream come true, but I can't recommend this for families or people who want to have relaxing holiday near by pool.
