The hotel, while a few miles out from St.Augustine, was truly fantastic. The room was clean, spacious, with a frige & microwave. The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good! We absolutely loved staying here, and had easy access to resturaunts and a local grocery store.

Very nice and comfortable for the price.

we expected more from Quality. the room door looked like the locals tried to break in. the bathroom door was loose and hard to close. The toilets chain came undone, the pillows were undersized. I would look elsewhere.

This hotel was a 1 star hotel with a 1 star staff.

This stay was overnight . The hotel room counters were not finished looking and the tub was dripping. I am used to very nice acomidations and will more than likely not stay at this hotel again.

Stopped there over night on our way back from vacation to visit St Augustine. Horrible memories - They don't have elevators, I hurt my back lifting suitcases upstairs which made me suffer for the rest of our trip. Nothing is in a walking distance, dead place, you have to drive for any possible reason from sightseeing to a cup of coffee.

very nice hotel and clean but not to close to the tourist area

We wanted an inexpensive room, but clean and in a nice area. This hotel was all of that. The staff was super nice, especially the manager. Smiles and friendliness are a great asset, you can relax about that issue! I grew up in the Florida motel business, and it's a classic Florida establishment. Very helpful front desk help. Entry off the street a little confusing, but very clean and quiet.

Excellent hotel for the money. It was clean and well maintained. Breakfast included waffles, biscuits, etc. More than just a continental breakfast.

I have 2 complaints: The first was that the bed and pillows were hard and extremely uncomfortable, worst nights sleep I've had in a long time. The second was the bath tub/shower was extremely small, I could barely fit in it(I only weigh about 160 and am barely 6').

This hotel was dated even though I read that it was recently updated. There were hairs all over the bathroom area and they had been there a while. The breakfast was less than ordinary with nothing but carbs and a little bit of fruit.

It was ok. Just that, ok. Good if you have a family, you do have to drive like 15 mins to get to the old city.

The room was beautifully remodeled. The breakfast was great, waffles hit the spot. For the price I have NO complaints. THE OVERNIGHT STAY WAS GREAT!!!! Would highly recommend it. Kids loved the bed with the down comforter. WONDERFUL would gladly come back, will come back.

We stopped here as an overnight on our way further south. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. It is your standard one room, average continental bfast, clean room - nothing fancy. but a good value overnight.

Clean rooms, convinient location, good breakfast, it is really good.

After driving across the state after work, my girlfriend and I picked up dinner before checking in, hoping to eat it in the room. The guy at the front desk checked me in and pointed to the opposite side of the building where the room was supposed to be. We parked and walked to that side. The room was on the other side. No big deal. We found the room […] and the key wouldn't work. We tried over and over again and had to walk back to the front desk. The guy told us the key wasn't broken but that we had shimmey the doorknob back and forth. Why he didn't tell us this beforehand, I do not know. After shimmeying the doorknob several times, we got in. The food was cold after that 15 minute process. No big deal. The next morning, we woke up early for their advertised hot breakfast. We arrived to breakfast an hour before their serving time ended because we didn't want to catch it at the end with cold food. No luck. The food was cold and the offerings were extremely limited. I've had better breakfasts when they just serve muffins and fruit. Definitely do not recommend. The A/C unit was extremely loud. 더 보기

It wasn't great, by any means, but it was cheaper than staying in Old town St augustine. It was only a ten minute drive to Old Town. The room was okay, not great, but not gross. Overall, it was fine for a cheap stay.

This motel would have been exactly what we were looking for if it had not been for the smell coming out of the a/c. Smelled like burning hair. We were too tired to bring it up to hotel staff. Could have been the only room in the whole motel like this for all I know. They might have immediately moved us to another room had we had the energy to talk to […] them and move. Otherwise we did not have any problems. It was clean, very quiet for a motel and allowed pets. Great location for St. Augustine area attractions. The people who work at this hotel are BEYOND KIND! Every person we interacted with were so helpful and polite... gave great recommendations for area restaurants and assisted with bookings and reservations. Breakfast was actually pretty good and they were so quick with refilling everything. Rooms very clean and spacious... Very convenient to the historic […] district, if you don't mind driving about 15 minutes, which we didn't... it was much more quiet than being in town! And the Old Town Trolley picked us up at the hotel to bring us in one day, which was also convenient. ANYWAYS, I enjoyed being treated by polite people, that speaks volumes to me. 더 보기

The only two negatives for this hotel is that the air conditioner nor the refrigerator worked well. It took almost 9 hours for the room to cool down and for the fridge to cool a drink. The positives were that the room was clean, the hotel was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff was also very nice.

Stay for a day. Very clean room. You don't need more.

Our short stay was very good and the location was convient for travel. The breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful. We purchased our tickets for the Trolley Tour from the hotel manager. He also arranged for the shuttle to pick us up at the hotel. However, at the Visitor Center we were we could have purchased them a little cheaper directly from the […] Visitors Center. The Hotel is located about 4 miles from downtown St. Augustine near I 95. The room was clean with two queen beds...very comfortable...also there was a small breakfast buffet as part of the room price...good shower. There was a large crack in the sink, but no leaks. For the price it was OK....

Hotel staff, friendly and helpful, hotel location for the Outlets half a mile, five miles plus to the historic areas of St. Augustine. The location was quite, and seem to be safe. The linens where clean, A/C worked well on 90 degree days. Carpets and baseboards needed cleaning. It was nice to have the microwave, and Frig. Complimentery breakfast was, […] good. The Hotel was great. Not to far from Historic part of town. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was actually quite good. Will defiantly stay there again if we ever go through that part of Florida again.

The hotel was very nice and the service was great. I especially liked the shuttle that picked us up at the hotel to go to old town and delivered us back to our hotel. We stayed 3 days and took advantage of the trolly passes in old town and we still didn't see everything there. The Lightner museumwas fantastic! I recommend this to all.

Excellent motel with friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast.

When I booked the hotel, I really did not have any expectations about the quality of service that we were gonna get. But I was so pleased with our entire experience. The food that they served for breakfast was also great. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my family's next trip to St. Augustine.
